The female Nidoran looked perplexed till Butterfree began to explain to its opponent. It looked towards Misa and the Butterfree and began to hop a few steps backwards and faced its opponent. ”This is one we definitely want on the team.” Buttefree gave a firm nod and released its Confusion on the opponent. The small blue creature was lifted off the ground and moved around in pain. ”Careful Butterfree, just enough for me to catch it.” It responded with a small cry as the Nidoran was visibly struggling less and less. ”Now!” Misa threw the ball at the small creature and disappeared in a ball of light. With Butterfree’s Confusion still in place the Pokeball stayed afloat. It didn’t even move when a confirmation sound of the Pokemon’s capture was heard.

The question was where she may be able to find the other Pokemon. It was clear that they were a rare sight in this city. The other four being the male Nidoran, Mankey, Ponyta, and Caterpie. Misa may have been able to find a Caterpie in the Viridian Forest so it wasn’t a priority at the moment. But that would still knock the number down to three. There were plenty of Pokemon here that could prevent her from finding the others. She wasn’t aware of any other Ponytas but there was a Mankey in Pewter City. Still, there were quite a bit of obstacles before she might actually run into one. There were still plenty of obstacles that made it difficult to find the Pokemon she was eager to obtain. But alas, another jab was felt and it was much more forceful than the last.

Misa wanted to be smart about this. She didn’t want Dewgong to be potentially poisoned should this male Nidoran have the ability Poison Point. If she was going to use Butterfree this would have been a different story. However, nothing wrong with taking risks. ”Dewgong, use Icy Wind.” A cold breath exhaled from Dewgong’s mouth and made contact with the opposing Pokemon. Yet it stood its ground and looked off at Dewgong with determination. That determination in its eyes became a leer which forced the Dewgong’s defense to lower, and that it did feel a bit guilty for the mishap. ”One more Icy Wind!” And for that last time another breath of sheer coldness befell the male Nidoran but it was this time that the Pokemon could no longer stand its ground. In response to that, Misa threw the Pokeball at Nidoran and was able to successfully catch it.

Picking up the ball that made its way to the PC, it felt about time to go. ’Maybe I’ll ask my family if they have any Ponyta or any areas where Ponyta are plentiful. Without delay, they all walked towards the Pokemon Center in the middle of the city, the red-roofed building proving easy to spot well before the glass, sky-blue doors opened to accommodate their entrance. Lucatiel finally returned her pokemon to their balls at this point, returning her starter, the psychic, and the blind dragon all having a chance to rest. "Hello~ We need to get our pokemon all healed up," The silver-redhead noted, approaching the counter where an older woman stood waiting. She handed all of those pokemon who'd been out much of the day to the nurse, before stepping aside to let her two companions leave their own teammates with the woman.
After they'd all had a chance to hand off their partners, leaving them now waiting for the healing process to conclude, Luca finally spoke up again for something of note. "So, what's the plan for tonight? Head to the cafeteria and eat before getting our room key or keys? Or are you two just looking to head off to sleep first and wait till the morning to eat? If we go with the former we could probably even go out and find somewhere close by to eat at." She somewhat assumed she already knew the answer to this question, but she asked it anyway to be courteous, as well as just to make sure they were all on the same page. The swordswoman had every intention on grabbing a good meal before retiring for the night, and if the two of them intended to do the same, then that'd give them a nice spot to just sit down and talk a little.

Azalea made her way into Viridian without much pushback from the group of trainers, which was helpful. She supposed part of the reason was because she'd let the redhead win, so the group had no qualms with letting her take her leave. Regardless, Azalea had successfully tested the strength of her new bulbasaur, and found that she was severely lacking. Though, considering that she was a starter pokemon given to beginning trainers, that wasn't too terribly surprising. She couldn't expect a strong pokemon right out of the gate, and yet that girl.... She was pretty sure her charmander came from the lab too, so why was it so special? Intriguing for sure, but it didn't matter now. Azalea's focus was adjusted to getting to the pokemon center and healing her two pokemon up so that she could get to Viridian Forest and solve this little issue with Rafflesia. She stepped up to the counter and set two pokeballs on it silently, giving nurse joy a blank look. "Heal them." She said cooly. It wasn't really a demand, but she wasn't exactly asking permission either. Nurse Joy nodded hesitantly, a little off put but that wouldn't stop her from doing her job. "Y-yes.... Right away." She mumbled, taking the pokeballs and placing them on the nearby machine while Azalea moved towards the side of the building and took a seat on the couch. She leaned her elbow against the arm of the chair, sitting slantedly in a sprawled out position the took up at least half of the couch. Grayson would complain if he were here, she thought with a light smirk.
Instead, Nightshade made his appearance, and Azalea glanced up at the houndoom. "What do you want?" She asked in a bored tone, earning a grumble from the hellhound as he climbed up onto to couch with her. Azalea smirked and scratched him behind the ear. "Lazy dog." She crooned affectionately in her usual backhanded complimentary fashion. Nightshade huffed, giving Azalea a look. If she weren't the pot calling the kettle black..... Azalea's attention snapped up briefly as a familiar face walked into the center, one of the girls that had been with Sylva's group, asking the nurse to heal her pokemon as well. Azalea ignored her after her entrance, only glancing up to see who had come in, but afterwards her attention was quickly on her Xtransceiver, browsing a social media site that she often messed around on. Mostly to push people's buttons, and push people's buttons she did. Her search was rewarded with a familiar sight, a message from LanaDelRayDotCom, a stupid username but a person who was very amusing to toy with.
"ok, this reply chain has gotten too long, i'm done here" it read. "but you've insulted my tasteful photography series, "overstuffed garbage bins of urban johto" AND my journal entries dissecting hip hop lyrics. i'm starting to suspect that only a sad computer virus could be programmed to be so terrible." Azalea looked thoughtful. So she was a sad computer virus now? That was certainly the most interesting insult she'd received on this site, if it could be considered an insult at all. "if you're real then you can take ur beef up with me irl not onlike and we'll see whats what. laterz."
That had been twelve hours ago, but the notification she'd gotten recently was in addition to the previous long reply message. "uh i forgot i'm in sinnoh rn just.... like.... at lake verity uh... yeah." Azalea blinked. Really? It was a bold move, revealing one's location, but if it was done because they didn't expect her to actually show up, as this likely was, then it wasn't nearly as impressive. Still, Azalea would certainly go find this person. It was too entertaining of an idea to pass up. Just imagining the surprise on their poor face when she actually came was making Azalea's mouth twitch into a dry smile.

Umbra felt a sense of relief as she walked into the pokemon center and waited for her turn to heal her pokemon. She was pretty quick to deposit her captured Pidgey and Rattata into the Professor’s PC and get them off of her belt. A large sample size would prove useful for Professor Oak, she was sure. When she got her three pokemon back she stretched out and joined the rest of the girls, Umbra titled her head slightly to the side and crossed her arms under her chest. ”Well, I don’t know about Sylvia here, but I could use a bit to eat before bed and the cafeteria here is totally fine by me. I won’t lie, my feet could use a break and the less walking around I have to do right now the better.” Umbra wasn’t one to whine, but she was certainly willing to tell people what was on her mind when she was asked what she thought. Umbra paused for a moment when she thought about the sleeping arrangements that were presented. Her cheeks turn ever so slightly pink at the thought of sharing a room and maybe having to get undressed in front of these two. She may have had the girl bits to match her traveling companions, but she was still a boy mentally and this was something that she wasn’t sure she felt comfortable with. That and her legs were really sore from all the walking today and ballet exercises were going to be mandatory in order to ease that hurt. ”Umm… I’ll just pick up a single room. I don’t want to intrude on either of you and I’m sure we’ll be camping out often enough together that we could set aside the lingerie clad pillow fights for another time.” Girls did that, didn’t they? Umbra wasn’t one to go and invite herself to sleepovers with other girls so she really didn’t know if this was fact of fiction. If it was fiction then the other girls would likely take it as a joke and Umbra would be more than relieved that she wasn’t going to have to be forced to buy anything risqué for the time being. If they were disappointed… well, Umbra was going to have a really awkward time in her future. Seriously, girls could be so weird… Umbra opened her eyes again and looked over to the other two, she waited for their opinions on the matter before she would take off to the cafeteria and pick up something to fill her belly with. Going to sleep on an empty stomach always sucked and waking up with hunger pains was horrible.

Walking along with the two girls, Sylva was somewhat preoccupied in thought, thinking about various things. When they finally reached the Pokemon center, her attention returned to the path ahead, just in time too, as she nearly stepped on a cd. Leaning down to snatch it from the ground, she adjusted Leirsa to get a look at the cd. Who'd just toss something like this on the ground? "Dark Pulse.. wait." No, there was another cd stuck on the back of the 'Dark Pulse' labeled one. Once they got to the center's counter, Sylva set Lerisa down on the ground and pulled out Shane's ball, handing it over to Nurse Joy as the woman accepted everyone's Pokemon. Landing directly on her shadow, Tiffany quickly went to grab the Tm for Sylva, only to end up absorbing the disc's data. "Uh... Oh well." She muttered, look down at the other one. 'Sludge Bomb.' That was a pretty powerful move. That could be useful sometime down the road. Slipping it into her bag, she looked up with a grin. "Anyway, okay... Yea, I'm starving, and free food sounds great. 'Cause I"m broke." Sylva chuckled, that wasn't a lie really. "Otherwise, yea, I think I'll take my own room too. I stay up pretty late, and I wouldn't want to bother you by being to noisy." Night was when Tiffany could freely come out of her hiding place and join Sylva away from prying eyes.

Azalea mused over her future plans to travel to Sinnoh later, looking through her other messages to see what else had come up. Some rewards had come into her item mailbox. She would have to retrieve them along with Hemlock, since the toxicroak would be useful in finding a big mushroom for Rafflesia. She stood, Nightshade hopping off of the couch and staying on her heels, but before she could get to the PC, Nurse Joy stopped her to give back her now healed pokemon. Azalea let both Lavender and Rafflesia back out of their pokeballs before moving to her PC to retrieve her new items as well as Hemlock's pokeball. "Take this." She handed Lavender a pink disc to absorb, and Rafflesia a megastone. She knew it wouldn't be of much use right now, but it was going to be hers, so she may as well keep hold of it until she could use it. Letting Flasora out, Azalea handed the roselia a few TMs as well, which used up most of her items for now, so she returned everyone except Nightshade before letting Hemlock out of his pokeball.
The impish toxicroak glanced around at his surroundings, making a quiet noise that sounded like some cross between croaking and snickering. "Focus." Azalea insisted, snapping the toxicroak's attention to his trainer. His snickering grew louder, but then he stopped as Azalea moved for the center's doors, following her alongside Nightshade, but at a far more leisurely pace than the houndoom. While Nightshade was always at Azalea's heels, Hemlock liked to hang back a bit and keep an eye out for anything interesting. Azalea didn't particularly how close they kept to her as long as they stayed within a decent range. Wondering off was only tolerated when they weren't doing anything, and so given that Azalea was currently on a mission, even if it was mostly of her own interest, she expected them to keep close and follow her command.
