Har har, my nickname is "Jo" so I can fill that in. :]
In a regular game, I usually go with Artemis. My old clan used to all have god/goddess names, and I just never got tired of it.
I've been through other names (Pherfiniel being one of them) but that's actually a really old RP name. And Artemis just always seems appropriate.

I stick with the orignal names when I first play the game after I beat it and get use to the game then I go and change the names to made up ones when I play for the second time

In all of my link games I name him Falinore eek i thought he was a girl. I also used to name him my name eek

Mehehehehehe....whatever I last ate for a meal or snack. Like bread, potato, pepperoni, hamburger helper, ramen...Say, that would be the most kick-a** name for the hero in my dragon quest game, Ramen! Oooo, doesn't that just make your spine tingle? Bwahahahaha! xd

When I was younger, I used my name for all of my games. Now, though, I usually use the default name. If there is none, I use one of my nicknames, like Zephyr or Kitty, but I used Kaede for Crystal Chronicles (one of my friends said that I'm like Kaede from InuYasha).
For initials, though, I use KAT for personal games, and my initials for anything on the internet.

For filling out scores I use RAB, see how many of you get the reference 3nodding otherwise i use my nickname jess for girl jessie for boy

When I'm filling out a high score thingy I just use my first name. If I'm choosing a name for a character I just use thier defualt name unless its stupid or just plain gay I use thier japanese name.

high scores, I give my nickname, when naming characters I give them thier proper name.

for high scores i just use initials, shorter versions of my name or nicknames
but for character names i use twisted spellings of favorite names from animes, games, or shows and what-not

If the character comes with a default name, then I always use it. But if the character is supposed to be "you" then I use Ivy Rozella or just Ivy for the name.
As for high scores, I always use ANG the first three letters of my name.

I use my initials. which are mk but sometimes to be funny i'll put a number by it. 3 usually because it's onen of my favorite numbers. mortal kombat 3 hehehe

i have 2 names. i use Spamus when I play SSB. other then that i go by the name Nemesis

I'll use the default name if they have one , but if it allows my to pick the name on the character that I play It's Lizzie if I'm playing a girl and Izzy if I'm playing a boy, on high scores i just put Liz
