Well with video games, and any alike, they're all aimly about accomplishments. Rather it's leveling your character, collecting everything in the game, etc. etc. With anything, once you have it, you become bored of it and want to move onto the next thing. That's why in movies and shows and such, when someone were to wish to have everything in the world, they'd tire easy of it and feel like they really have nothing, because they have nothing left to achieve. Basically it comes as with AC too. You work for a while to get everything, but eventually once you have it all, it's the same old story over and over, even if you can create dandy new clothing and re-arrange things how you want; however there's only a certain number of ways you can do that before it's all gone. Later it's just there in a glass screen to be admired.
If it become a chore, then it's not a game, and it's work. Why work when you're supposed to be having fun? Basically going around in circles sucks for anyone, it's depressing, gets boring etc. Take a break from it and come back when you're like, "I want to play this game!" You don't have to play it, remember that. =P There are an infinite amount of things and games in this world~!

PedgeyHammer Hellz no!!!! Animal Crossing can never get boring with so much to do: Fish, bug catching, digging for treasures, getting golden items ( I have two), keeping a perfect town, creating constalations, donating to the museum, drinking cofee, customizing your character with closthes, hats, and facewear, drinking coffee, collecting all of the items, befriending Sable, collecting all the models, collect pictures of neighbors, upgrading to Nookingtons, attempting to get all of the different kinds of fruit, and Socializing. Need I go on? Oh, Yeah, getting every single neighbor Fish: In the process Bugs: Same Fossils: Same Golden Items: So far I only have the shovel and slingshot Perfect Town: I hate trees!(in game only) Constallations: Spelled my name, put a happy face and a claw Museum: Still doing that Coffee: Everyday Paintings: I don't have a single one Character Clothes: I'm okay with looking the same(for now) All items: That'll take time Sable: I'm almost there Neighbor pics: I have four. Nookington's: Have to see my cousin so we can travel(no Wi-Fi until I figure it out) Fruit: I had an Apple but it died because the tree didn't grow Woah, I never realized how much you can do in this game until I took the time to list all that...

I got bored of it and I took like a 3-4 month break. Then I got into it again. I wished I when back to it during the Fall, I forgot all about the acorn event--ugh! >.<

I've been playing Wild World pretty religiously since I got my Perfect town... I've played it every day for over a year now. Sometimes, if I forget to play it during the day and I'm about to go to bed, I say "Oh, darn, I need to water the flowers and stop the cool people from moving away," and THAT'S when it feels like a chore.
Most of the time, though, I enjoy playing it. It's a nice 15-20 minute break from my regular day of college and work.

Aww. I still think it's fun, I just haven't been able to play it in a long time ;[ but the other day my little cousin called up to ask my brother how to upgrade her house in Animal Crossing for the GameCube.. hahah. I didn't think they played it anymore. It was cute cause they used to always call my brother about Donkey Kong and Mario and all those games, asking how to get farther whenever they got stuck (since they live too far for him to go help them every time =P) it reminded me of the good ol' days when everyone was younger ;P
