lunar dreaming [Philosophy In A Teacup] Actually, I don't think the other Sinnoh legendaries will be in it, because we've got DPPt right across the metaphorical street. But the other three gens of legendaries? Sure, stuff those puppies in there! Then again, we do get one of the dragon trio, so... Idek. Maybe they will be in there because GF smoked a lot of weed again. Bawwww. 8[ OH WELL. If all else fails I can just port over one of my twenty-seven extra ones.  also OMG permanent running, DO WANT. *~*
Also, high-quality video of this week's P*S is up. Check it out. Be warned, though, it's fifteen minutes long, mainly because the hosts are interviewing-slash-playing the game with Junichi Masuda. It's pretty interesting to watch, actually.

@Anime in Games: But I like my crossovers. And in the manga, too. Just not like, "EVERYTHING MUST CROSSOVER AND CREATE A COMPLETE POKEMON WORLD! >8D" >.> Crossovers/reappearances of characters make me happy. [Hell, Gurren Lagann did that within itself, of timeskipping, and I was like, "DAJSKHFDLAJSHFLKSAJ" just because of something as simple as showing what happened to the characters after seven years. OTL I'm never going to be a great writer if that simple a thing makes me happy.]

That video was actually a bit interesting to watch. I think I might stare at the spinning PokeMart sign when I finally get HGSS for awhile. Cherrygrove's new flowers though... Eh.

Bulbasaurr That one guy had a hitler mustache. The videos were interesting. The graphics look surprisingly better than in Platinum...
The P*S hosts were at Worlds last month and all the English-speaking competitors were calling him "the Pokémon Hilter Guy".
Also, guys, Nintendo just ******** trolled me.
I don't think I've ever mentioned it here, but MONTHS ago, I made a prediction to my friends, at least, that Nintendo would introduce a Ho-Oh/Lugia themed DS for these games, and it would be a DSi, specifically. And this would be sweet, sweet cruel irony, because I'm an avid Ho-Oh/Lugia fangirl and would shell out any amount of money for a special edition DS featuring either of them, but I'm also avidly anti-DSi.
So you know what Nintendo does?
 
Actually, it appears to be just a DSi skin/case, but still. It's cruel. Especially since I own only an old brick DS and can't even try to squeeze my brick into it. Nooo, Alexa, don't buy a Lite. Also, the little blue bag is a DS(i) holder.
More goodies:
Pikachu is a PW skin, while Ho-Oh and Lugia are apparently special edition PWs. And as I told Lunar Dreaming, that seems a bit backwards; No special edition DS only a skin, but special editions for the 4th gen's version of the wireless adapter? What?
DS cart holders, and a holder to hold those holders.

Pokemon Hitler made me go:  (I was looking for an excuse to use this crappy drawing I made emo ) OMG. *_* The skins look awesome. I also don't like the DSi. I need my GBA slot... >_>;; I don't like that they used the DP Pikachu sprite for the pokewalker... I hate that sprite. D;< The HGSS Pikachu looks cute though.  He looks kinda chubby, but cute. I love the new Gyarados sprite also... ninja

That's going to give me nightmares, Bulba. gonk And ********, that's not crappy at all. You put me to shame. Dx
But don't they~? I'd totally get the Ho-Oh/Lugia stuff, as long as they didn't cost an arm and a leg (I'm sure I could stuff a Lite into a DSi case). As for the DSi itself... Ugh. It's fine if anyone else likes it and owns one, but I will punch them in the face if they get rid of their means of playing GBA games then complain about how DS games are still making use of the GBA slot and how it's unfair because they can't use those GBA-based features and baawww. :| Though personally, I think the DSi itself is really gimmicky.
And ha ha, yeah, a lot of people like Pikachu's HG/SS sprite. They also went batshit insane over Cyndaquil's backsprite. "OMG IT LOOKS SO HAPPY NOW!!!!!!! burning_eyes "

Yeah, I now figured out that I should have credited the person on serebii for ripping + cleaning up the sprites from the magazine scans... x_x;
Unfortunately I can't find the link to the thread where I got it from. Should I take it down D:
Crystal's pikachu was the cutest sprite IMO. And Pichu too. D8 I'm a huge Pichu fan though...
He's not chubby, he's pleasingly plump. 4laugh
I hope they remake Blastoise and Venusaur's sprites...
I also don't like Weavile's...

Plus I'd feel super cool being a 17 year old boy with pokemon on my DS case. cool

Also, when I was a senior in high school, I felt cool as hell for having this as my backpack (the black button says "My soul was removed to make room for all this sarcasm"). Yes, I'm also a Disney∙Pixar Cars fangirl. But I ******** Ho-Oh and Lugia. So much so that I'm actually getting ready to sell off a huge chunk of my existing collection in order to get the funds to buy all the Ho-Oh/Lugia merch that's about to be released. 
But if I ever upgraded, I'd just go with a Lite. Specifically that new lime green Lite. A DSi would be a total waste of money for me; I have a digital camera, several webcams, and an iPod, so all of the extra features are useless to me.
Baw. I miss my tablet. The pen is snapped in half and the thing doesn't like my laptop anyway. sad

As for pen versus mouse, I think it's easier to get better faster with a tablet, because it uses the natural drawing movements, but just as stellar art can come from a mouse. It just takes a little while longer to get the hang of it, because a mouse doesn't use the natural drawing movements. (I draw with a mouse, seeing as my tablet is kaputt until I get get off my a** and order a new pen.)
