Eska payed little heed to the other two, holding his blade tightly, his arm outstretched as the point of his weapon shone, begging to move just a little further forward. "I don't think I believe you." Eska stated, lowering his blade and stepping closer, inspecting the spy with grim eyes. "Now how about you tell the truth or you'll see what this can do." He brandished the sword closely.
"Got any weapons you'd like to drop, or shall I do it for you?" He taunted, taking a step back and making an aggresive motion with the point of his weapon.

"Hewow! Hewow!" Mælily said with wide eyes as she jumped back away from the guy with the sword. "Didn't I say that I came in peace? Mælily isn't your enemy! I'm telling the truth." She paused for a moment and a idiotic grin spread across her face, the other three were forgotten for a moment as she went off into her own world. "Hewow. That's a new word. I need to use that more often. I like it." She stared at the sky and then back at the three, coming back to reality. "And also I'm not holding any weapons to drop." The spy raised her hands into the air and wiggled her hands around. In a way her logic was correct, you can't drop a weapon you aren't holding, but he wasn't being so literal. It was hard to tell whether Mælily knew that or not, her playful nature made it hard to know when she was being serious or silly. Shouts could be heard distantly and the raven haired teen lifted an eyebrow. "You should listen to Mr. Was a Dragon though. No more fighting would be nice for wouldn't it? 'Sides if you fought with Mælily the people pursuing you might catch up." She smiled innocently and tilted her head to the side. "That wouldn't be to fun would it?"

"Lilith," Tony's soft voice demanded, "don't let this foolishness continue. We must get back to Tok."
Lilith stepped partially in front of Eska. "She will walk in front, but we must go. I cannot find the horses, so it must be on foot. They have run off, and take too long to track." At least, it would take her a long time to track. She was correct, though, because the remaining horses had run off when Gale was captured and the rest of the party disbanded.
Lilith kept a steady frown on Eska, her back completely to Maelily. She had no time to worry about the girl. She would rather risk being stabbed by an insane stranger than being run over by the Feretris guards.

Eska frowned to Mælily in malice before begurdgingly lowering his weapon. "Get a move on." He snapped to her, turning to Lilith who he gave an equally harsh look, but said nothing. He stomped away a few paces, waiting for Mælily to take the lead.
Kneeling down with little grace he pulled Tony from the ground, lifting him in his arms without making eye contact at all, his rage all too obvious in his eyes.

"Grouchy grouchy." Mælily said with a small laugh. She didn't blame them for not trusting her, they were running away from a very pissed off group of people. That was why she hated being caught, no one ever trusted her even though she had no ill intentions. She just liked to have some fun and some interesting things to add to her reports. Was that such a crime? The short teen twirled around and started skipping off in the direction the three had been heading before they had stopped. "So what is everyone's names? If you don't feel like telling me that completely fine. Mælily will just have to make up nicknames." She giggled and twirled around again so she was walking backwards. "Mr. Grouchy, Ms. Curiosity Un-Liker, and Mr. Was a Dragon!" The spy smiled innocently and added with a little giggle, "Or just what you prefer to go by."

Tony looked away from Eska. Bottom line was, without Eska Tony would have to be left behind for the Feretris women to snoop out. Whatever minor dispute that they had, even if Tony believed himself to be entirely correct, could not overshadow that fact.
"Hush," Lilith told the chattering girl.
"Tony," Tony answered with a sigh. "Keep your voice down when we talk about dragons... especially in these woods..."
Lilith took her eyes off of Maelily long enough to look behind her, to Tony and Eska. Seeing Tony scanning the woods around them, she gave Eska a concerned look. "I might have something in my supplies for him," she hinted to Eska, trying to get a feel for what he thought of Tony's condition. She had no idea what the man was babbling about.

"They'll be calling you Ms. Dead in a minute if you don't stay quiet." Eska hissed at Mælily, scowling and trying to control his anger, this one was really getting under his skin.
Eska lost interest in her, giving Tony a strange look as he seemingly talked to himself. Frowning he glanced to Lilith and shrugged. "We're better off just moving now, we can help him later.

"Please," Tony assured Lilith with benevolent concentration, "I will be fine."
Lilith nodded, relaxing inexplicably. Her shoulders sagged back where they belonged as they walked forward, and she looked from Tony to the road ahead with a calm expression.
Tony lowered his voice for Eska, not caring if he interrupted Maelily's reaction to his two quarrelsome companions. "I would also give you strength, if I could," he whispered, "but that is not my gift."

"I've got enough strength for the rest of the journey." Eska smiled briefly as he said it, before turning his attention to Lilith. "Where exactly are we headed from here?" He questioned in an awkward tone, looking from side to side as if trying to guess. He cringed slightly as he felt another stinging pain in the back of his leg, which thankfully had stopped bleeding, but it was still enough to slow his pace if he didn't focus.
Glancing over his shoulder he yet again saw the approaching light of the gaurds searching for the injured and any stragglers. They had to speed up, but without horses the situation seemed hopeless.

Lilith turned to him, but the blank look on her face said that she was having trouble finding the answer in her head. She shook her head suddenly, verging on violent. "The horses!" she said, punctuating the essence of their conundrum. They had stopped, Lilith standing over a place where the leaves had been disturbed by Tesunie earlier. Many tracks marred the story of the forest here, where some of the horses had been run off and some people captured. It seemed that the approaching guards would finish off the job with them. "Put me down," Tony requested. "Let me stand against that tree. We must meet the guards, but we have time to set the terms." (Met up with Tesunie here)
