The two had traveled around as wondering rouge's from Konoha to kiri until they reached Sunagakure to settle the young women in a hospital. The next day the women passed away giving birth to twin's. This had taken a burden on the husben for lossing his wife to his childern. He named the twins close to his and their mother's name since both looked like each parent and since then Misa the youngest by ten seconds and her brother lived almost perfect lives.
Misa side: six years has passed since then for the girl as her father had spoiled her greatly at times with persents and stories just see her happy in ways. She had picked up talent from her mother but not yet the will of passion for it as her hands got her teased by other kids her age mostly girls. At the age of nine it slowly died down as she was now in a Academy for kids that liked showing of their talent, dreams to become Kunoichi or ninja. Failing to pass her test she was dropped for a year during her early teens which caused her father to become harsh around the girl to the point where he gave her a side to his story for leaving on a long misson. Right after turning sixteen Misa had passed shortly right after her brother finally becoming a ninja for Suna.

He is friendly and caring, and once bonds are established, he becomes a fierce and loyal protector who is willing to give up his life for their safety. Description: Akita is a large white wolf with strange red markings located on both of her thighs. Coming from a pack of female wolves who resemble her appearance exactly, Raikou has tied a red ribbon around her right foreleg, similar to his own arm. She is rather large, much bigger than the average wolf, but not by much, and her overall physique is less muscular than a male wolf's, being much more slender as a result. But, she can still hold her own very well in a fight, including against males weighing much more than herself. Akita's eyes are the same color as Raikou's while mirroring the cold, icy gaze of his own eyes as well.
Personality: Akita is very, extremely protective of Raikou. Having been at his side since he was a child, she also has a soft spot for other smaller children she happens to cross by, tending to be more caring and motherly when interacting with them. She tends to be a little uneasy around other males, until she finds them worthy of her trust. Normally a calm, quiet, and friendly wolf, anyone she finds a threat towards Raikou will face her incredibly hostile wrath. Once a pack leader in her past, she's very wise, and somewhat dominant, only submitting to Raikou because of their bond to each other. She sees other males as challenges until recognized as a friend. Life for him thus far had been great, and he was constantly begging his mother to enroll him into the academy on his fifth birthday. She seemed to ignore him, not having much to do with him, so Raikou was often under Ayame's care. By the age of five, Raikou was well aware that birthdays were all about presents, and since his sister's was coming up, he planned to get her one. It took him nearly a whole month to gather up the money for the present he wanted to get her, and the only possible way he could get money was finding loose change among the streets, and occasionally dipping into the wishing fountain. By the time he managed to get the money, it was the night before his sister's birthday. He left home that night to sleep in front of the store which designed custom jewelry and other products. That morning when the store opened, he bought two plain white necklaces and had their names carved into them. Placing one on himself, he took the other one back home to give as a present for his sister.
When he finally came home, he realized no one was there. Raikou stayed inside of the house for a full week, managing to take care of himself until he ran out of food that he was able to prepare for himself. Scared, confused, and alone, little Raikou ran about the village searching for his mother and sister, but had very little luck. He eventually traveled far into the sand dunes, far from the village, and became lost. It was the middle of the night, and the desert was dreadfully cold, yet he continued to go on, hoping to find his way back to the village. He encountered a pack of wolves who eventually surrounded him, growling and threatening him with painful nips and slaps of their paws. He cried out once, which angered the pack of wolves, and just before they could do anymore harm, a bright white blur moved by, snatching Raikou up, rescuing him from the pack. When he looked at his hero, he saw that it was another wolf. The white wolf began traveling back to the village, but before she could get there, she was ambushed and attacked by two wolves, having to throw Raikou into the sand and defend him. Despite the odds, the white wolf was the victor, while suffering terrible injuries, including a broken foreleg.
They were close enough to where Raikou could see the village in the distance, but he saw a nearby cave even closer, and the white wolf was urging him to head that way. Dragging her into the cave, he was met with a pack of white wolves, that looked just like her, and they treated Raikou nicely, for bringing their pack leader back. He lived with the wolves until the pack leader recovered, and then he was escorted back to the village by the pack of wolves. When they arrived, the pack leader decided to stay with Raikou, and the rest of the pack left, understanding why she wanted to stay with the boy. They traveled together in the village, until they met with a man with white hair, who insisted on taking care of the boy and the wolf. For six years, he lived with this man, growing a strong bond with the wolf, and eventually, she became his pet. The man sort of "adopted" Raikou and Akita, his newly named pet wolf, until Raikou told the man that he really wanted to become a ninja. Understanding how important this must be for Raikou, he helped him get enrolled into the academy, and a few years later, he graduated. The bond between him and Akita had grown so strong, that she agreed to become his companion, and to join him on his career as a shinobi.

My history? Why would anyone want to know such things, when it is clearly mine and mine alone to know or remember? Bah, but I suppose that should I die, such knowledge could prove useful, and perhaps bring change to a world long gone dark and cold from the evil within it.
My oldest memory comes from the days shortly after my birth. Is this odd, to remember before memory was supposed to have existed? Before the brain was to have developed into the receptacle of knowledge, experience, and the pain that both bring that it is now? Well, I suppose it matters not, for it simply was another facet of life for me. I remember the love my mother and father gave us, growing up in the plantation out on the farther borders of the Land of Fire. Were we rich? Yes, I suppose we were, though at the time I was too small to consider what it meant to have food on the table every day, to have all our desires met within minutes of demanding them. I remember all of our workers loved us, loved our family, for we fed and housed their families on the great chunk of land that belonged to us.
I remember us being...happy. Is it odd that I cannot remember what it felt like, nor liken it to anything I have felt since? Perhaps I should ask Rei, as she is the more emotional of the two of us. My sister and I, twins, had our own language and communication methods and thus were always inseparable, so maybe the happiness came from her being with me? Who knew. Either way, we were happy, but that all changed when we hit puberty. You see, my sister and I were "early bloomers", as it was put in those days, and we reached our womanhood at the tender age of ten [10]. But with that blooming came something else, a power that we had not known existed. Somehow, my sister gained the ability to grow her bones, to replace those that she had accidentally broken or snapped out. As adventurous a child as she was, that came frequently. However, with it came a tolerance for pain I could not match. My sister knew, instinctively I suspect, that it would be wrong to show these powers to anyone. I only wish now that I had had that instinct, for I gained something else. I could reach into the physical world and change its structure, forcing it into something else, something...pink, blue, green, red, and a myriad of other colors: Crystal. I could change anything into crystal, and that included anything with blood within their veins. We were harmless however, and did not use our newfound abilities to harm anyone, or anything.
Yet when our parents one day came home and discovered us showing each other what we had learned to do with our powers, it wasn't happiness that registered in their expressions. Instead it was disgust, hatred, and terror. I, at the age of eleven [11], handed a crystal flower to my mother to make her smile, but she did not take it, nor did she smile. I, as the younger of the two of us, was dismissed for the moment. My sister was the one in charge, the one held responsible for my actions, and it was she whom was focused on. My father immediately struck her face, knocking her to the ground, demanding to know who had shown her such things. When she wailed instead of answering, my father kicked her in the head, hard. Blood sprayed out from a wound that had been left by his hard boot. I remember the cracking noise as his second kick connected, the screams as my sister begged for mercy, wailed and shrieked to know what she had done to deserve this. Both of us had never been punished, never seen punishment bestowed on another living creature, so we could not cope at all with these actions. We could not cope with the shock, with the pain. I watched as my sister was brutally beaten, but then my own vision swam as my mother took a vase from a wall and shattered it across my skull, demanding to know where her daughter was, who I, a monster, was. I screamed that it was me, begged her to stop, but she continued. All went black a moment later, the continued wails of my sister still echoing within my skull.
She always was difficult to put down.
We woke what seemed years later, but what was obviously only hours. We were locked in the cellar midst broken bottles and refuse, and I knew without a doubt we were going to die. But no, that was not their goal. Our parents had gone mad, believing us to be changelings, monsters from Kirigakure no Sato that had followed them and tried to end their lives. I will not retell the horrors that were inflicted upon us as we, barely more than eleven, were tortured in ways that would break full grown, fully realized shinobi. What I do remember is the final day, the day they decided my sister was the changeling, and that she had corrupted me. They decided that I was to be the breaking point for her answers, that I was to die in agony so that she would speak. They pinned me to a wall, arms strung up behind me, arms rotated so that the weight alone would soon dislocate my arms, and pressed a knife to my throat. I remember my sister's eyes as she awoke in the darkness and saw me, our eyes having adjusted in the weeks of the cellar. I remember my parents grinning, evil, horrid grins, knowing they had won.
Or rather, they assumed.
The next instant my sister exploded into action. Her pupils shrank to points, nearly making them completely white. Her body quaked, the air whistling in the room in ways that defied reality. Dust swirled and formed in the wind, formed around her into the hazy outline of some mystical beast. She screamed-no, she roared, and her bonds broke as bones protruded from her body, slicing apart her chains and bonds. She rushed my parents and leaped upon them, and tore into them as they in turn screamed for mercy. At first I was horrified. I knew my parents were monsters, and could not understand nor comprehend their evil actions, but witnessing her sister do this? Become the beast? Yet she could not blame herself as her voice, cracked from long being parched, egging her sister on, demanding she tear them apart, disembowel them, feast on their flesh, make them be the ones this time who suffered!
It seemed like hours passed before I awoke again, not realizing I had blacked out. I was on the floor, my bare skin against the cold stone earth, with something sticky covering most of me. When I opened my eyes I saw my mirror, my twin sister, Rei, above me. I realized I was in her lap, my head between her legs, while my body and her's were within a massive cascade of blood. Everything was covered in what had been my parents.
We escaped that same day, fleeing from our homes. I suspect the people of the plantation knew of what had happened, but could do nothing to stop our parents. I could not blame them, nor was I angry, for they left us to flee in peace. I learned later that my sister had changed forever, turned dark and maniacle, twisted by our experience, and she had no memory of what had happened in the last year. Nothing at all. We went to Konohagakure then, seeking asylum, and the Hokage at that time showed us clemency. He took us in and helped us, set us up with shelter and feed. We repaid it by training to become shinobi, working ourselves into oblivion to lash away our hidden past, for none we told of what happened, other than that we were escorted into the village by the Hokage himself, us covered in gore.
But I did not escape this unscathed, no. I too was damaged. Gone was the young, happy girl who trusted all and loved all. Gone was she who saw the world as light and clouds. No, she had died, tortured into nonexistence, and in her place was the new Shouka. She had a knew goal, to find out what had happened with her parents, those monsters, and what had caused their evil. Blaming Kirigakure no Sato, that was what she lived for. That was her new goal.

Jocasta came from a group of nomads outside of the Village Hidden in the Sands, she lived with her mother and her little brother. Life was good for her, she loved experiencign the Nations as they are... massive landforms with different kinds of people on them; all that would change like the ebb and flow of the ocean. One day as they wrre traveling they ran into a mysterious group...her mother had a weird feeling about them; as she was a sensor much like Jocasta, they decided to press on as the others made camp with these mysterious peoples. in the middle of the night, they were bombarded with screams and the deafening sounds of pain and destruction. The mysterious people were attacking the peaceful caravan, it was a slaughter. These people had no idea of ninjutsu and didn't stand a chance. Jocastas mother decided to just leave everything behind, they just ran into the distance to never look back. They finally watched as the landscape change from the tans and browns of the Wind Country to the lush greens of the Fire Country. They decided to place themselves in the Forest of death but the mysterious people were behind them the whole time. A man appeared to Jocasta and held her hostage as the others relentlessly beat her mother and brother nearly to death, when Jocasta was thrown to the ground... she realized one thing... the leader was an Uchiha. This "leader" looked at her and told her but one thing before letting the men beat upon her "Fear me... as I'll be back for you and you better be ready for me." She was severely beaten and awake in the Leaf Village, the whereabouts of her brother and mother are unknown. She enrolled into the Academy on her own free will but still held a fear for the "dreaded" uchiha clan.

Mkay. It looks good for the most part. However, you are allowed 10 free ninjutsu slots from a single personal, so you can raise that if you wish. Second personal looks good. Although you didn't like the approval of your bloodline it's fine, I saw it was approved before hand. ^^

She was taught to dance by her older sister, as is the person that designed her wardrobe. She loves the sound of bells and thus had her sister fashion them to her clothing, making light sounds of one of the simplest instruments ever created. Upon entering the academy she discovered she had issues channeling her chakra in the proper methods of handseals to form her jutsu. Upon further investigation from her supervising instructors they found that she could use the bells on her clothing to channel her chakra much better than her seals. It took her more than the first year of the academy to learn to channel through her handseals, the music being her first choice. Her instructors wouldn't let her graduate until she was proficient with her weaker form of chakra molding. She is excited that she has finally graduated into the sunagakure military and looks forward to her team placement.

After talking it over with the other mods we'll allow for 5, but we already have a system in place for chakra/stamina recovery out of combat which is basically what you appear to be asking for. If you can edit that PA we can go from there.
