People were starting to move out of the house, apparently preparing to finally set out. Robin pulled his coat back on, but stuffed his hat and scarf each into a pocket. He picked up his violin case and tucked it securely under his arm before heading back out to the stables to become reacquainted with his rental Onix.
The street musician found his Pokemon, and she affectionately butted the hand he put out to her. "Hello again," he said softly, smiling at her. "Now, how does one ride an Onix?"
Looking around the back of the Onix's head, Robin discovered that the first rocky segment of her neck would serve nicely for a perch. He clambered on, clasping the spike on her forehead. "Up, girl," he murmured into the area he presumed contained her ear. The Onix reared up her full height.
"Whoooooa," Robin chuckled. "This is higher than I expected." But he was settled firmly into his makeshift seat, and felt he was in no danger of falling.
"All right, then. Off we go!"

"Hellooooooooo over there!", Saspra called out to Mina, before wandering over to her atop of Shadow. It took a few moments before she'd successfully made it to the other trainer and she beamed over at her almost immediately. "Hiya, I'm Saspra!", she introduced herself cheerfully, reaching her hand out for a handshake. She wondered inwardly if she was being too friendly to this stranger, but she decided to shake it off. There was no such thing as too friendly!

Leader-Sama-07 Flint nods " thats right, i want to be a trainer" he says noticeing that pretty much everyone had alreadt mounted their pokemon, he heeaves himself up onto the Tauros's back, takeing a moment to get used to the feel " i hope i dont fall off.." he says looking at the ground nervously "Well, good luck then!" Lumina chirps, watching him balance, "I'm not very familiar with riding either, and I've yet to fall off, so I wouldn't worry about it. The ponyta seem to be pretty sensitive about us newbies." She smirked.

Corn turned and looked down to light-heartedly answer the black-haired girl. "Ha ha, yeah! Reckon this big fella wouldn't like getting caught in a downpour one bit!"

@TRIS Carter face faulted as he observed the massive group heading out. Swearing softly under his breath he tossed his towel aside and sprinted to the door, calling out Owen as he went. The haughty bull burst into life and waited, hoof pawing anxiously at the ground as his trainer mounted. "Least it's not raining anymore eh..." He trailed off and nudged his mount in the direction of a familiar outline.
"That's quite a nice Arcanine you've got there." He eased Owen into a steady pace and raised a hand in greeting to the trainer, "Sorry, I don't mean to be creepy, but I have an Arcanine as well and I couldn't help but notice yours." There we go, as usual it was an awkward attempt at conversation, but at least he had made the effort this time.

@StarryMeeka waved over to the other Pidgeot-rider. "Aha, indeed I was there!" she laughed over the sound of wind choking back her words. "You look familiar too! You catch bird-esque Pokemon, right? Aha!"

((@Anima)) "Hi, Po." She smiled and stroked Po's nose. She turned her eyes to the rest of the crowd. "So are you going to Moterossa to catch Pokemon, or just to observe the Eevee?"
Like Rhia, not everyone was going to be a trainer, but she couldn't discount the possibility that this delicate-looking girl did train Pokemon for fighting. Even as she asked, however, she was looking for other members of the green caravan to see if they could get their group together.
"We should probably mount up at least." She looked back to Anima and smiled. "We wouldn't want to get left behind!"

Oh yeah.. she should be riding the Tauros. This thought as she saw the bull Pokemon trot past her.
Running faster, she caught up and grabbed some mane to heave herself up on his big.
"Oh... you've... gotta.. be.. kidding... me." She uttered as Brianna was bounced up and down on the Tauros' back. "Slow down... you big brute! ... I mean Brutus." And the Tauros slowed down to a walk, allowing her to catch up to a girl that was introducing herself.
"Uh, hi there. I'm Brianna."
Then an Onix roared by. Causing Brianna to stare with wide eyes. "What the...!"

@ Leader-Sama-07: Lucine peered across Lumina and smiled down at Flint, "Just stay cool and make sure he knows your the boss. And if you fall, we'll help get you back up and on his back again." She grinned at him in what she hoped to be a reassuring way and then sighed, settling back onto her own mount.
"So many people," she muttered.

Deadre Lucine smiled at Lumina, "I got held up with a foaling so I almost didn't make it." She huffed and ran fingers through her fly-away hair.
She laughed a little, "How is it you never managed to learn to ride? I know you've seen ride-able pokemon before... your mom must have studied hundreds!"
Lucine put gentle pressure on her ponytas to keep up with the group.
"I'm here to watch primarily... but I wouldn't say no to a catch," he ace shone with eagerness and excitement. "Ah, how did that turn out?" And seeing and interacting are two totally different things!" Lumina defended herself with a grin, "I always was more of the watcher than the one to jump in and get my hands in the dirt."
She made sure to keep another eye out on the group still to follow along, but was much too talkative to ride in complete silence, "I'm actually aiming for a pokemon this time around. Since I've officially set out on my own, I need some help in the wild from time to time. But I'm certainly curious as to this strange behavior.."

@Tinn Penelope looked up from the girl with the Tauros quickly as she heard the rumbling of another Onix. "Hey!" She recognized the guy riding it. "Hey! Alex!" She looked back to the Tauros-rider.

Lisa turned to look at the collection of red scarves pokemon and their trainers. It was an eclectic bunch, but that was to be expected. "Hello everyone!" she yelled so the entire ranch could hear her, then gasped and held a hand over her mouth. She hadn't meant to be so loud. "Um, anyway, I'm Lisa, and since I don't see any familiar faces, I would like to say it's a pleasure meeting all of you." Lisa made a polite little bow to the other trainers, allowing Bandit to get on her head and snitch his favorite object, Lisa's glasses. "Hey!" Lisa snipped, her head forced down due to the pichu's weight. She lifted Bandit off of her head and took the glasses back, placing them back on her nose. "Well, so much for an air of refinement," she joked.

Leikkun As the groups finally started to move out, Ridley remounted Soulcrusher and rode him out to the front of the barn, watching the groups start off. He wanted to keep a low profile so he didn't rush out, waiting for Liam and enjoying the sunny weather, shedding his leather jacket again, minding his mount and trying not to think too hard about the task he must complete, steeling his nerves. Liam mounted Nitro a moment later, following Ridley as they began their trek, the sun feeling lovely on his wet clothes. Despite the rainfall, the air felt clear and lacked oppressive humidity, and he knew they'd be dry in no time. He did regret the lack of a chance to shower, but the healer brushed away the thought, digging his heels into the bull pokemon's sides to speed him up, trotting next to the rocket.
"Why so glum?"

(@Kitty Sprightt) Kurai nodded, laughing slightly. "Certainly not. My Miltank isn't fond of the rain either. My name's Kurai, and this is Hissy Cow. Don't take offense if she's ornery...she barely likes my friends."
