[[it is hundreds of them =D maybe not just grasshoppers but =p]]
Ayame waited impatiently till Ranis returned before showing him the button.
"You wanna start the fun?" She put a final marking on the piece of paper that held the bright green button and it promptly extended from the scrap of paper to take a corporeal form.
She reached across to set the button as close to him as she could before signing "When we press this, the fun begins!" She grinned mischeviously and eyed the grasshopper still in front of ranis's chair on the table. It would only be fair to let him press the button since he had been the one to get the pieces of paper covered in bug drawings into the bullies pockets. She couldn't help but giggle with glee as she waited, though the teacher didn't even take notice. it was nearly as if she was ignoring the "odd" pair.

Ranis blinked at the button and then, uncertainly, at Ayame. Ayame seemed to be very confident in her plan. Ranis would've don'e things completely different, but the girl was confident in herself, which gave Ranis faith in the small girl. The button sat patiently while Ranis contemplated the strangeness of it all.
He gave a flick of an ear. The toddler tried to understand where Ayame was going with this, but he dutifully hit the button

At first, nothing happened. Ayame tilted her head, puzzled, as she stared at the other table as if she had been expecting something that just hadn't happened.
Then one of the children squirmed in his seat and slowly his culprits in the heinous glue act joined him in the seated dance of uncomfortability. It was all Ayame could do to remain quiet but she pointed specifically at the shoulder of one of the boys as several bugs started climbing up the side of his shirt. soon the several became a veritable flood, as the same was happening on his companions.
It took a few moments before they each realized what was happening , and the lot of them jumped up screaming and desperately waving their arms about, fear and panic in their voices and a delightful sound to Ayame. Her grin turned almost malicous as the screams of fear turned to yelps of pain and frantic waving hands soon found targets and began slapping and itching and rubbing various parts as the insect creatures bit and clawed what skin wasn't covered by clothing, and even some that was.
Ayame turned her gaze back to Ranis, glee an enjoyment in her eyes at the success. Somewhere, in the back of her mind, something screamed at her that it was wrong and to stop. Oh, it would stop, she agreed, but only once they got what they deserved as punishment! She quickly signed, "So, what do you think? They get what they deserved or is it not enough?"
Efforts by the teacher, now franticly trying to swat the bugs away, which only resulted in them dissapearing in puffs of graphite, did very little as none of the affected children would hold still long enough for her to do anything.
[of course, you have control of the rest of the classroom too =p]

Ranis laughed and laughed as he watched his potential lunch torture the bullies and weak havoc on the class. His opinion of Ayame casted the girl in a favorable light. He pictured her as someone he could trust and even enjoy being around. She was crafty and certainly not to be messed with.
"Everyone! Outside now! screamed the school teacher as she tried frantically to pry grasshoppers off of students.
Ranis watched as the doorway was clogged with students and teachers trying to exit the room with haste. Ranis looked at Ayame with a smirk. If anyone tried to mess with her, he would be there to make sure that they had what was coming to them. That is, if Ayame didn't get to them first.

Ayame too found herself in a fit of giggles as the teachers shuffled the students outside, apparently forgetting about the two newest and "different" members of their class roster.
Finally she found a moment to focus and the full flock of insects simply evaporated from existance. She then took the "button" and tore it into little pieces, tossing them into the already messy floor before turning to face the obviously amused Ranis.
Quietly she spoke, her voice held none of the animosity that her signing may have seemed to focus when she mentioned the bullies,
"I think they deserved it."
