Winevy Well I finished it and posted it, so if it's possible to get EXP from that, then I think I set it up right. :'D At that point a crew member accepts, so generally wait till Qyp accepts.

ninja Hm...the first thing to do would be completely replace the Old Perpetually lazy/not here crew...then finish working the kinks out of the new system, and then start recruiting more new members...

I've decided though that this guild might be salvageable, and since I currently hold most posts invested out of the active members, I think I should put forth effort to see it brought back. Highly doubtful, the best we can do is wait for them to come back, or make do with very few crew. Or appoint pseudo crew-members o_o

Kouri is semi-active... she is still deciding on who to appoint as the new VC. Anyways... kouri-chan_xx It's 20/20 because skills are meant to be on the same level as ability mods and to increase an Ability mod you have to train it twice XD
