Ame was darting around when she slipped on a rock and fell. She hadn't been running at her full speed so she wasn't going fast enough to really hurt herself. As she scrambled to her feet, she awaited being taged.

Sigal, who had been going at close to full speed, couldn't slow down completely before she ran into Ame. Although she did manage to slow down quite a bit, she still ran into Ame fast enough to knock herself off her feet.
"You okay?"

Ame fell over again as Sigal came crashing into her. Though this time, she was laughing as she got to her feet. "Jeez! You can make one heck of a tag!" She looked over at Sigal to see any indications that her mate was hurt. "Yeah, I'm alright. You?"

"Yeah, I'm fine."
She realized what Ame had said about tagging, and realized Ame was it now. So she dashed off, before Ame could tag her back.
She only managed to go a few steps before collapsing, though.
"Or maybe I'm not fine..." Sigal winced, staring at her right front ankle. It hadn't hurt before, but it hurt now. A lot.

Ame walked over to Sigal looking very concerned. "Ok, tag off." She bent down to look at Sigals front paw. "I think you twisted it when you ran into me." Ame, carefully, barely touched Sigal's ankle. "Does this hurt?"

Sigal winced when Ame poked her paw.
"Yeah, a little..." she sighed. So much for their game of tag.
"Sorry," she muttered, feeling bad that she was the reason they were stopping. She should have been more careful about what she was doing...

Ame nuzzled Sigal's cheek. "Don't be sorry." She said smiling. Ame thought for a moment and then untied the bow of her corset ribbon. She slid the ribbon out of her peircings and began to wrap up Sigal's ankle. The ribbon was small in width but it was long so she could wrap it fairly well. "There."

Sigal tried moving the paw now. She couldn't move it that much, because it was wrapped, but it definitely hurt less.
"That feels so much better. Thank you." Sigal nuzzled her mate back. She had to have the best mate ever.

Ame smiled and blushed a bit. It was good to know that she could help out. Though she did feel funny and was sure she looked funny without the ribbon on her neck. "You're welcome. Try not to move it too much until it gets better."

"I won't," Sigal promised.
She rolled onto her back, so she wouldn't want to try to stand up on her leg while it was fixing itself.
"Ooh, the sun's setting. It's even pretty upside down." She realized that might sound silly, but it was true. It was actually kind of interesting, to stare at the world upside down.

"Really?" Ame asked laying down next to Sigal. She rolled over to see the sun set upside down. "You're right. It is pretty even upside down."

Sigal giggled.
"Yeah. I guess some things look great no matter what." She glanced over to her mate and smiled. Even with her sore ankle, life was great. Really, the only thing she could ask for right now was for her ankle to get better. And then her life would be perfect.

The sound of voices caught the attention of the vixen who had been walking by. She walked softly though the trees, wanting to see who was there. It was best to be aware of who was around her--if they were friend, or not.
It had been a long time since she had last been in this land of her youth, but even so, she recalled there being a lake ahead, and so she headed for that, as the most likely spot for there to be others.
And as she came upon the lake, she did indeed see others, two of them. The blue and black one was unfamiliar, but the other one, fuchsia and purple and black...She did look different now, older, and with modifications, but Rina recognized her all the same.
"Sigal," she called out thoughtlessly, not paying much mind to her niece's companion.

"Yeah, like you." Ame said smiling over at Sigal. Ame thought her mate looked kind of cute with her paw wrapped up in a blue ribbon. She giggled to herself and then turned to look at the setting sun again. Then she heard a voice. Ame looked in the direction the voice had come and saw a pretty female walking towards them. Ame had never seen this vixen before but obviously she knew Sigal. Ame gave Sigal a questioning look.
