My first comment goes to Constantine Fox. You are very wrong my friend. I DO know about this, and you of all people should know that.

Okay, here we go.

soadshuyin: Yes, she did look surprised when she got impaled. But let me ask you this. Who COULD keep a strait smile when a blade longer than you suddenly skewers you like a shrimp. After being stabbed, her eyes closed and she died with a smile, seen after Cloud drops her into the lake. If I came up behind you and suddenly stabbed you with a salad fork, even if you were expecting it, your face would turn to either shock or pain, as hers did. But, there is no real point to debate this anymore because as mentioned before, there is no solid proof that she knew she was going to die. And until Square comes out and says it, then there won't be.

Oh well, yes. He does die in the crater, supposedly never to return until the sequal movie. As for the clones, or clone, yes. One way or another, Jenova was a part of them. But, she could not have BEEN them for thrice did the Sephy clone drop jenova onto the heads of the party members. Even Jenova would have trouble being in two places at once, and fighting a party of pissed off tree huggers (no offense) cause you killed their most beautiful and brightest member doesn't exactly leave her a lot of time to alternate from fighting to controlling the clone. So, I would still have to say that Jenova controlled the seperate clones with the help of the real Sephiroth.

Vincent V Ex~: As for me? You say that as if you were talking to someone else first. In any case, how am I to prove it to you? By walking over to your house and showing you on your own PC the lovely version of the game that somewhat lifted the pain of my favorite character dying? Not exactly. I tell these people there is a version where she can come back because there is, and so they can find it and enjoy it themselves. I don't follow rumors, I don't listen to stupid stories or chainletters saying "OMFGzerz!!! I brot eaRis back 2 l!fe!!!!". I have played the game, I have beaten the game, and I must say Sephiroth sadly enough wasn't any harder than in the English version. ~sighs~ Look, that isn't the point. I have played it, and I'm telling them, not you. You don't believe me? I don't care. You can go and wallow in your corner sucking your thumb moaning that you put so much time and effort into a character who was instantaneously killed by some emo with controlling mother issues.

Nice to know you're resorting to personal attacks because I just proved you're full of crap. This game has been out for almost a decade now, if there was some plan or way to revive Aeris bar a gameshark then it would be known by now. I reccomend you learn to back something up when you say it instead of 'I know more simply because I do'.

I was, I told a guy that Aeris was meant to die in all versions of the game and you came gallavanting to try and prove otherwise. Failed miserably to boot. lol

Good for you skipper, but hey, guess what? After ten years people like you are still telling lies about the game instead of just wising up to the truth. If you attempt to argue with me then you had better be able to back it up, otherwise don't lead me to the assumption that your post is worth reading.

What probably amuses me most about this is that I'm disproving the fact that Aeris can be revived and apparently I'm whining over her death. rolleyes Whilst you're sitting there telling me that she can be revived, well, because: 'lulz i said so'. Looks like you've got the attatchment to her kiddo. lol

Not to mention you have the cheek to make me out to be some wimp:

You have the PC version evidently so does me the favour of screen-shotting the scenes/moment where Aeris is revived. Oh wait, you can't, because it's not possible.

Either try again and back up what you say or stop rumour-mongering, I'm tired enough of people believing the minor things like JENOVA and Vincent are Sephiroth's parents, let alone people who are trying to convince others that Aeris can be revived.

@ Dread - Aye, it is pointless to argue the 'Did she or didnt she know?' point.

On the point of Jenova being the Sephiroth we see gallavanting about on the surface, though....that is the main body of Jenova from Shinra HQ.
Heres a link to the FFVII Ultimania Omega Guide, since thats where this information is confirmed.

Well done, you basically just reitered everything I just said to and then tried to make me look like I was wrong.

Let me put it into simpler terms to you what I was saying: YOU CANNOT REVIVE AERIS. YOUR FRIEND DREAD IS SAYING THAT YOU CAN.

I never said you can save Aeris with a gameshark either, I said the only way to bring her back into your party for fight participation is via gameshark. Might want to learn how to read before you start trying to disproving me.

Yeah, I'm saying Dread is wrong. Care to say anymore on the matter yourself?

Like I said to Dread, prove you can do it and I'll believe it. Read my previous posts to Dread if you want to know how you can do so.

How about, you go get a screen shot and prove it, otherwise stop deluding the masses of misinformed FF7 fans more than they already are? neutral

Vincent Ex. V,I'm not trying to start an agurement on this..Yes,I agreed that you You can not save her.. I tried sevel times (with my playstation's Codebreaker/GameShark) and making her stronger then Cloud and SHE STILL DIES! no matter how or what you do to her.. sweatdrop On the PC Verison it's a little harder...(unless you a hack code..*cough,cough..*) you might. 3nodding BTW,I wasn't trying to flame you.

Your wording confused me:

Quote:

I was thinking, 'Erm yes, he's been saying you can the entire time' >_>

I apologise for being sharp, no more arguing needed. The only argument remaining is with Dread and possibly Zakuro if either of them can actually prove what they're spouting. rolleyes

I havent ever said she could be revived. EVER.

Whered you pull that from? I mean, I said that its true we dont know whether she KNEW she was going to die or not, but never said you could get her back or keep her from dying.

Okay, first, Michelle and Zakuro, stop helping me. Second, I don't think you got the point of my last post there vinny. I don't care whether you believe me. You can sit there, not believing me all you want. Am I going to lose sleep because some guy online thinks that he knows everything there is to know about the game that rocked the world over. I don't care! You get it yet? I DON'T CARE! You can spout all the hate remarks you want, you can call me what you like, but the fact is that I don't give a second thought to people who try and tear me down just to feel more confident about themselves.

Let me make the rest clear right now. I NEVER said that you could save her, I said that there was a version of the game where you could bring her back. Its a pain in the a** to find, and it would probably be more worth it to just buy a damn gameshark and put the code in for the same effect. Truth is, I didn't believe it either. I got that version merely by luck. And it happened. End of story.

Yes, I am attached to Aeris. So what? Did I cry when I first saw her get killed? Your damn right! Did I feel fire in my veins everytime I saw that black trenchcoat after her death? Thats true too. So what? I'm attached to Aeris, whether anyone likes it or not, she is my favorite character and always will be.

Vincent, I have nothing to prove to you or anyone else. If they don't want to believe me, then don't! You act like I am charging people for this "privvie info". So what if they do believe me and can't find it online, what have they lost? A few minutes of their time. Big deal.

Let me give it to you strait. I don't give a damn if anyone believes me or not. I put it out there so people will see it and learn that there is hope for a game with her still attached afterwards minus the legendary GameShark. Nothing you, or anybody else is going to say is going to damage me or make me whine because I'm not believed. If you choose not to believe it, fine! Thats your choice. But, unless you have inspected the whole world over looking for this and haven't found it, don't act like you know that there isn't a copy there. Because, otherwise, you are nothing but some guy trying to put up a losing argument.
