I never got her to level 99. WAAAY too much work for my lazy a**. I DID however, level her at the same rate, although I forgot to take off the Edincoat before I entered the city. So I never got it back after Aerith bit it. crying By the way, who did you use for a mage after she died? I used Cid, because that Dragoon Lance was PERFECT for mageliness.

I used Yuffie. She does good damage and has a long range weapon. Perfect for holding in the back and doing spells and stuff. She had a restore materia, but Cloud was the main healer, because he naturally has more life gain, and will survive longer.

I used Tifa actually she has nice attack but i thought she was better as a healer not as good as Aeris but still the same.

you can get the game only by items and brute force XD ive tried and it works razz
and play the game only with mages, lots of fun too biggrin
in the end it dosent metter becouse you just put master final attack materia and master phonix summon and you are done...

I actually always try to get her final Limit, I even get the manual every time. But that last limit before her final Limit avoids me everytime! Even when I use my "limit training" technique that I developed...

I didn't level her to 99, but I did get her to 75.

JesterJestin Jhay-R Keheh, my cousin did that too. Got everyone's limit break in the first disc, and miraculously got the golden chocobo.... Is that even possible I wondered, and then it's right in front of me, man... Crazy.... very hard to do that considering enemies on first disc are lame and give low exp.. plus if you master restore and revive materia she dont die by end of first disc lol. they give decent xp if you know where to go... you can get to the isle near the Mideel, its decent xp even for lev 80+ chars, use the tinybronco and go south near fort condor

i tried to level her up but it was just to much work since by the time you get it your so strong that you dont need to be invincible to beat any of the bosses

Cold_Winter_Knight I spent so much effort leveling her up, and when I realized she dies, I'm thinking...I really could've put that effort into leveling up my other characters!!!!!!!!!!!!!! same here

i never got past her lvl 2 limits for some reason....i always got too bored to try...but i recently bought the game again..so im gunna try my hardest to get her final limit

My friend didn't know she died and he had her on a high level.... and then she died. i just kept her at around the other people.

Well I know she dies played that part like 3 times but. . .I level her decently but not supper high before she dies.

I remember the first time I played FF7. I actually started crying so I promised from there on I'd get her up to level 99 before I let her die! I've beaten the game about 6 times now. xp

Namecalling because someone doesn't know that isn't right because not everybody has advanced in the game as far as others. This is one of many reasons we have the rule about putting "Spoilers" in the title of topics like this.
