Lieutenant Gunningite

When the Captain approached, Gunningite lowered the Magic 8-ball and snapped into a swift stance of attention, giving the other woman a salute.

"Lieutenant Gunningite, reporting as ordered Ma'am," She fired off with a quick - I practiced this in the mirror for a few hours - vibe to her words. "My general is... uhm..." Her eyes darted around the assembled people and she shook her head. "My general is not here ma'am, is that an issue?"

She hoped she hadn't done anything stupid or silly on her first real mission. She'd feel so bad if she messed up already.

"I was just waiting for orders..."

Lieutenant Chambersite

Chambersite continued to look around. It seemed as though everyone knew each other already, which meant it would be hard to form some connections if they weren't willing to branch out. But he mentally shrugged his shoulders. I'll know more about them in time. He thought, his eyes continuing to scan the crowd until two women appeared in his vision. One seemed to be holding onto a Magic 8-Ball, probably her weapon, while the other one, with an interesting hair-style, talked.

Let's see if they're willing to talk to a 'newbie' then. He wandered over to them, still holding the toy turnip in his hand. He made sure to make eye contact with them, saluting the one with the curly hair. He could feel their aura, it was more powerful, which meant that they were of a higher rank. "Ladies. Sorry to bother you by coming over here but since I'm new I just thought it would be a good idea to make some... connections. And everyone is so absorbed in their own that it seemed a little intimidating. I'm Lieutenant Chambersite. May I ask for your agent names? If it's at all possible." He wanted to make a good first impression, though he knew not everyone liked a random stranger coming up to them.

Captain Nissonite

The call hadn't come from his general, but Nissonite really didn't like the idea of Amphitrite heading into the rift without him. As an eternal he knew she was more than capable of taking care of herself. She had the experience, the magic and the training. She didn't need him there to protect her, but he still felt better being there with her, just in case. If anything did happen, and he'd opted to remain behind...well, it didn't bear thinking about.

So the captain arrived not long after the eternal herself, and after a quick scan of the gathered agents and corrupts he spotted her standing beside another corrupt with a guardian perched on his shoulder, much like Reven was perched on his own.

He was fairly positive he'd never met either of them, but based on what he'd heard he had a feeling he was about to meet two other members of the team he's been placed on after corruption.

Looking between the two of them thoughtfully he stepped up behind Amphi's left shoulder, reaching out to lay his hand lightly on the small of her back to let her know he was there with her. Just a light, lingering brush of his fingers before he let his hand drop back to his side.

Reven

"Oh! I know him!" A pale paw shot out beside the captain's face, pointing at the other cat. "That's Silk." The paw dropped again, claws prickling at Nissonite's shoulders to keep from slipping off her tall perch.

The one corrupted senshi she knew already though hadn't spent much time with. She seemed nice, and Otto really seemed to like her. The other senshi Reven had never seen before, but she wondered if maybe this was the one Silk had been talking about when they'd talked back at headquarters that one time.

Her tail was flicking in a rapid back and forth as they approached, small body practically buzzing with excitement. Not just with seeing Silk, but with getting to tag along with a serious mission. It was her first, and she was eager to prove herself an asset to the Negaverse.

She wanted thumbs!

Corrupted Sailor Valeria.11]

Had this been weeks ago she wouldn't have come - wouldn't have powered up. Things however had changed and in a rather drastic, and sudden, manner. She had found someone she could trust...someone who seemed to care and understand. She had a reason to power up and find a Captain to bring her down to where she was needed, to a group of people most of whom she didn't know, as it wasn't safe for her to come down here on her own. She still felt a bit alone but it was a better feeling, especially knowing someone was down here waiting for her. Someone invited her, told her that they were needed - that she was needed.

Heels clicked on the dark ground as the pink haired senshi moved about the edges of the forming group. When she did spot Zinkenite she made her approach. "I'm here. Sorry I came a bit slowly, I needed to find a way down here." Since youma still didn't like her kind, how sad. She did wish she felt more welcome and at home down here. Maybe, eventually, one day she would feel welcome down here...but not now.

"Do you know what's going on?" She asked in ma whisper, not wanting to attract attention to herself.

Captain Reinerite

Reinerite shook her head "No it's not a problem at all" after all it wasn't as if her own General was amongst those gathered - at least she hadn't seen him amongst the other Generals gathered.

She assumed he was on other Negaverse business of some sort or another - although truth be told Reinerite didn't give it much though because it wasn't for her to presume–

And knowing her General, he would probably find out about the night's events anyway either because she would mention it when they next had one of their catch ups or because Aurostibite was through that way.

Her smile widened slightly, was a touch warmer at the 'Ma'am' for all that it made her feel older than she actually was "Captain is fine Lieutenant and I too am waiting for orders."

The General King's arrival had not gone unnoticed, the aura so much stronger than that of her General or the other Generals with whom he seemed to be in conversation with.

She didn't recall seeing him amongst the General Sovereigns that had been introduced after the mission to help the Queen, the mission that had coincidentally been her first real mission, a part of her wondering whether he was the one taking overall charge of the mission–

But once again it wasn't her place to ask.

Her grey eyes glanced towards the magic 8 ball in the brown-haired Lieutenant's hands as she gestured towards it with the hand that wasn't holding her staff "You know your weapon reminds me a little of how my own started out, but it..." she started, voice trailing off as a second Lieutenant approached them.

"It's not a problem Lieutenant" she said, her grey eyes glancing over and towards the approaching male as she spoke "And my name is Captain Reinerite."

Lt. Dravite

For the first time in a very long while Dravite felt acutely aware of his rank and position when standing among the circle of captains and generals. It was one thing to know that you were being out ranked but to actually feel it with your entire being was something he honestly did not like; it made him feel small in the grand scheme of things.

Initially everything was fine when Stibnite had introduced him to her husband, a bit intimidating but not a reason to back down or show weakness. But then when you factor in the two half youma’s behind him and a General Sovereign he had to honestly wonder if she was trying to haze him. A thought that was quickly dismissed when she started explaining everything.

“It is an honor to meet you General King Zinkenite.” Witnessing how both generals regarded their sovereign Dravite erred on the side of Leucite’s greeting and bowed in a similar fashion. Only after he rose again did he then introduce himself in return. “My name is Dravite, Sir. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to be of assistance to you.” He then turned to Stibnite’s husband. “The offer extends to you as well.”

He then turned his attention to both half youma, and though he was immensely curious as to how it was physically possible for a half youma to exist, he kept his thoughts to himself and instead extended a hand to each. “I hope to have the opportunity to work together with both of you on future missions.”

Whatever the reason was for being called out here, Dravite hoped that he did not embarrass Stibnite with his actions.

Corrupt Sailor Meridiana

Meridiana hummed thoughtfully at the three given choices. “I think we’ll go with one for now and save two for later.” She then stepped forward to close the distance between them to trace a feather touch around the corrupt star on his bare chest.

“At least tell me you stretched before powering up.” If this meeting really was all-hands-on-deck then it meant that there would likely be some form of fighting expected to happen. The last thing he needed was his father or PT nurse harping on him for exasperating his injury when it should be getting better.

Cerulean colored eyes locked with his unblinking. Head tilted to the side as she waited for his reply, one arm crossed under her chest almost suggestively while she tapped her lower lip with her other index finger. It was almost as if she were either looking for an answer to a question she hadn’t asked or was trying to decide on what to do with him depending on his answer.

Sailor Hatsya

When the opportunity was given, Hatsya jerked her wrist out of Benitoite’s almost bruising grasp; he may be short but he had a strength beyond compare. She hated him and he knew it though she sincerely doubted he realized how deep the loathing truly ran. “You could barely protect me before, what makes you think anything has changed?”

Things had finally started getting back to normal after the last time he had brought her to this forsaken place. Nearly three weeks spent in the hospital due to two broken ribs and a fractured leg, not to mention the lacerations she sustained that required dozens of stitches. All of that followed by a few months in a cast and physical therapy just so she could spend the next year extensively training to get back to the same level at fencing she had been before that s**t show turned her life upside down.

For the first time in a long while she had actually felt… happy. Her involvement with the Negaverse had been put on the back burner for so long she had actually, for a while, forgot it existed. That is, until she got the call that would once again change everything.

Hindsight being 20-20 she should have sent the b*****d to voicemail. But doing so would probably have prompted him to in turn show up on her doorstep. He was her superior in every way and he had a unique way of reminding her of that fact. Using his teleport to force her to appear at his side was only one way Benitoite put her firmly in her place.

That spear he carried, however, was what she truly worried about. No amount of skill with the sword could save her should Benitoite tire of her antics and decide to to just rid himself of her completely. Honestly though, she would almost prefer that outcome as opposed to feeling like his personal pet in place of a mindless youma.

One of these days though Hatsya would pay him back dearly for these transgressions because the moment an opportunity presented itself she would stab him in the back just to watch him fall. Even if it meant she would be damned in the process.

General Benitoite

He expected it, he always did with this one. he'd had difficult team members before, those who disliked him, those who outgrew him...or thought they had. He'd seen, and had, all sorts of team members but this one downright hated him, she would kill him in his sleep if she could. The others...they wouldn't even dare to try, even if they hated him. Something he should perhaps be glad for? Some of those who disliked him were even dead...fancy that - they died first and not by his hand. While her hand was now free of his hold she wasn't going to get away, he'd just resummon her if need be, she would join the others in fulfilling her duty to the Negaverse...she was a member, whether she liked it or not. He had given her power and she would use it, as he saw fit at the moment.

"That was against one with more power than I have." Not to mention more time in the war, he was sure of that. "I did try, don't think yourself the only one who got out of that with injuries." He stated cooly, slate eyes resting on her. He too had been hurt, severely, he had suffered numerous injuries at the time and recovery had been slow. He'd been out of commission for longer than he cared to think about. Even when he'd been able to do anything, helping with creating a new Queen, he'd been severely limited and unable to help as much as he otherwise would have been able to. "You don't have any senshi, or knights, to worry about." Just youma...and he could handle them.

"Now then, lets go." That said he led the way down to where the group was gathering. His smaller form keeping next to hers, incase she decided to try and leave, he wasn't about to lose one of his own. She was here and she was here to stay.

The first person he noticed, as they were rather hard to miss, was a certain General King to whom he did nod his head. He didn't bow, didn't salute. He simple nodded his head and raised his voice so he could be heard. "General King, it's a pleasure to see you." And it was. It was also good to have Zinkenite here as it was more power, because this far out the youma were less than friendly.

"So many people already gathered...how nice to see so many here to help the cause." Whatever the cause, tonight, may be. It was good to see so many able bodies.

As always, the Negaverse asked Noctua to jump and she asked, "how high?"
Noctua had been summoned and she would appear before whomever had done so with bright eyes and a bushy tail. Especially after the gift of increased power that the Negaverse had so graciously given her.

That being said, the trip was easier said than done. Finding an officer who had not yet gone to answer the call was tricky, and convincing him to allow her to ride with him was harder still. She knew what she was -- a tool. A thing to be used. But that didn't mean that the derisive comments didn't annoy her. They were wasting time, and the energy that this petty officer spent abusing her would be better spent on whatever they were being called for. But, in the end, he allowed her to ride down with him, though he did quite literally toss her away with a sneer once they arrived. Not that it mattered. Noctua regained her footing and made a beeline for the familiar feeling of her general.

The only thing was that he wasn't alone. The light in her face when she saw Benitoite went out when she noticed the strangers; one like her, and one with an aura so powerful it nearly knocked her over. Noctua hovered on the edges of Benitoite's shadow, fitful gaze flicking between the angry corrupt and the powerful mystery before them.

"General-King," Noctua parrotted quietly, edging closer now that her curiosity was getting the better of her. She'd never seen nor felt someone like this before, and it was fascinating. Bony hands reached out for a moment, and then, seeming to think better of it, twisted together to wring out slender fingers.

"General-King," Noctua finally said again, this time with more certainty, and dropped to one knee. While he wasn't the overwhelming aura from Queen Laurelite, it was still stunning and gave her cause to kneel and bow.

"My cause is yours, General-King. And my life."

G.K. Zinkenite

There was a moment, fleeting though it was of consternation at ‘Lord General’ - and a slight shift of his shoulders as his proper title was put out for all to hear. So much for seeing an honest reaction out of unfamiliar faces, still, it was protocol and while it might irk him it was hardly as though he could undo what had already been done.
The proverbial cat was out of the bag.

“Wardite, Piypite.” He nodded to the half Youma, making a small note to find out more about them as time permitted. He was, after all, rather interested in the venom in Stibnite’s words when she referred to them. A clear history there but, he wondered if it was recorded.

The brogue that Wardite spoke with earned an interested tilt of Zinkenite’s head, but no more than a thanking nod that he’d heard the offer to be of assistance.

The… more suggestive offer from Piypite, earned narrowed eyes, though it might be hard to discern if it was disgust, or if he was assessing her given his face was a little better than half obscured by off black fabric.

He cleared his throat a moment later and said finally, “Your offers are noted. Thank you.”

“A pleasure to meet you as well Dravite, Please, Zinkenite is fine… it’s hardly as though you’ll be spouting a full title if we run into trouble.”

He glanced then towards the corrupted senshi whom had just strode up to the group.
“Valeria.” He nodded. “These are General Leucite, General Stibnite, I’m not sure if you’ve met them, also Captains, Wardite and Piypite, and Lieutenant Dravite.” He made the introductions assuming she’d have greeted them had she known them.

“I am sure we will receive more information soon, there is a chance we are waiting for more officers.” He added.

He then glanced towards General Benitoite and gave a nod of greeting.
“I hope to be of some assistance, the message left me curious.” He admitted. “Shall I assume you know the others here or shall I repeat introductions?” he added with a small tilt of his head.

And, then someone was kneeling to him.

“Erm, thank you… please, rise. I hope that we shall not have cause to accept your, generous offer.”

He folded his arms at the small of his back, blinking.

Eternal Amphitrite

God, when was the last time she'd been a part of a group? - granted, it wasn't a huge group, but it was still bigger than any Amphitrite had ever been involved in. Even when she'd been actively trying to start her own team, it'd never really gotten off the ground. She'd always been something of a lone wolf, whether or not she wanted to be.

It also didn't hurt that nearly half of their group were cats. Deep down, there was a tiny little part of her that was a bit envious of those lucky enough to have a bonded partner. Maybe it was because all those years ago, if Ash hadn't been such a coward about it... or if Amphitrite had meant more to her. It was a thing long ago finished now, but she never had been the type to let bitterness become water under the bridge.

"A real shame, " she echoed from Adamantine's words, taking solace in the knowing that was something that they shared. She'd enjoyed working with the corrupt before, and couldn't say she was unhappy they were here together again. She supposed she had Chase to thank for that. What she would have given for Alkaid to be here with them now, though. "She deserved to be here."

Of course, she was on-guard given where they were, but so far it seemed to be going without incident, and knowing that Nissonite had her back (literally and figuratively, it would seem), and she cast the captain an appreciative glance over her shoulder. "Yes, of course, " and the kitten, Silk, so cute it was a bit hard to keep her manners in place. "Is your memory sharp, Silk? You seem the type that won't let a thing slip by you, will you?"

There was no ignoring another presence, something like she'd only felt from Laurelite before, in the time before she'd become queen. Amphitrite eyed the strange general-king critically from a distance, her brow arched curiously. Although the sight of Leucite beside him did nothing to compel her to approach, she pursed her lips and couldn't help but ask her party, "Who is that? - do any of you know?" She'd been away, after all.

Eternal Adamantine

The group grew as Niss joined them, bringing with him a small white kitten was was very much aware of her own on her shoulder. Her head tilted, moving her cheek to the top of the kitten's head. "You have a friend, Silk." Whether or not the kitten chose to move was up to him, as she had no control over him. They were more partners then anything else.

Her gaze cut to the captain though, as he was the newest member of the wolfpack. She was sure he answered to Laby, but the small hand on the back of Amphi's led her to believe that perhaps not fully. It wasn't a real matter on her part. Ada's loyalty remained to one general, and one general only.

"She's too far in the rift now, or else would probably be here." What made Alkaid wander the rift and make it her home, Adamantine understood. There was too much for the Ascended general to address, had she made her presence here again.

The stardust senshi disappeared into her own thoughts though at the mention of the general king in their presence. She had no real concerns or thoughts for him, or the curiosity that Amphi had. Since she had been brought in by Laby, there had only been one general that mattered to her. Though Amphi contained a skillset that Adamantine didn't carry, and that was the natural capacity to approach another easily.

"You could ask." She didn't smile, but her gaze twisted only to take the King into memory. Should there be more battles then before. "Or perhaps we can communicate with General Labyrinthite for information." Though she was almost 90% sure Laby wanted nothing to do with the rift presently. Especially after returning to Destiny city and rebuilding the wolf pack with those that were loyalist.

A hand came up again to pet at Silk, an almost comforting source of someone for her as those who answered the call grew.

General Benitoite

He wasn't surprised when Noctua turned up, she was as loyal as they came. He was pleased to see her in fact and smiled warmly towards her. She still looked too thin, she always did though, and he continued to worry over her whenever he laid eyes upon her. He'd tried to help, to find out what the issue was, but he'd thus far made no progress. He knew she had issues with sleeping - that was it.

Watching her drop to her knees was a surprise, and yet not all together unexpected of her. "Noctua is one of mine. I did not bring her in but she has chosen my team." He spoke, mostly for Zinkenite to hear so he knew who she was. A gloved hand then reached out towards her, resting gently on her shoulder.

"I know most of the faces here Zinkenite, no worries. I'll know the others well by the end of this, I have that feeling. This isn't going to be anything simple." At least he had the feeling it wouldn't be. "Though not much dealing with being this far out would be simple." Shrugging his shoulders a bit as he glanced around, making sure they were safe from wandering youma. They may have a General King with them but some youma were more than any of them could handle.

He would, for now, let the corrupted with him, Hatsya, introduce herself and hope for the best. He would hope she minded her manners, something which may just get her in trouble if she didn't. At least Noctua liked him?

Corrupted Valeria

"I have...met a few of them..." She answered in a soft whisper. She had met some of them but that had been a long time ago. She was thankful for the names of those she didn't know, nodding her head to the General's King's words. "Thank you for the others names."

She just hoped that whatever happened down here she would be near someone who was stronger than herself, and that she could help in some way. She had really no idea what was going to happen though and it had her nervous as she stood there silently; waiting. Whoever had called she hoped they were ok, and that they would come soon, she didn't like standing here like this. She felt vulnerable and somewhat alone, being that she knew so few here and wasn't comfortable with most.

Corrupted Kitty Katya

From where she lay, draped across Benitoite's shoulders, the Russian blue was able to see many things but not everything...her General was rather short. Deciding to keep close, because she knew she wasn't safe down here, the cat remain where she was. She didn't however remain silent as she spoke up. "It's good to see you again...General Leucite." She remembered him. He'd been the one to shout at that nasty royal senshi for attacking her, she still wasn't pleased with how that gathering had gone. That royal really needed to learn how to treat a cat.

"I hope this trip down here goes well for us all." Perhaps something new for them all to learn and discover, she really was hoping for that. The few who knew her knew she liked to learn, she had a rather extensive collection of books.

General Arsenopyrite

Arseno had mostly been going over what he needed to do in his mind once he came out of this mission, but his head turned when he heard 'Lord General' and he turned to see who it was addressed to. He had felt the aura spike, but had ignored it for the moment, his mind having been preoccupied by other thoughts.

He thought he knew who it was and decided not to address them yet. The General King had plenty of company and conversation it seemed, so Arseno wouldn't interrupt. He did however move towards the group to speak or at least acknowledge that he was there to General Benitoite. Though when he got closer he realized that Katya was there too, which was a pleasant surprise. He always liked the kitty.

He moved over to them and when he could tell that they were listening said, "Benitoite, Katya, it's good to see you here. And the others of course." He remembered some of the others who were here, but he didn't know them as well. He felt a bit embarrassed though, it was as if everyone knew everyone else. It just showed how much of a failure he was as a General.
