The Rogue raised an eyebrow as a disgusted expression adorned his face. He could be serious, was he? "Psychotic? Your calling me Psychotic?......you have to be joking?" Viktor laughed with a wild-eyed look. "You haven't seen this world the way I have....haven't you? You get to stay up in that citadel of yours without care in the world....until duty calls. Unlike me..." The Rogue's dark essence fluctuated as his anger grew. "All day, everyday I hunt those abominations....as well as whatever soothes my demons. Criminals, Corrupt Officials, Presidents, Rapists, Mercenaries, Thieves .....you name it....all the sinful are filled to the brim with the essence.....can you feel it? Can you feel my sin?" Viktor challenged, knowing that they sense spiritual pressure, not the measure of ones sin,but if he could see it.....it was frightening....his soul was near black...only a shred of light hanging onto his soul. "That's right, you can't, can you? I know better than all of you up in your little palace in the spirit world or whatever!....When you feel the warm flow of blood along your face and hands....and you realize this is how your gonna spend the rest of your life....because people couldn't do their job and save you....that's when everything else...to you....is psychotic....nothing is as it seems on the surface, the world is a melting-pot of Greed,Malice, and Vice.....the world is insane, not me," The man stabbed his blades into the ground, and preceded to crack his knuckles. "The world changes when you see the extent of others evil. To me, I am the retribution of the lives they ruin on a daily basis...I am a true guardian....of Darkness...but what are you but a tool of destruction? A gutless monstrosity like the rest who's purpose is so clear cut that he can't see the other hells that are forged in this world....Don't get me wrong....I'm messed up....possessed by the embodiment of all evil himself to collect the Darkness that resides within man...I just know how to use it to my favor......or I used to" The demon vessel looked down at his blades, which emitted a slight ring of demonic taint. "But that's behind me....Soul Reapers, Espada, Arrancar, Hollows, all factions....I despise, you can't trust any of them, they all have no honor, just opportunist pigs, I mean sure....one faction in particular I had a temporary alliance with....then they crossed me the wrong way......Ripped two of them in half as my wurms fought over the carcass of another...then booked it.....they were pathetic...had some close encounters with your people to....good thing for me they teach you how to clean up a bloody gut-ridden mess in spec ops training, but I digress." The Rogue Soul Reaper continued. This was getting to be a long story....but this wasn't just a response to being called psychotic however. "So my answer is no....I refuse to go with you....because either the Darkness will release itself and attack, or I'll get fed up with your 'Mightier than thou' demeanors and go on a rampage until I die and am revived somewhere else....to add to that, I have no answers to give you, whatsoever ......which brings me to my next point" Viktor picked up his black swords, "Now.....you seem like the reasoning type....so I'll make a deal.....our business here ends....you let me walk......and I don't kill you where you stand".

The Rogue's eyes went red with fury, and he instantaneously entered his shikai state. "I don't take kindly to mockery FANCY FEAST!!!" Viktor yelled in anger, mostly on account of being called bratty, still managing a clever play on the situation. "I might kill myself when I''m done with you just to see the look on your face...HAHA!!!". His vision adjusted to the newcomer, "Of course depending on numbers as usual" He assumed, "Much like you people, hiding behind rank and units....cute". The energy around him began to manifest into a visible black and red aura. He slammed his force gun into the ground, crating a small hole to fit the gun, he fired it continuously, shaking the earth itself. He looked up at the sun, keeping his gatling pistol pointed toward the captain. The angle kept him save from no, but he'd have to do some hoping and hope he can enter his bankai soon. He stood back up, pulling out the force gun. There was no visible damage to the street besides the original hole, but his plan was set in motion. "War!......one of the four...." He announced in a demonic tone. He instantly jumped back, getting close to the shadows as he fired at the man.

Viktor began to clap his hands in a sarcastic applause "Good, maybe that soul of yours isn't a total wasteland of black" The Rogue laughed. He was almost impressed, there was potential in this....cat...man....to push him in the right direction....too bad his head will be on the floor soon. "Oh trust me Fancy Feast, I always intend to fight....but you see.....It's not really my choice" Viktor commented, "But I'll let you figure that all out on your own......" Viktor allowed his blades to remain in base form as he charged at the Captain. "This will be deliciously fun!" The Rogue howled. He seemed to jump from dangerously insane to collected and serious, to playfully insane. Guess that's what to expect from a being of chaos

Viktor stopped dead out of his sprint as the Captain disappeared. Hearing his voice above him he gave a laugh at his ignorance. "I should've expected as much....makes sense they'd keep your sorry a** up in the....what is it....the Seiretei or whatever....I don't keep up with your terms" Viktor tucked his swords under her arms for a moment as he reached into his coat pocket. He grabbed a lighter and a pack of his favorite brand of cigarettes. The language on the box was most likely indiscernible to the others, but was too familiar to him. Taking a single one out, he sparked it with the lighter and immediately took a drag. He put the cigarettes back, but precede to throw the lighter into the hole he made previously. Though the hole seemed small, the lighter seemed to fall forever, it's light slowly fading until it hit the bottom with a splash. It obviously expanded at some point. Viktor had a wide smile that was only slightly skewed to keep the cig in his mouth. All this time he hadn't even looked at Mori. He took his swords out from underneath his arms and stuck them straight into the air, their shikai gun form releasing with no effort. "....It's a cat food smartass...." He mumbled loudly as a hail of Gatling and force shots ascended into the air at blinding speed, the spread of the Gatling gun was tremendous, but so many shots were being fired it'd be as if he was reverse carpet bombing him. the cherry-like illuminated end of the cigarette burned brightly, emitting alittle smoke from the end, it danced at the mercy of the wind for a moment as it began to slowly disappear.
