Yeah, she tells chaos that she saw him with Tony, then if you talk to her again, she's kinda talking to herself saying how awful Tony is to be with "this pretty young thing", referring to chaos. xd
She'll say that somewhere near the beginning of the game, I think.

Mmph, I dont think Tony would go for a guy like chaos. chaos is too mellow, and probably doesnt dig guys. Or girls. Unless my theory about him and KOS-MOS is correct.
