I have started various websites, mostly anime-based, but I can't create layouts, so they look incredibly plain. I make one that was mini-manga. I need to update it as soon as I put together my next mini-comic.

sometimes plain can be good, look at www.elvenblade.co.uk its all blaxk and white, but it works, and very simple to code using notepad, even easier in a program like frontpage or dreamweaver!
