Why is it, that bad guys can always walk through fire and not get hurt, but when you hit them with Fire 3, it's just major damage, man?

Not the first time it has happened, and not the last time. I mean, look at Navi from Zelda, Flurry from Paper Mario and the 1000 Year Door, that freaky ogre like dude in 300... The list goes on, man...
If FF7 was made into a live action movie, do you think they'd be able to recreate Cloud's crazy hair?

why not Cameron Diaz did it in "something about mary" im sure the same tactic would work for cloud

It was only the first Final Fantasy game with improved graphics, a badass for a badguy that everyone loved to hate. All the others had some stupid entity that wasn't even in the damn story. (FF9 - Necron, FFX - Yu Yevon, ect.)
That and it had an exellent yet simple storyline. Good versus evil, Holy versus Meteor, Cloud versus Sephiroth, Cetra versus Jenova. And an amazing character background and development.
