+Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde+

"He's.." Hakan would pause a bit, fumbling with her slightly. Of course, as long as Hakan had known Mimi, he'd never honestly learned how to deal with Mimi, or rather what to expect. There for, he wasn't exactly on planning on giving the nekojin a piggyback ride.

However, once he had her situated on his back, he would continue with his sentence. "Has been dominant out of the three of us." He was obviously referring to Akatsuki, however Mimi might not understand just yet. At least, that was Hakan's best guess. However, he didn't really want to go into detail.

"So, back home." Hell, obviously. A place Hakan was forced to call home. "We only have things that he likes." We referring to Akatsuki, Ha'tsu, and Hakan. "I'm not really into those clothes so.. Yeah." He would mumble, as if just rambling to himself, before suddenly his head would whirl around, nearly turning completly backwards. "So, shopping it is!" As if his bubbly tone was not enough, the dorky thumbs up almost completed things. "Yeas!" (Not a typo) and now, now things were complete! The expression on his face, his eyes squinted as his lips pulled back in a half smile.. Oh, yeah, real handsome.

-Mimi blinked a bit and simply nodded, still refusing to climb down from his back. That was Mimi for you, inheritaly a kitty and totally lazy at times. There was no way she'd walk just now. For some reason, she felt drained.- Sounds like the Pride, if you ask me.

-Indeed it was true. The look she sported now was basically what Daisuke wanted-- and she'd fought him at every turn. The end product had been an extremely toned down wardrobe but still very 'off the wall' in comparison to ther old t-shirts and jeans.

High on her perch, the little kit couldn't help but me mischievous either. As she clung on and got more comfortable, she gave him a soft peck on the cheek before proceeding to nibble at his ear. Consider it vengeance for what he'd done to her a while back. Tsk. Tsk. Somethings did change after all.- but you're right.. shopping it is... I wonder if we can get Cherry to come along with is. She seems to know Durem like the back of her hand...

Hakan had to pause as Mimi began to nibble on his ear. Hakan, he was a perfectly normal, healthy teenaged demon. Even if he had a high level of control, well.. Being that close to his ear, she couldn't help but breath into it. Hakan had to stop, and keep his thought process on track, making sure nothing 'extra' got in there.

However, eventually Mimi pulled away from a little bit, just when his lips threatened to pull up into a grin. With a sigh, Hakan managed to calm himself down, and begin his walking again making sure he held Mimi up, even though she was already clinging to him.

"Well, at that rate, we may as well bring whoever else along who wants to join us." He would state in a rather thoughtful manner. "Sept for, you know, that fox guy." He would state, a rather dull and irritated expression coming across his face. "He has a bad air about him, it's annoying."

More in touch with one of the senses some peop,e lost touch with, Hakan was able to 'feel' people. It wasn't seeing their aura, nor was it feeling their emotions. It was almost like sensing their personality, and Baza had a very heavy, and exhausing air about him, sort of like Cherry.. But more 'irking.'

{I'm replying to Neit's post awhile back. You guys post soooo much! That's like so awesome! But confusing for my feeble mind...}

Cherry blinked at the fox merchant. Before she could answer, a half a dozen events had unfolded, leaving the poor, already exhausted quite at her wits' end. She frowned at Mimi's reaction to her flowers. It wasn't as if the decorations were overly gaudy--just an array of color. If there was one thing she had an eye for, it was "cuteness" and "pretty things." Then again, as compared to the earlier decor...the change was astounding. But if they all wanted a real "cheerful shock," they'd have to see her room....

While she stood trying to comprehend what was happening around her, it seemed that the lobby had filled...and then emptied... Odd. People always seemed to be moving around the Hyde. She really couldn't complain, being a major contributer to all this movement to begin with... That was the thing about Cherry; she recovered quickly. In fact, by the time she'd finished blinking, it seemed her normal--if you could call it that--hyperactivity had returned.

"Pink?" She repeated. "Oh my gosh! I just love pink!" No surprise there. "Ok, ok! What've you got?"

Leave it to Cherry to fall directly into a trap. She was what the French call "une bonne poire." But who cares about naivety when you're having fun?

Her mahogany eyes sparkled almost star-like, and she clapped her hands excitedly. "Oh, I'm Cherry, by the way! Cherry Amour! Nice to meet you!"

Finally, a good customer was before him. Baza retty much ignored everything that was happening around then, his main focus was upon the bubbly girl. Customers always come first in his mind. "Hello there miss Cherry! My name is Baza, the fox merchant, you say you like pink things?" He asked retorically.

The merchant quickly whipped around his bag and slammed it on the floor. the large thud almost cracked the floor beneath it, showing how heavy it was. Baza then pulled some wires and opened a few pockets, this was all done very quickly, no one could know what he was really doing at the moment.

Soon, the bag unfolded, and practically exploded. two tables, a large matress, and many pink items flew out of it. It seemed almost physically imposible, but all that came out was pink, landed correctly, without being broken or upside down, and it all seemed organised once it landed. The scene unfolding almost seemed magical, the objects flying everywhere, landing in their appropreate places.

As all this was happening, the fox merchant changed into some pink clothing, so fast, it was doubt ful that anyone saw him do so. It was a marvel, there were pink jars, tables, potions, fruits, clothes, toys, weapons, and many more pink things. Itwas rather creepy, seeing all this pink somehow popping out of the merchant's bag, it made people wonder just where did he get all this stuff, and where did he put it?

Zandar

Zandar watched slightly apprehensively and slowly stepped away in shock. "thats like my pack... except a lot bigger..." a small pocket fell open and a 5-foot-long staff and many other large things, including a large, black rock. Zandar's pack was probably smaller, had less stuff, and was lighter, but for goodness sake! there was a large rock in his pack! Zandar quickly knelt down and quickly stuffed everything back into the pack.

It wasn't really a normal rock, though. It was quite enchanted, the one who held it could unseal a power that Zandar hadn't yet fully understood how to use yet, however he had managed hw to use it to create powerful barriers and manipulate pure energy. It could be called his greatest achievement, for it was created through a combination of a spell, purpose, accident, and a bit of luck. Despite being its creator, he still hadn't managed the use of its full power.

(fricking crap that sucked.)

-Mimi paused for a moment and shifted about as to get more comfortable on his back. Cherry was a little hyper, perhaps a tad too much but nothing she coudln't deal with for say... a couple of hours of shopping? If anything, someone that bouncy and enthsiastic would do wonders for the situation. After all, the feline wasn't very inclined to such things and the one who had been dressing her for the past month were Daisuke and Ryoko's tastes (toned down of course. Oh, some of the outfits Daisuke chose.. gah!).

Again, she was about ot say when he continued speaking so the most she could do was rest her head on his shoulder and nuzzle him for a moment whilst in deep thought. At last she poked him on the chin with her tail and spoke.- Yeah, he creeps me out a bit and its just not his canine scent either... Call me paranoid but something about him just rubs me the wrong way. Maybe I can drag Eliza too.. she's pretty decent and I'm sure she'd help to keep Cherry in check. She's got a way of.. I don't know, handling Miss Hyperactivity that's not only subtle but effective.

-Hmm.. shopping. She really needed to do it too. It'd been a couple of days since she last changed and Mim would be damned if she wore anything else from her Pride. After all, the halter, pant and blazer trio was the most conservative outfit she owned....and it already had given Hakan some form of brain shock earlier. - Onward, ho!

Eventually, Hakan had to nudge her a little bit with his elbow. It was all he could do, unlike Mimi he didn't have a tail, and his hands were being used to hold her up, thus the only effective thing to nudge her with was his elbow. He'd surely lose his balence if he tried to nudge her with his foot, and not only that but he'd probably end up nudging her rear end, which wouldn't be good for the situation.

Turning his head, he would face her half way still wearing that dull expression on his face. "..I'm not a horse you know." Honestly, 'onward ho!' What did she take him for?! Her loyal steed!? ..Well, despite that Hakan began to walk on, careful to make the ride extra bumpy for the female lycanthrope on his back. If he was going to be her horse, he was going to be a damn wild one!

On down the stairs, he was met with the sight of Baza and Cherry, and even a few others. My, my.. It was refreshing to see the lobby so full of life, wasn't it? During his second stay at Jekyll de Hyde, he took note of how dead it once was. Not anymore, mind you! Despite the hyperactivity, it was still nice.

However.. As he walked, something came to mind. "....Cherry, Eliza, Kyaroru-chan.." He began to mumble to himself. Due to his year alone, he became used to having no one listening to him, there for his thoughts were projected verbally most of the time. ""I'm going to be the only male there!" He would give a small sob as he hung his head. ..It was not a healthy situation.

-Ah, yes, he finally got the hint that she wanted a piggy back. WOO!! The girl couldn't help but grin as she clung on to him a bit tighter. In fact, the more he struggled to be a pain in the butt, the more she happened to like it and not mind.

As they decended the stairs she couldn't help but cling to Hakan a bit tighter. That fox guy really creeped her out.. and those pink things. No sane person could cary so much amount of pink in their pockets (Cherry wasn't sane.. she was cherry!) Even a normal being coudln't stand being in a room that....

Mimi slowly released her grip on Hakan and slid onto the floor.- I'll.. go look for Eliza, yes? -Really, being in the same room with all that... it was getting to her. Already she felt queazy.-

The pink, the pink! It hurt, seeing so much pink. As he felt the weight on him decrease, he turned around to look at Mimi, who had began to wander away already with the excuse that she was going to look for Eliza. Now, there was no way in hell that Mimi was going to leave him in a room full of pink, especially with that fox guy, goddamnit!

"Chuh.." He would stutter slightly. The pink, he felt like his head was going to implode, thus he had to hurry and get out of there! "Cherry's busy, so I'll help you look!" He would state as he ran off to catch up with her, although it was a short distance.

Once he caughy up, he went right by her in the direction of the.. Where was Eliza again? He couldn't remember, although he could have sworn he saw her earlier going into the elevator. "Ah, that's right, she went in search of a werewolf!" Like it was no big deal. Hakan turned around slightly and took off back up the stairs and towards the elevator.

Oh no you don't.. -She muttered rushing up to him and grabbing a hold of his hand as to not stay behind. No, no, he wasn't leaving her all alone .- Werewolf? The guy who checked in and is on the fourth floor?

Really, what was she up to now? Well, for one Eliza was tipsy and was running around like a crazed idiot up and down the halls on the fourth floor. Somehow or another she'd set her hair loose and stuffed straws in the loose curs. She'd also found a garbage bag and wore that as a skirt, her pants were missing and she was currently talking to a broom. "Sho.. whed chu shay -- ohh.. i'd lorve tuh!"

Instantly she picked up the broom and proceeded to dance around with it until she tripped on a rug and fell onto a trashcan. From there she got up and stumbled over said compartment and fell against a door, only to break it open. Dust, rose everwhere and Eliza remained on her back staring at the ceiling, entranced almost by the shadows. "Shuddup..." she mumbled, waving a hand in the air.

"He's staying here..?" He would look a Mimi with a bit of a dumbfounded expression on his face. ..Quite impressed, Hakan actually was. She had more self control than he did, for he would have given the wolf the boot if he were in her position. However, he shrugged it off and began to continue up the stairs, only to pause mid-step at the sound of crashing. ..And more crashing. Even more crashing was it?

A bit of a worried expression would come over his face as he became worried about Eliza. He was one of the few people he saw eye to eye with, another important person to him in fact, and he was not about to let some werewolf murder her! ..Little did he know, the woman was just drunk. Not tipsy, drunk.

Thus, he rushed off towards the elevator, calling back to Mimi while waving over his shoulder. "Hurry up, it sounds like she's in trouble!" From that point, he began to hit the elevator button again, and again, and agan.. And again.

Zandar walked around a bit in the lobby, still uncomfortable and slightly irritable at the fox merchant. Despite what he had gone through lately, his clothes were practically spotless. Even he didn't know what kept this particular set of clothes so clean when anything else he wore got dirty, quickly, but it doesn't really matter to him.

As he paces he begins to play a small game with himself. He pulled about a half a dozen rubber balls out of his pack, and proceeded to hit them around with his hands. He would start with one, then two, then three, and eventually be hitting all six at different times with perfect precision. To some it would be a rare talent, to Zandar it was a way to pass the time. There he was making a fool out of himself for no real reason.

He soon became bored of that game, and sat down against a wall. After he had replaced five of the rubber balls into his pack, he began throwing one against the opposite wall and catch it when it came back. His philosophy is that to be idle is to waste time, and every second was precious, so everything he did had a purpose, no matter how miniscule the purpose was.

Cherry's eyes sparkled...visibly. It was an odd talent the girl had. "Pretty! Teehee!" she chirped. The simple one-word and giggle response summed up her feelings entirely.

She sifted through the pile of pink, giggling all the while. Exactly what was so funny remained a mystery; suffice to say, it was a Cherry thing. She waved a hand behind her, shutting her eyes for a split second as she sent for her purse. The heart-shaped, sparkly thing came bounding down the stairs and into the girl's outstretched hands.

Now there was only the matter of what to buy! Everyone--most notably her own sister--accused her of being a bit...gullible. Well, is she was going to waste her money, anyway, why not buy pretty things?

She clapped her hands excitedly in her hyperactive way. "Ok, ok! What should I buy?" she asked enthusiastically. The question seemed posed to the world in general.
PostPosted: Fri Feb 25, 2005 8:39 am

Ah, yes, it seemed the girl really liked Baza's selection of items, wich made him happy. A happy customer was a happy Baza. In any case, when the question was asked, the fox merchant made it his duty to answer first. ''Well I think everything here matches with your outfit, and your personality! I don't think you need any more regular clothes! How about this lovely dress! Just for special occacasions!'' He said full of energy.

From somewhere in the stack of clothes, the fox merchant pulled out a dress, and what a dress it was. It seemed like almost a wedding gown, exept about 100 times more expensive. The dress was made of the finest material, it's poofy shoulders and little pink gems wee quite pretty. The gems were placed all around it's waist, arms, and thw lower area. It was truly something fit for a princess, even the smell was amazing! The mixture of rose, vanilla, and cherry were eminated by the dress, the smell being quite comforting to most, and intense.

If there was one thing Cherry consistently was, it was a good shopper. While every other trait of the hyperactive creature was subject to change, that one staple piece always remained. She was gullible, ditzy, and overall careless, but she could shop. Whether that was a good talent or a simple compensation for lack of sense is a mystery.

However, the fact remained that Cherry would not buy a thing unless she wanted it. She looked up at the dress Baza held. She gave it a sidelong glance, stuck out her tongue, and shook her head.

"That? No way! It's tacky! Looks like this Halloween costume I had when I was little..." she chirped with a furrowed brow. "Halloween's my birthday, so I wore the dress all day. But my sister made fun of me sooo much!" She pouted just recalling the memory.

Extravagance wasn't exactly Cherry's forte. She much preferred cute things. Take Waffles as an example. In fact, the girl was staring pointedly at the bear at just that moment. In a completely childish display, her next question was directed toward the plush creature, "What do you think, Waffles?"

Of course, after a moment, she gave up on waiting for an answer and began rummaging through the pile of pink once more. "There's just so much stuff!"
