BeautifulNitemare We celebrate Christs birth in August. So now its Santa, Solstice and the Birth of the Lord (of the Summerlans) We exchange gifts now and in January at the modern New Year, we even get gifts for the Swamp beings and the ghost. Okay, wow. I *so* want more info now. What swamp beings? Which ghost? And why August? And if you're doing all the older stuff, why not New Year on April 1st?

My family celebrates Christmas, on christmas eve my mothers side of the fam comes to our house and we eat a big meal together and we talk and play games. Then we have dessert and then presents. On christmas morning my little brother and i wake up early and see what our parents got us, We got to Church afterwards and think about Christs birth. Then we go to my Grandmas house and my dads side of the family is there, we basically do the same thing as on christmas eve. Its fun! I do love the holidays. heart biggrin
