Oh bad shadow! How can it do such a horrible thing to the sweet werefox? Arynek hurried to the ghoul who was holding the debris of her lovely dress, she had no idea what to do to make the situation better. The Hairwolf went to get Simply a new dress, maybe boils were not as scary as her Uchitels mentioned - "They will eat you alive, stay away from them!" He was helping the sweet ghoul after all, he seemed so nice. The poor shadow ghoul was puzzled, which should be the truth? Will boils really want to eat her?
Back to the situation, she really couldn't do anything except waiting, which made her feel bad. She would offer her cape to Simply if she could, but it was alive and part of herself. So she just took off a mid-length blouse and wrapped it around the ghoul. "I hope this can help a bit before he come back...D-don't worry..."
She looked at another "ghoul" a while, before lowered her head and blushed again. "T-Thank you for the lollipop before..." She murmured, so hard to hear unless you really pay attention. It wasn't in her hand or she ate it, it's just being kept at a safe place. She would grab grip her skirt firmly and make some horrid creases if she was not holding the werefox.

Oh thank the sweet pumpkin overlord! CLOTHING! That healer from before came back with... well an okay dress. Not perfect, but on short notice it was workable. And there was that other sweet little ghoul wrapping her up. One could already see the happy tears welling up in the werefox's eyes as she looked upon the two. "Thank you~" There was a little sniffle as he carefully accepted the dress with one hand and tried to glance around to find a place to change.
Many of the stores were demolished, and well... the doors were pulled clean off on dressing rooms she was sure. What if something fell? And she couldn't change out in the open. People would DEFINITELY see. "Um... a place... a place..." Ears drooped a bit as she helplessly looked between the two, lower lip trembling a bit as the more helpless side of herself showed. She just didn't want to well.. not be decent. Papa said only naughty girls(not in the good way) went around flashing their goodies to everyone. She didn't want to be a naughty girl in that way! She'd just been told she should be scary, and maybe a little mean(why?).
Honestly, they were looking at a little lost puppy at that point. One that just wanted to hide her chest from the general populace. Still, she hapily sunk against Arynek at the safety of not being seen, and hugs were always good. There was a bit of nuzzling against the ghoul involved. Mmhmm, she liked the healer and was certainly more safe now. Then again, when didn't she feel safe with hugs? She'd have probably taken them from the shadow creature if it wasn't breaking and hurting everyone. "You know, you're comfy." Not the most on topic, but it was true. She was sort of soft to lean against.

Everyone had working so hard, defending one another, chipping away at the monster. The damage was getting to the creature, the change in its behavior was noticeable. They could do it. They'll need everyone. The Hellhound moved among the group, looking at the group of students who seemed to know each other. They may be individual groups, but they were groups nevertheless. Together, they could accomplish the task.
Digging his feet into what was left of the shopping center, the demon dashed forward, nailing a solid hit onto the beast before being pushed back by the incoming retaliation. Springing to his feet, he readied for another go at the thing.

The barrage of attacks from the demon was beginning to lose a bit of steam. It was obvious. Though they might have gotten their second wind - their will to fight on, it was still late and this creature was no push over for them. The demon backed away, there was no point in another assault just yet, he did what he could and figure it best to regroup with the others.
Hopefully they have a mode of operation to handle the situation. He made his way over to the ghostly girl that he had freaked out prior and another, who appeared like some sort of fox related demon.
"Resting?" He stated simply, as he stood before them, crossing his arms. His breath was deep, his wounds clear, he had been near death and back. For once, he was thankful that there were people out there that were able to use magic.
It was just not ones he was familiar with...

Yvette still had some juice from the latest pick me up that the mysterious girl on wheels (Ruth) had given her earlier on so she took a brief moment to observe the tidings of the battle and see if there was anyone who might need some help that she could render. She remembered seeing the hellhound boil around when the smaller shadowlings were all around them. He looked a little worn out after the series of blows he had dished out to the shadowling and now that he was approaching where Simply, Arynek and Yiska were, she supposed that the least she cold do for them was to draw the shadow creature's attention so that the boil could have a chance to recover.
"Over here Shadow Butt! I'm not quite done with you here yet!" She called out to the creature, trying to replicate the little dance that she had witnessed Hairwolf performing earlier on to snag its attention before getting down to the ground to roll to the side when it sent one of its huge hands in her direction.

Resting? She blinked lightly from in the fold of safety known at Arynek's blouse, and innocent smile on her face. "Sorta." She stated, still clutching at what was left of her shirt. Still coulding move her hands much or everyone was gonna see goodies afterall. "The shadow's a peeeerv." She stated quite simply, frowned at that before sticking her tongue out at the thing in the background.
Though really, that wasn't all she cared about. Rather. This guy was WALL. He was over two feet taller than her. Simply's head had to turn waaaay up to look the fellow in the face really. "Tall." It was said under her breath before she smiled cheerily. "After I change, can I get a ride?" Now it was meant entirely innocently. She wanted a piggyback ride and nothing more. Anyone who took it as anything else was a dirty, dirty, dirty gutterminded fool. She was talking about kiddy things. JEEZ.
"You look a little tired too." She added, tail flicking a bit, but making no move to extract herself from the blouse of safety and people not oggling what she was trying to hide. "It's not that mean you know. Kicks it's butt a bit more!" Not like he had much to fear. He wasn't even wearing a shirt!

Oh. The spider thing talked. And it seemed very happy. Van liked happy things a lot, ergo he liked the spider thing. "Hey man, not a problem!" Van called out, and then added, "Your lady spider seems pretty nice! Sorry I was full of judging!"
He booked it off, and he was gonna heal some more, he really was, but Touchstone had a sandwich. Van spent a very good portion of the remainder of the battle hovering near him, eyes wide, a bit of a puppy whine going on.
"Nobody told us there was lunchtime involved," Van lamented, and followed Touchstone even after the sandwich was gone.
Not to be helpful; no, not at all. Okay, admittedly, when Touchstone encouraged him, he felt bad, and tried to be a good puppy, but apparently somewhere deep inside him he held a grudge over the sandwich thing or something because at the exact moment he meant to heal, his tummy grumbled and he ruined everything.

He would, apparently, go heal that dude over there with the ears and the fur and the-- hey, why not? "Canine solidarity, my fiendish friend," Van rumbled out, as he bounced up to Uru and held out his hands, wiggling his fingers again and hoping heals just happened.
"You guys are AWESOME!" Van called out, in general-- he was sort of out of health again, so he contented himself with watching the battle from a bench, hoping the shadow creatures merely thought he was dead and didn't bother him.

This sudden burst of energy from everyone, the power of everyone's strength and determination together to take down this creature was inspiring almost. It wasn't as if the rabbit boil really cared if the Maul were saved or not, he had better things to spend his time and effort on. What he wanted though was to be able to get the heck out of here as soon as possible, which meant having to take this creature down, "Everyone, let's finish this then, shall we?" he stated as he watched the group jump back into gear. As the creature began to stagger, it looked as if they needed one final push to fell the giant. It was time that he did his best as well. Running to the one who seemed to be struggling the most at the moment, who just so happened to be the red panda ghoul he helped earlier, he clasped his hands together as always and casted his heal over her, "What did I tell you about being more careful did you not get?" he stated bluntly, but more in a joking manner than anything else.

Kari turned back from the blow she'd taken defending Ruth only to see the ghoul running off in a panic, healing another ghoul along the way. She stared at the ghoul for a moment in disbelief. "Did she not noticed?", she mumbled, a small sheepish grin playing across her face. Oh well, she wasn't here to play dramatics, she was here to fight. She couldn't let her new-found friends fall here.
Suddenly, a warm sensation began to grow within her. swiveling her head back and forth proved that no one had healed her, but she felt a renewal of strength nonetheless. Maybe this was the power of friendship? Who knew, all she knew was that she was able to attack without restraint again.
"Alright, now you're going down!", Kari cried as she launched herself into a new attack at the black monster. She managed to get a few good hits in before getting brushed off. "We can do this...", she murmured as she prepared for another assault.

Spent from drawing the attention of the monstrous shadow creature while trying to dodge its attempts at squishing her with its hands and at times feet, Yvette had decided to temporary take cover well away from its direct line of sight in order to recover, a grin on her face when she noticed that her efforts had not all been for naught.
"Think you can do better, bunny boil?" The rabbit boil wasn't among those whom she was going to forget anytime soon, not with that blunt attitude of his though with she couldn't bring herself to snap at him this time round for the slight chastising tone which accompanied his words. Perhaps it was because she was truly fatigued from the prolonged course of the battle plus he seemed more like he was joking this time round. Nonetheless, there was no time to stop and chit chat and get to know this bunch of monsters for now since she had better made herself useful with the boost of energy the rabbit boil's healing had managed to grant her this time round.
