Just the simple fact that she was willing enough to make the first move by approaching him was enough to break the thick tension but offering up a peace offering brought out his kinder side. That manly display he exhibited earlier, when entering this establishment, was only a front. Truly, deep within his soul, Mitsuomi was kind, and gentle man who ached painfully ever moment he knew he was causing someone any kind of discomfort. The young martial artist accepted her peace offering without a second thought and soon after was overcome with emotion; he displayed this quite well with his next action. Mitsuomi sprung forth from his seat at the bar before quickly opening his arms to their widest extent. It was obvious what was coming next by just simply looking into those tear filled, silvery, eyes of his. Mitsuomi was offering her a hug. It was his way of presenting a peace offering.

Reya staggered back in shock over the sudden change of Mitsuomi's attitude. When her heatbeat returned to normal Reya, still cautious, made her way towards him. Instead of returning the hug, she just went within arms reach and waited to be hugged, her arms just hanging loosely. She did, however, look up and smiled warmily.

Mitsuomi wasn’t at all surprised, he was after all quite big and she was, on the other hand, rather small. No matter, he was pleased that she expected his inappropriate affection; with a warm smile for that matter. When he wrapped his arms around her, it was surprisingly gentle and very tender. Harming this woman wasn’t one of his priorities; that was for certain. However, if she were to act in a violent, rude, or another such manner his reaction would be quite different. Mitsuomi was a very emotional individual and was far more in touch with his sensitive side. “I’m pleased that we ended up on good terms instead of how we were prior to this moment.” He spoke so softly, without a single hint of manliness.

Reya scooted back from her tall friend, yet kept her sky blue eyes locked onto his.
"Hey, if you're willing to forget about it, then so am I."
Not very good at this sort of emotional stuff, Reya was desperate to change the topic. As she thought back to what she already knew about him, she drew a blank. That's right, he was annoying a long time ago, she thought to herself, so I don't really remember much about him, I didn't want to remember...
"So yeah, I forgot to ask: What brings you here, the fighting? Eh..?"
She asked, in a playful, innocent voice.
