Hello I am Cookies, i've decided to let you call me by Paige which is my name. I'm in high school I live in the north west of the usa. I was raised in a christian household but to the displeasure of my family I converted to Wicca not 6 months ago. Even though I am a newcomer to the craft I have learned quite a lot due to Veloxy's Twilight, my teacher, and my specialty is in magic gems though my collecting them began a long way before I became Wiccan. I am very excited to have been accepted and I will make sure to stay active!

I don't like to release my name online, so you can call me Meri. I've been on Gaia since the good ole days of '03 (actually, they rather sucked. I'd say 05 was the best time), and I've been a solitary practitioner for about five years, with a pseudo-apprenticeship of one year.

I've never been part of a community before, and never had any interest in it, but recently I felt like I'd reached my limits of learning by myself, and since- because of my real life location- meeting people in person was completely out of the question, I turned to the internet.

After brief stints on Witch Vox and similar sites, I decided I'd try Gaian guilds, since Gaia's been so helpful to me in the past, as far as meeting people, so here I am!

Hello everyone, I'm Alex. I'm 19 years old, soon to be 20. I'm an Aquarius, born on the year of the snake. I've been studying Wicca for almost 8 years. I would consider myself an eclectic solitary wiccan, even if I haven't gone through my self-dedication. This is because I've been doing everything secretly. The people in my family are religious and spiritual, but they are Catholics and Christians and not very open minded when it comes to religions that aren't Christ-centered. I grew up being a Catholic, and I really didn't like the religion because I felt like it was stopping me from being who I am, it was limiting me, and I didn't like that. With Wicca I feel like I could be myself, and it suits me perfectly because I'm the most open-minded person in my family and I love nature. Ever since I was a little girl I enjoyed talking with trees (as silly as that may be) and I sensed and sometimes saw the auras that plants have, at first I was freaked out, but I got used to it. I really can't practice spells or celebrate the Sabbats because of my family, but I do what I can do without having them think I'm worshiping "Satan". I'm a very friendly person, although I am kind of an a** sometimes, but I really don't mean to be, so I apologize in advance for that. My interests reside in herbal, candle, and crystal, gem, and stone magick. I can also give people pointers on how to study Wicca in secret if they need to.. I'm good at that ^^

Good morning. My name is Choya Frazier. I am 20 years old as of October 28th, and I have been trying for the past three years or so to learn as much as possible about Wicca and anything else similar/related to Wicca. Unfortunately, my father thinks that because of this, I'm a gay, illiterate, follower of Satan. I did buy a book a couple of years back, and my family burned it in the back yard while praying for my soul....so I've turned to this community to help me learn and grow. 3nodding I hope we become very close over time, it's very nice to meet you all.

Hello all! I am Elsinore...or Elsi, or Countess, or Count, or whatever you fancy calling me, lol. I'm not Wiccan, in fact, I don't yet declare myself for any religion, and I'm growing to accept the fact that I might never.
Right now, I consider myself to be searching, and I am trying to take my time and consider what it is I believe, what I need, and what it is my spirit is searching for. I am monotheistic, believing in one deity, one energy...though I still do not know quite how to refer to this energy. I just know it is there. Most of all, I believe in and want to live by love, for all living things. The way I see it, all living things deserve respect, dignity, and honor, and if I do declare myself to an established religion, it will be one which helps to express that.
I recently began studying ancient pagan religion, and I love some of the basic views which these first religions expressed. I also began reading up a little on Wicca, something I found beautiful. (I am ashamed to say that when I was young, my mother was more strictly Christian than now and taught me that any and all magick is of the devil and something to be promptly fled from. -__- No! I of COURSE do not think that. My mom is now much more open, but I believe that my recent study has made her afraid I'm, to quote "going pagan" lol)

To get to the point, what I'm really searching for here is information, guidance, and most of all, fellowship. I am here to learn and share, if you will accept me. ^^
What I search for in Wicca is not intricate spells, love, or prosper. I don't need any of that, personally. What I search for is communion with nature, and through her, the divine. I am attracted to practices which show such.
Anyway! Enough of my long-windedness!! (Yes, now it's a word xP) Lovely to meet you all and thank you for accepting me to your guild. ^^
