Darren chuckled as Sable mentioned she brought extra water. "Well good, at least one of us was prepared..." He grinned in admiration, forcing himself to stand up as Jin helped Sable, and they were off to explore. "I have to wonder... Have you done a lot of traveling Sable? Or at least things like hiking and the like?" He inquired, seeing how well Sable seemed prepared for this trip.
Then again she could also just be smart and foresee that going up a volcanic mountain would be hot and exhausting and they would need lots of water if they wanted to get through it without dehydrating themselves. Darren mentally smacked himself for the thought not even crossing his mind earlier. One bottle of water? Really? Like that would have lasted him the first leg of the trip if he hadn't ben preserving it...
Bolt however was celebrating his work by drinking some water and relaxing for a bit before getting back into the game. He felt a lot better and refreshed now, but when he attempted to pop balloons at a throwing dart station, he only managed to pop a single balloon, netting him only two tickets. Needless to say the pichu was quite upset, shooting electricity at some of the balloons in a rage to force them to pop like he wanted before storming off.

Sable looked over what was left of her bottle a moment before tucking the remainder away for later. She knew better than to leave the temptation out. She wobbled a bit as she tried to reach back to put away the bottles, so Jin adjusted his hold on the trainer so that she wouldn't fall over. Once she put away her bottle, Jin also tucked his away so that he could save what was left for later as well. He might not have had Sable's experience with hot temperatures, but he still knew better than to waste all his water before they even got up the volcano.

XD Yeah, and eventually she needs to go back to Unova and start grabbing badges from there so she can get her HMs. XD Bounced over to Kanto for an easy first badge because that was back when she had wimpy Pokemon that could easily be trashed by Chili. But yes, they're apt to have some fun traveling together for a bit since he needs Boulder and Cascade soon and Sable might as well grab the Cascade badge (and maybe Thunder badge if she can swing it).

Claiming four tickets, Basil absently looked for something he could perhaps use as a bouch. He didn't have that many, but he didn't want to risk losing them, either. After a while, he found a broken balloon from the game he'd just played, and was able to fashion it into something like a little bag, where he could store the tickets, at least it was until it was fully and he needed to give them to Marx. For now, though, he had enough room for at least a few more games.

Broken away from Avikna, Arietty flew overhead, watching her trainer as she conversed with another human. She could just barely make out the mega Lucario and Aislin in the distance, and to the south, she could see Mave, sporting her new colours. 'She looks kind of like me now.' The lizard thought. The island's ocean front wasn't all that large, so being up in the sky really helped her keep track of everyone. Though, there was something bothering her... she never got to try her hand at these games.... Being too large and a flame at the end of her tail, it wasn't ideal for her to be surrounded by humans. Though, she did noticed a lot of the crowd was starting to file onto other islands. This one honestly didn't have much to go on. So, taking this opportunity, the lizard flew down and landed before the Darts. The attendant seemed all to eager to give away his tickets, letting Arietty toss out a few, of which she'd only missed three. "You're pretty good." The man stated with a smile. Honestly, denying a giant fire-breathing lizard her chance to play a game wasn't really on his agenda. Giving her six tickets to boot. "You take them to your trainer, right?" He waved. Arietty stared at him for a moment... how'd he know she had a trainer? Whatever the case, six tickets were now for Avikna. Maybe she could get more for Avikna?

Taking a spin, litterally at the fortune wheel, Arietty found her luck was so-so. Landing on a seven. taking her earned tickets, the lizard darted up into the air, returning to the sky above. Spotting Avikna nearing Mave, the lizard flew in that direction, making it to the cliff first. Mave turned to greet Arietty. [ See my wings. ] Mave grinned, spreading them open wide to show off her wingspan as well as the dark ash gray they'd become. Her hair-like mane was even darker, as well as her horns. The wolves fur was still red, just a far darker shade. [ Looks good.] Arietty replied to her companion. Sitting down the lizard clutched her ticket earnings, waiting patiently for Avikna to make to up to them with the other human.

Arezu held the little bottle up to look at the wailmer. "Nn, guess you're right." When she had a second, Arezu placed the wailmer back. Since she was there, she took a quick shot at the game again, though she was in a rush and pulled the net out too quick.
"By companion, do you mean that red pokemon of yours?" Arezu asked. Obviously she didn't mean Aislin, and that was the only other one Arezu knew. "Rare pokemon. I've never seen one before." It reminded her of Lupup and Flurry. How were they doing in the day care, she wondered? That island was the best place for Flurry, with its somewhat colder climate. And that Lupup would probably hate to be in a large crowd of people like this.
Arezu let Red lead the way, realizing idly that she was still thinking of her as "Red". They hadn't introduced themselves yet, had they? She smiled to herself, realizing that together they'd managed to forget...or actively refrain from saying. As her eyes wandered, she noticed a large map with the entire festival laid across. A few islands caught her eye (Resort Gorgeous was huge, even on a map) but she perked up when she read the words "Battle Tower". "There's a Battle Tower," she remarked, her question implicit. Was Red up for a battle?
Hikaru nodded, agreeing. [ She certainly travels often. I suppose I've gotten used to seeing many different places. ] She smiled- it was obvious Aislin had been close with this Korrina. The quick fall of Aislin's face at Hikaru's question sent a pang through her. She followed quietly, careful to respect the other's emotions. It seemed this ran deep. The pain in Aislin's eyes when she looked back was startling. Her aura pulsed with it. Hikaru raised a paw and placed it on her shoulder. Her eyes were steady behind her black mask. [ Of course, if you are willing. I would like to...understand. ] She felt guilty, almost, at having been kept clear of this incredible darkness Aislin's past seemed to hold.
If you'd like, I could have Arezu pick up Lupup and Flurry so levels are more even? (though she might have trouble battling with them haha). I don't mind how it goes (though I'm pretty sure Arezu would want to win lol) so we can try and get the most knockouts for the most exp? *holds Arezu's pokemon up as sacrifices* RP-wise, though, this'd be a great way to get some rivalry going! The games add to that too, haha. *Leaves the Lucario stranded on island one*
At some point, it'd be great to have Aislin see and attack Lupup. Arezu defending him would go a long way towards making him not hate her guts 3nodding
Where were you planning on taking Avikna after this, btw? I was going to go back to Shalour, for the aura stuff and also because I wanted to pick up a couple more Kalos badges at some point. I'm down for somewhere else, though :u

After horribly failing at the Magikarp challenge again, and declining the consolation ticket, Cheria went on to play the darts game. And, she did pretty well at it. Five balloons fell victim to her, and she won four tickets for it. Not bad!

Over halfway through his goal, Kail didn't mind taking a bit of a break to let his pokemon out. He found a small open area, releasing them and letting Lilligant distribute the food, while he sat down to eat a hamburger and smoke a cigarette. He was far enough away from the main festivities that he figured he wouldn't get very many dirty looks, and laid back once he'd finished his food, looking up at the sky. He still needed to get Lelanna and Cyndaquil... And start training these pokemon. It didn't seem like there were very many available to battle here, though. Which sucked. Maybe the festivities scared them all away? Eh... whatever. He could probably find some trainer sor something to train, it was just a matter of... making sure they weren't too strong... Hm.
After a bit, he stood up, making sure his pokemon were done with their food and returning them, leaving Oshawott and Lilligant out again. No surprise, but in letting Lilligant try the fishing game, the net broke a lot faster than before. Pobrbaly better to let Oshawott stay with it, even if he hadn't been able to actually catch anything before.
