Raleigh didn't even flinch as the world erupted into sound and movement. He stared upward with a rather bored expression on his face. You would think people would get used to these sorts of things happening. Yasuo nudged against his side, as unperturbed as its master at the uproar.
Ruriska was a little more nervous, though she hid it under a calm mask. After all, it wasn't a good idea for her to start freaking out, especially with Kaie in her arms... a little Kaie that really should have been asleep at this time at time. Since Raleigh seemed to take care of her the most, the baby was always up at odd hours.
The little girl whimpered slightly, wide-eyed at the commotion. Seeing that this might turn into a full out bawl, Ruri sidled up to Raleigh. Catching the teens eye she wordlessly handed over a sniffling babe. With a sigh he put Kaie on his hips, patting her head softly.
To tell the truth, Raleigh wanted something to happen. Missions were far and few between and when they did get them they were laughably simple. Something to show off all the things he had learnt and how strong he was certainly wouldn't go amiss.

AriyaLauna swallowed at all of Charles' seriousness, used to him staring in being mad, but not so used ot it when it wasn't about Nitra. She went slowly to the man to talk of the few that did know about the girl... Charles knew about them, but she didn't know if "everyone" needing to be here that knew meant them as well.
She didn't get very far in speaking to him before the alarms went off. AriyaLauna only jumped about fifty feet in the air.
Nitra hadn't bothered asking, she'd disappeared to go get her dog, an easy task, and she was back just as the alarms went off. Bait when nuts, barking back at the walls and running around in small circles.
Like Raliegh though, Nitra was more than accustomed to loud noises and starling wasn't in her system anymore, not at a place like Safe Haven when Charles was being all melodramatic. Her head snapped up and she looked around for the source of the alarm. Seeing nothing, she bent to hold onto Bait and listen for more details.
Gah, but alarms made it so hard to SOCIALIZE....

Aliena shuffled around her night stand to open her light, what in heavens was Charles calling for this early in the morning, it was 3! Pressing a couple more buttons on the phone his message came loud and clear, ‘Super-in-training and FAMILIES are to report to safe haven IMMEDIATELY!’ Ally sprang out of bed and looked for something to wear; her eyes spotted her jeans and a tee she could easily slip on, which she did. Her mind was working; by the time it would take to awake all the security trainees it would already be a little too late, she mentally calculated what she had to do and exited her room in a run.
The doors to the trainees were pretty easy to get threw, you just had to press your hand onto the switch and the door would pop open. Taking a right then a left she ended up in the all too familiar hall way, she went into the first room on her left turning on the lights as she did so.
“Get all your lazy bums up, no one checked their phones? Emergency meeting going on NOW at the safe heaven. This is not a drill people, now get moving and help others get up to” She left them to their groans and ‘What?’ sounds and went for another room on her right, when she entered the lights were already on and some of the trainees were putting on their boots, well well well someone had gotten up.
“Miss this a drill?” She shook her head, red curls jumping as she did.
“Get the others up and make sure to meet me just outside safe heaven, I don’t want anybody going in and scaring the crap out of the kids.” The lights suddenly figured then went off, some of the people who had awakened screamed. ‘I didn’t expect to get everybody awake like this, but I guess it’s better then running around for everybody’ She exited and continued to get everybody awake soon after the lights went back on, she needed to get to Charles now, hopefully the trainees would put everything they had been taught into affect in such a situation and now one would panic. Aliena then proceeded to exit the hall and make her way to the safe heaven.

Zayd had visibly flinched when the alarms went off - such things really weren't within the remit of his experience - but now he was just standing there, looking pale. He was modifying his breathing to the pattern he had been taught, and going through the 'checks' in his mind - no immediate, visible danger. Nothing he could deal with. Nobody was badly injured, and there wasn't really much actually happening, apart from the sirens. Hunching his shoulders slightly, he stuck his hands into his pockets, biting on his lip nervously. The hell? Jenny, meanwhile, looked merely assured that this was some other government cockup. Admittedly, it probably wasn't the IRA bombing the place (or whatever was going on), but she was sure it would all be sorted out. Soon.

It was time. He was ready.
Suddenly, Daniel, along with a multitude of teens and young adults appeared in the area behind the guardians, bringing with them the obvious indication of teleportation. They'd managed to hack into the system and break down enough barriers to get through -how, he didn't know. But all that really mattered was that they'd managed to get there. No turning back now, that was for sure. Their alarms had gone off and it would be impossible not to notice the crowd.
Being one of the younger ones, he wasn't in the front, but somehow, he'd managed to avoid being the last one. If that happened, he'd miss all of the action! And that would make the whole trip worthless to him. No enormous DA powers were there -they couldn't be bothered with such trivial attacks- but that suited him just fine. It had been coming for a long time, and he was ready to go days before planned. Even for such an occasion, he was still clad merely in his everyday clothes.
If his parents could see him now, they'd probably both have three heart attacks each.
The menagerie of Evos came prepared for a fight from the moment they'd gotten there. With no true leader to guide them and tell them what to do, they'd have to fend for themselves. Naturally, some of them would step up, but some of them would just cowardly hide in the end. Daniel kept the state of mind that this was an all-around test: for his abilities, his perserverence, and his adaptation skills. He'd make sure not to fail, for both his and Kimo's sakes.
Though he hadn't been told exactly what they were trying to accomplish by attacking the facility, he knew for a fact that it was the same agency that had attempted to take him a few years back. This was his second chance to pay them back for trying to steal his life away from him, he was sure of it.
Sparks already starting to fly, Daniel was almost about to set of his flames prematurely.

Candice's eyes widened as the defening noise overcame them. Slapping her hands to her ears, the younge teen looked around as if to find out where the heck the noise was comming from. This was worse than when her and Ace had set off the alarm by wandering into a restricted area. She had been trying to keep him insubstantial too but the consentration it took was hard and she had reverted back right into the middle of the room. Man, Jim had given such a talking to the pair.
The sirens penetraited through her ears and Candice almost gave up but then siddenly, as quickly as they had started, the alarms turned off. She glanced over to Joshua, he was already at a consol tapping furiously. Well if anyone could get things back together, he could.
It was then the others showed up...
"Frack" Candice reflexively turned incorporial and slowly became invisible, feeling her mass come back slightly. She couldn't completely go incorporial while invisible but she was close to it. Recently she had been consentraiting on turning other objects incorporial and had not developed much time to her newer-found talent.
"What the...!" Joshua ran over to one of the computers and started pounding on the keys. "We're being hacked!" He tried to yell over the din but no one heard him. Motioning over to one of the workers in the room he tried to get them to turn off the power by the mains. A hard re-boot should do the trick. Unfortunatly the man was thrown to the other side of the room almost with the shock of overloaded circuits. "Damn!" Joshua swore as he typed out codes to track and corner the hacker. "I'd give my right arm that it's the Ghost." He scowled, pertially to himself. After sequencing a few more codes he got the ghost locked out temporarily out of the system. The sirens thrned off and power came back but the computers were not in good shape. A few of them had been tagged and Joshua sighed, he now had to track the assailent and corner him or her before they did more damage.
It was obvious what the diversion was for when Joshua turned around... A few new faces were 'ported in to the room. "That can't be good..." The programmer looked for Candice and didn't spot her. Fervantly he hoped that she had managed to escape being noticed.

What on earth?
It was sometime during the sudden appearance of a wave of people through the teleporters and seeing the looks on their faces, that Raleigh realised this might actually be serious. Not that he was worried. He could take care of himself well enough, but the fact that it seemed they were actually under attack. That the enemy had managed to breach the Safe Haven...
s**t.
Raleigh would have charged straight in, or at least sent Yasuo straight in, if he hadn't had a whimpering baby in his arms and a worried looking Ruriska attached to his side. There was no room for reckless attacks today.
Kaie was unceremoniously dropped back into Ruri's arms. Ruri cuddled her child to her chest and swore angrily, glaring at the intruders as if just daring them to even attempt an attack in her disrection.
When his master gave a quick flick of his hand Yasuo stepped in front of the mother and daughter, shoulders hunched and ready to defend. Meanwhile Raleigh sent his powers out in search for some usable materials.

Oh joy happy hallelujah! The exclamation in his mind exploded with joy as the group of intruders made their appearance. It had been so long since being able to let loose. Looking around the room he took in a brief check of all the exits, places that would hinder his movements, areas where he could corner the others and various places the guardians would be safest from attack.
All this was done in under a minute as he cracked his knuckles looking over at Raleigh who seemed already prepared to protect his mother and sister. Very well then, that left a little more for him to do on the flip side. The only problem now was how many of the other kids were going to join in on the fight or was he going to have to do all the work. (Full of himself ignore him...^^)
Of course, after realizing one last ingrident to the reciepe it become painstakingly clear that if he let loose like he did with his "master's teachings" he'd more than likely bring down the roof over all their heads. "Damn." he muttered and switched up his stance. Rather then use an all out attack he'd first start with closed-quarters combat. See just how good these DA assholes really were...if he said he wasn't nervous he'd be lying but that wasn't the case at this point as he moved in closer seperating himself from the wall behind him and any would be attacker that decided to teleport in his general area. This would definately be good...

[this is probably going to be an absolutely shitty post, as whenever I walk through the same room as my parents I get 'the talk' (yadayadasixhoursadayyadarevision) and I don't have much time]
Zayd had never actually been in a real combat situation before; yeah, some gang scuffles, and little streetfights, but they had just been for fun, right? The intruders' appearance gave him a horrible, deep-down in the stomach, sick feeling. He hadn't a clue what he should do - and he was having to fight the urge just to high-tail it out of there, which would have been the sensible thing to do. But then again, he had promised himself after that awful training session with Candice that he would do the 'right thing' in future. He took a little step backwards towards Jenny, glancing around rapidly - he couldn't really do anything with his powers to help in this situation, but he could still fight, if he had to; it had become a habit of his to carry two of Jenny's small, sharp, kitchen knives around with him - they were tough enough to inflict some serious damage.

Nitra went from caring only about her dog to being.... oh, just a little concerned when random people started coming in. This totally was NOT just some stupid error! MAN!
The teenager looked wildly around the room for direction. None of the supers where here...where were they? They were SUPPOSED to be helping them! Not that they ever did any good at it... But Charles looked really upset... Nitra swallowed, putting her fear aside, and took another wild look around. Who did she want to team up with? Erol she didn't know too well, and there wasn't any dead material around really for Raleigh and growth spurts and eye-popping wouldn't exactly help things too much...
"Nobody has any GOOD powers" Nitra whined outloud, then promptly ent to find a hiding place for herself in a tree or something. She was willing to bet that the other people had powers, and if she knew a little about them, she might be able to mimic THOSE powers. She just had to be in a place where she could see enough...and preferrably be able to concentrate without being worried about being able to be killed.
Nobody'd better see me. I'll knock their two front teeth out if they say I'm a coward.... She would deny to anyone that she was terrified.
AriyaLauna, on the other hand, was ready to panic. She was trembling and her eyes wide... And she didn't have the heart or courage to take off after Nitra when the girl ran off. She stood, deer-like, where she was.

WHY!?!? It was perfect, his agency was perfect! There were no flaws in it! He had the best, most intelligent workers on this. He paid them, they had enefits...They had NO reason to fail, and yet, it was happening again. They were failing. And they were under a big city, and if this went on, it would also be destroyed like the last one...
Nothing gave away to the outside what was happening in Charles' frantic mind. He had pressed his buttons, called his extra security, alerted those who needed to be alerted. Now it was up to the system to succeed or fail.
And now he took a rare roll, rushing forward, telling the children as he could that they were ready for this, that all would be fine... Warning them that they were inside, and to try to do their best without blowing anything up. Not to get trapped. Remember the teleporters, there was no shame in fleeing if necessary... There was back-up and security coming. Darebone would be here soon as would the long-time MIA Photon. His experts were getting things under control. But they were necessary to protect their guardians and themselves and the agency and other evolveds right now. He made no mention of Flashcharge though, and he tried to put all their focus on holding the enemy off... he left out the guardians entirely to the children. The guardian he got close enough to he mentioned quietly to about getting the heck out of here while they could. Anywhere safe. Anywhere other than here, he'd touch base with them later...
.... And Charles took a front line to also meet the enemy, whatever that meant he was going to do...

Aliena was the first on the scene, everything seemed normal until she spotted a group of people looking all but friendly. Rolling her head back slightly and holding her tongue from cursing out verbal words around the children, she slowly made her way to the front, trying to look as normal as one could get. Although she didn’t think someone with brilliant red hair and Caribbean sea blue eyes could go inconspicuous around a bunch of people, even if she was in plain clothing. Now just in front, she gave another look around wondering where the trainees where and why they were taking so long. If no one was going to ask who they were, she might as well. Ally cleared her throat and looked from one side to another searching for a possible leader, when finding none she just spoke aloud.
“And who might you guys be?” She hoped her voice hadn’t sounded too weak or even hoped she had not squeaked, now that would have been embarrassing and they would have taken her for a complete idiot. As she waited on an answer, her mind travelled to Charles, where was he anyways? Should he be the one asking this very question, and had how they gotten inside when this was suppose to be safe heaven.

Daniel quickly made his way to the closest frontal position he could find. That only meant moving a few feet forward through the mob, but it got him a better look at what they were up against. They didn't look so tough -they all looked around his age, except for the people he assumed were taking care of them. So what if there was a lot of them? He hadn't counted, but he was sure that the invaders outnumbered them.
If all else failed, he could take out as many as he had to. He didn't have to worry about destroying the safe haven.
His eyes first managed to fall on a boy, still about his age, who was handing off a baby to a woman who was probably watching them both. He couldn't help but get angry at the boy. Who knows where he'd gotten that child. They probably took it from its parents like they'd been planning on taking him. They were always trying to split kids up from their real parents. Always, always, always. That's what his mindset had been since the day he'd blown up the car of the agent who'd come to get him.
To his left, a woman who was just slightly older than him confronted another, who seemed to have no idea what was going on. The one nearest to him smiled from beneath the brim of what seemed to be a camoflague hat. "We're the ones here to pound you guys into the ground." She replied with a certain content in her voice. The girl lifted her head to get a better look at the one in front of her, revealing two glowing green eyes.
"Out of my way!" The Hawaiian boy told the people in front of him sternly, burning some of the foolish ones who didn't do what he said. For some reason, he was developing an incredibly strong hatred toward the boy who'd thrown his... whatever it was in front of the woman to guard her. He would not let him get away with it.
Though Daniel was the first to advance toward the group of guardians and children, the other Evos on his side dispersed and began attacking the opposite side. Each of them chose certain people to go after, yelling and attacking at the same time.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Raleigh bit back a vehement curse. There wasn't any dead natural material around for him to mould into something useful, and the few tiny bits he could find were completely useless. The best he could do was something the size of a mouse, and he doubted that was going to scare his enemies. The teen took in a deep breath, trying to focus.
His gaze darted towards Charles once or twice, listening for once to what the man had to say. Yes, Ruri and Kaie had to get away. "Ruri... you gotta get back and try find a safe place." Ruriska nodded, giving the attackers one last angry glare before she turned and retreated further from approaching DA kids.
Right, time to get down to business. "You bastards are going to pay for this!"
Raleigh reached for Yasuo. The link was instantaneous, the transformation perhaps four seconds in duration. Yasuo was reformed into something very similar to what Raleigh had created during his first training session with Flashcharge. Bulk had been replaced by a lean body built for speed. The large spines along the side and razor sharp teeth completed the look. Raleigh obviously meant to cause some damage.
Yasuo stepped in front of Raleigh and waited for his command to attack. A cocky smirk tilted up the corner of the boys lips. "So, whose gonna take me on first?"

He could have easily sat back and let the others handle it. Even so he could have left and just let the lot of them meet their maker it didn't too much matter. The only thing that kept him there was the fight, an actual bonified no-holds bared fight... well to some degree. Charles didn't want his precious facility to be damaged.
Like hell that was going to happen. Erol couldn't use his powers without causing some damage and that's exactly what was on his mind. He didn't know what the other children were capable of, at the very least he knew Raleigh could handle himself so there was no need to come to his rescue. Still he made a calculated move near the other boy.
"I know you don't need any help but..." he began but was cut short at the sound of someone coming near, he turned on his heels to see a boy making his way over, looked like a hot head that one. He didn't have to guess where he was headed. Why did it seem everyone hated Ra? He could only laugh at this, hell even he hated Ra but that didn't mean he wanted someone else to take his place as his rival. "Stay alive we still have a date with destiny you idiot." he told Raleigh then pushed forward rushing after the group of intruders. Ignoring the kid for now he punch one intruder in the cheek, holding off another's punch to his own face. "Aww come on this isn't any fun..."
