And yes I use PS7 to do my coloring. It's just very fast for me cause I am trained in photoshop, as i was a phototechnician for the local newsaper for 3 months. So I tend to be able to know how to tweak PS into doing what I want. I do all the linework in Painter 9, which is the best drawing and painting program out there I think. However, coloring in it is tricky... It does a lot of textures (which can be waaaay annoying) and such, but for a "cell-shaded" look I just want flatter non-textured stuff so PS seems simpler hehe.
