He snagged the wheel and sent it spinning again. he was surprised as cockroaches suddenly fled from behind the wheel and up his legs. One of the rats must have disturbed their nest. he snagged one and crunched on it, because he'd always wondered if they were tasty. Oddly enough he thought they were. That's right: the zomboil was back for more. He had had two dances now and, much like anything he liked to do these days, Mort liked to end them in threes. It was ritualistic and a bit illogical to want to do so, but dice fate had shown that for him, three was a strange little number that leaned towards luck.
So there it was that he was leading the witch once more to the dance floor with renewed confidence, if not with a tired smile as he brought them to the floor; the day had extolled a lot of energy out of him, but not enough to make him shy from this last little chance at tokens. "You ready for last dance?" he asked her. "'Ve been practicing."

Enzo gave a sigh as he sat back in his booth. It had been a long festival, but things had gone well. He hadn't gotten done nearly as much as he would have liked, but there was far too much to do for one little guy. Radio Club definitely needed to hire more reporters. Next time, next time. He shook his head and crumpled his abandoned agenda before pulling down the microphone. " It's the end of the Night! I got these piles of Tokens left! Though her feet felt like lead and she could feel the ache in her limbs, Belladonna still allowed herself to be lead back to the dance floor. With a laugh she grabbed Mort's hands, prepared to spend just a little bit more energy on one last fun event. "Practicing? With who?!" She asked in a faux-scandalized voice, though she quickly broke it off afterwards to laugh about it. Fright Night had lasted so long, but as the music kicked up it seemed short indeed. Surely, with such fun to be had (despite the mounds of drama) it could last just a little bit longer? And just as they were about to start, the announcer announced... New rules! OK OK. UM. Belladonna let go of Mort's hand and looked around, not really sure what to do the witch could only laugh at how ridiculous this was before she began a cute little prance around Mort.

It was a bit of a shame to find all of these dancing places on the very last day. Thackery really loved to dance, but he only had so much stamina. With the music turned up loud and the thrill of other students dancing all around him, he let himself get lost in his dancing. But he was just so...sleepy... He had to stop midway through for a stretch and a yawn before continuing on again, slightly less enthused than before.
