Made in heaven, I'm your creation Dungeons and Dragons, Ftw. I havn't played recently because the DM around here suck. The only one I know is completly sexist and refuses to attack you if you are a female. Pisses me off <333 Magic, YAY! I adore Magic: The Gathering. I suck, but I love it. Hehe. Pokemon. I need to find my decks... Being a dork = heart

I used to play Starcraft against my brother all the time. But now I don't. Now I have to settle for my simulation games. And it's not like I can find someone I can play with, because nobody here in Mexico seems to appreciate videogames... all they seem to care about is getting drunk all the time. confused

Da_Nuke I used to play Starcraft against my brother all the time. But now I don't. Now I have to settle for my simulation games. And it's not like I can find someone I can play with, because nobody here in Mexico seems to appreciate videogames... all they seem to care about is getting drunk all the time. confused YES! Starcraft! Go to Korea... Starcraft Mecca, apparently. My brother and I played Starcraft too. I used to play the REAL Warcraft! I miss that so much. Along with Diablo. I still play that on occasion. I can't get onto Diablo Online anymore, which depresses me, but I'll hang around Starcraft Online. I never got the real Warcraft for PC, so I haven't played for like... 8 years!? GAH. I keep meaning to buy one of the newer Warcrafts (NOT WoW, because I don't have much against MMORPGs, it's that I don't like paying for something I've already paid for). I play a lot of sims, too. And strategy. My history and latin teachers play old world strategy games, which is really awesome. (My headmaster played Return to Castle Wolfenstein and he got me into it, haha). Which kind of simulations do you play? ... I'm an utter dork. I follow Doctor Who (I was bred on it, really... I'm American, but I watched since I was 5. It was that, Monty Python's Flying Circus, never knew about the movies as a kid only the show, and Red Dwarf). I love Stargate SG1 (Atlantis isn't bad) and followed that. I'm not uber-scifi, but I have my fair share of it. I do some fantasy too, loved LotR (read the books first). I'm an anime fan, I've gotten a little picky about it, but I'm well-rounded in yaoi, yuri, romance, comedy, shounen, seinen and shoujo. I read comics, too. Batman and X-Men (I <3 Magneto). Sandman and Neil Gaiman are love. I freak out of Takeshi Kaga and his Kitchen Stadium (Iron Chef for non-watchers... Takeshi Kaga looks too much like Hijikata Toshizou, btw). I used to play D&D but our group collapsed. I was a half-elf, half-dragon (red) hybrid. My DM was pretty awesome. I love House. I never got into Magic, though. I never knew where to start nor knew anyone else who played. In other words, name a fandom and I'll probably have a foot in SOMEWHERE. HAHAHA.

I played D & D, Magic the Gathering, Shadowrun, Exalted, Vampire the Masquerade, Cyberpunks.... and many other assorted table top games that rely on your imagination. Starcraft still stands as my favorite strategy game for PC. Warcraft III is good.... but I have an attachment to the characters in SC... particularly Kerrigan... I read comics... I hope to draw for them someday... Marvel, DC, Vertigo are my cup of tea... more on Vertigo because of Neil Gaiman's Sandman and Fables... biggrin ok... getting off topic so there... welcome to the universe. XD

(And Sandman of course, Gaiman's Murder Mysteries was my first comic because my friend couldn't find her Sandman at the time). Vertigo is my favourite, too. I was happy to know that Vertigo ran under DC because I liked both. I've just gotten into some of the Marvel stuff. Anyways I was going to say that I used Fables for my thesis in high school. I'm still happy about that. Warcraft III, I love it so much. We should still have it somewhere, Mac only (I'm a PC owner but my step-family are macs).

Well, I've been told about professional Starcraft games being played in full-sized stadiums and broadcasted live on nationwide TV. eek That give, I think I would be happy in South Korea. biggrin

I play Magic, and I am trying to learn D&D. I play Neverwinter Nights, which has kind of helped with the character creation part, but they don't really explain anything else, it's all automated.
But the point is, I'm a nerd.

I play a TON of tabletop RPGs...D&D, White Wolf, Cyberpunk...I even have a book called Fantasy Wargaming which was written back before the first D&D books came out. I also play Magic as well.
I play regular card games a lot (Hearts, Spades, Rummy etc) as well as any board game I can get my hands on.
Ok, so I'm a major gamer dork xd Video games are nice but sometimes its nice to do something other than stare at a screen

I play D&D occasionally, but my friends keep starting new campaigns. The most recent campaign had me playing a elven druid raised by dwarves. I usually play the party healer for some reason... I guess because the guys I play with are more interested in magic-using or melee characters.

I mostly stick to D&D. Brief forays into Modern D20 proved disastrous. On the bright side, I'm good at what I do. ^^

On the rare occasion that I'm not DMing, I play as a Chaotic Neutral cleric. Because I'm the only healer, I can charge my own party for healing. twisted

I play lots of tabletop games, and have all the DnD standard books... I even have some of the old ones that have rules the new ones don't... like insanity!
I am ushaly in the position of DM, and acording to my players a very good one at that... I wonder if there is any way to start a game here?
