He's always willing to take a risk if he feels like the reward will be worth it in the long run. He doesn't hesitate to form relationships and tends to be more openly affectionate with others than his sister is. ⊰Perceptive⊱Bailey notices changes. This helps him to build relationships with other Nightmares, whether it be for the better or the worse. He's extremely observant, not only toward other nightmares, but objects and events happening in the world around him as well. ⊰Sociable⊱Bailey is looking for his place in the world. And you don't find your place in the world by not looking for it and avoiding relationships with others. He doesn't hesitate to start conversations and try to be friendly with others. He does realize that not everyone wants to be his friend though and if he feels like he's not wanted in a situation he knows to back out of it.
⊰Impatient⊱Bailey moves at his own pace to keep excited. Slowing down because someone else "doesn't get it" or having to stay focused on a single detail for too long is extremely challenging for him. Having to wait in a line is terribly dreadful. ⊰Risk-Prone⊱At times Bailey is known to take a risk simply because it gets rid of the boredom or monotony involved in a task. He can push into uncharted territory without thinking of long-term consequences. In his mind, you can't get creative without taking the risks! ⊰Defiant⊱Just because a certain thing has been done a certain way for centuries, doesn't mean there isn't a better way to do that thing! Bailey is a rule breaker, but he believes that through breaking this rules and reshaping old boundaries he truly creates art.

xxxxxx「 Freshling Years - The current story. 」 ♛To understand Lori and Bailey's past, you should first know a bit about their parents. Their farther was a prominent member of an aristocratic clan, Dragonglass. Like many Chimera it was arranged that he would marry into another aristocratic clan. Their father, Briam, couldn't find it in his heart to love this individual, however the other Chimera seemed to be quite passionate for him and would go through great lengths to attempt to prove their love.The twins mother was a member of a lower clan, without a Representative Rani of their own. In fact, Lainy was a Chimera that had been woken from the Cashe and later adopted into the Obsidian clan when she graduated from Leviathan University and rejoined her race among the Scepters in Boreas. Her ideals about the others races didn't win her a place in one of the larger clans, but she was welcome into the considerably small and new Obsidian clan due to her ability to work fire magic to create lovely glass pieces. Her work would eventually catch the interest of Briam and the two of them would start their courtship. There would be a bit of a big dispute with Briam and his arranged partner, while it wasn't exactly frowned upon to find a lover outside of your arranged marriage, his promised partner had become attached. Perhaps too much. Briam would leave the Dragonglass Clan, and join the Obsidian Clan with his wife.
Both being particularly skilled with Fire magic, Briam would join Lainy in her glassworking shop and the two were genuinely happy together. They would imbue a soulstone and be surprised when it awakened into twins, whom were quickly named Lori and Bailey. The couple was ecstatic to be raising two lovely twins together. There was a celebration when the twins were awakened, after all the Obsidian Clan was small and they were happy to be welcoming new clan members. The happy family spent five years together before disaster struck. No one really knows what caused the cave in, some people might suspect the Clan in which his previous 'fiancee' belonged. However, there is no way to prove that what happened was anymore than an accident. Lainy was with her kids when the cave in happened and through a spontaneous use of magic she managed to protect them from the debris, but perished herself, along with a majority of the Obsidian clan.
With the Obsidian clan nearly wiped out, they didn't have the means to care for the twins. They sought the help of the Dragonglass, but they waned little to do with the children themselves. With little choice, they sent the kids off to Asphodel Academy, where their mother had grown up.
