Nope, nothing. As Kita passed a spot that was less dense than the rest, she spotted a pawprint; suspicious, she put her own foot on top of the print and stepped away.
There was no change. She'd been here before -- it was the patch of tall grass from before!
"Hey, Gouka! I've been here before, there aren't any eggs here. I looked all over, all I found was a wrapper."

Dameon shook his tail from side to side at Kiana's expression. He knew she was joking. He'd been around humans enough to know most of their body language and facial expressions.
Angelus laughed and followed everyone to the table area. He carefully looked under the table where all the children were coloring.
Dameon sniffed around, beneath the seats.

"Careful." He picked up a strand of thorns that was curled near his daughter. No good if she got hurt, Chesh would freak.
Streching out her hands she pulled at a clump of clover until she managed to pull one of the flowers off. Holding it up to her father she wiggled it until he took it before going back to poking at the soft flowers.
She liked them. They were soft and the leaves were bright. Was there anything else bright in there too?

Myst crouched down beside Iggy, "Did you find something?" she asked excitingly. You'd think she was the child and not Iggy.
Iggy gave his mother a bland look and showed her an egg shaped rock, "A rock."
Myst smiled sheepishly and stood back up, "Someone must have already searched there then." she said and glanced around, wondering where else one could look for eggs.
Iggy, now ignoring Myst, glanced around the bushes once more before he heard some people mention searching around the tables and decided to look there too. He thought that if people were searching there, they might not have found any that might be there yet.

Dameon didn't find anything under the seats. Maybe someone taped eggs under the table. He glanced up, just in case.

Kael sighed and moved away from the bush without an egg. As if sensing his frusteration the wolf-taur that he was holding gurgled at him.
"Your right Graham, at least we have one egg, though it would be fun to find more wouldn't it?" His tail wagged a little and he moved to a patch of flowers to check among them. Surely there were other eggs around.

The notice about the treasure hunt had been posted on a lamppost two streets from DS's house. It sounded a bit odd, but then, what in Gaia wasn't? Besides, there were supposed to be kids there. Young ones, by the sound of it. So on Easter morning, after brunch, she packed Bob and Xue and some snacks, and the three of them boarded the train to Barton.
It seemed that the hunt had been going on for some time when they arrived, but hopefully it wasn't over yet. "Excuse me," DS said loudly to the general area, "but can others still join the egg hunt?"
Bob was dressed in a fluffy white onesie, with a hole cut messily into the back for her tails to spill out. Floppy white ears were perched on the hood, though that had slipped off of her head and one of the ears was in her mouth, the other simply soggy. She had been asleep for most of the train ride, but as soon as they reached the field she was alert and curious. There were so many people there!
Also topped with bunny ears, but otherwise in his usual forest-hued robes, Xue ran excitedly up to the nearest person, projecting greetings to everyone within a ten-meter radius.
HELLO! What is everyone doing? biggrin

Kiana and Solaris fan out, each taking opposite sides of the table to look under.
Maybe they'd hidden it it tufts of grass? Kiana took to looking in those, while Solaris went about checking near each of the table legs.
"Smell anything, Dameon?" says Kiana as she fingers through one particularly largeish tuft of grass.

She did find a rather large seed and handed it to Cian before crawling a little ways away to play with the grass that grew under the trees.
Finding bugs and flowers and shinny rocks was good but she wanted one of the things that made her daddy smile. The bright big things that bearly fit in her hands.

Iggy swayed his tails somewhat excitedly, it really was fun looking for eggs. He peered around the table legs. There must be eggs somewhere right?
Myst smiled as she watched Iggy, glad he was getting into the spirit of finding easter eggs. She was sure he'd find one eventually before the all the eggs were found... She hoped anyway, cause she didn't want him to go running to Gulli and tell her that they went egg hunting and didn't find anything. He was bound to blame it on her.
Iggy glanced at his mother and then at the other children looking around the tables.

Dameon didn't see any eggs taped underneath the table. He heard his name being called, so he crawled towards Kiana. He looked around the spot she was looking in case his nose could catch something her eyes couldn't.
Angelus wasn't seeing anything. Maybe the other children already came to this spot. Rising up from the ground, he leaned against the trunk of a tree. His brown eyes looked up into the branches to see if there was anything.

Streching out he flopped his hand over the side of the roots he was leaning over. Feeling something he grabbed it and pulled it up.
Zoe had plopped herself down in a patch of clovers and was gigging happyly and she rooted though the flowers. Her crown had fallen over one of her eyes but she ignored it completely.
