-When you memorize all the insults from Terrier because they sound so much better than modern insults, and use them frequently. "Pox rot your womb" just has a better ring to it than "U R A NERD!" even if no one else knows what you're talking about.

The Queen of Lace -When you memorize all the insults from Terrier because they sound so much better than modern insults, and use them frequently. "Pox rot your womb" just has a better ring to it than "U R A NERD!" even if no one else knows what you're talking about. I quite like that one Lace... ... when you realize you are comparing every man you date to Raoul or other Pierce character. ... when the only thing you dream about at night is Tortall and you relive what your heroines have gone through. ... when you wonder what it would be like to kiss a human crow.

Haha, speaking of crows:
You know you are obsessed when you stare at a crow and suspect it may have a white dash on its body, since it may have been cursed by a raka mage. I did this with a particularly lively crow, and he flew at me biggrin

Nice. You're obsessed when you ask your dad for Song of the Lioness in Hardback even though you already have it in paperback and could easily get paperback again when your copy of the series is very beat up but decide you want a hardback copy of the series to sit on your book shelf to look nice.
Also when you're going to ask for a Hard back set of Protector of the Small if you succeed in getting your copy of SotL.
