Aqio chuckled. "Orrio is a master of spells, I'm sure he'd be willing to let you help. Strengthen your magic before you leave." he sat on the edge of the rocks that were placed around the section. He patted the stones next to him. "Incanthis...anything you wanna talk about? Any troubles you don't want to burden my brother with?" he would be the listening ear. Incanthis was a well spring of information when the other didn't think he was. Aqio learned that through overheaing the male talk with Aibe. Incanthis was observant. That was useful for a assassin.

"Any and all help is always welcome, I want to get better with my magic... especially now. Abie gave me the idea of using my powers not just on people but beasts as well. Since there are so many of them these days I am sure that they could use a doctor tending to them, especially when they start getting rowdy." He murmured, thinking on all the practice that he wanted to get in. Glancing over at Aqio as he tapped his fingers against the water's surface he said, "Ahhh... well, there are many things that I wouldn't want to burden him with. The same goes for you too though, Aqio. I rather like you too, Aqio, so I wouldn't want to bother you." He shifted in place a moment before turning to face him, "And you? Are you alright? I've been worried about you of late but I am left out of the look for... well, my own good. I understand and require no details... I am just... worried."

Aqio paused. The other's concern for him was something that he...didn't exactly expect. He turned to face the pool. "I'm...better. Than I was a few months back. I got into a stressful situation and didn't know how to get out." he took a deep breath. "I'm glad my brother has you at his side, Incan. I really am. You...made him happier than I've ever seen him." He looked to the elder with a fond small smile. "We grew up in the worst place...you've seen the scars on my brother...their faded now because Orrio tended to them while we slept. He's way too much of a mother sometimes. You've heard Aibe's nightmares...the mutterings...the apologies." he leaned forward. Putting his chin in his hand. "You. Made Aibe able to face those nightmares. I can tell. He can't...he's dense. Always has been, but he's honest. To himself. To others. I'm not."

Incanthis listened as Aqio spoke, giving him all the time that he needed. He'd gotten himself into a 'stressful situation' but he was better now? Did that mean that the situation was getting better? He lifted a hand to rest it gently on his shoulder, "Does that mean that things are better now for you now? Is your stressful situation improving for you? You know if things aren't to your liking you can always come with Abie and I to Jauhar." He wasn't sure if Aqio would even consider the idea but he felt he should at least offer, right? As Aqio began to speak again Incanthis's eyes look on a look of concern, as well as compassion. He knew what it was like to be in a terrible place and to carry scars upon his person. The twins and himself shared that much in common, though he wished that it was a burden only he had to carry. Giving a soft sound he said, "I only wish I could do even more. For Abie and for you as well Aqio." He said, moving to sit down near the pool, his hands resting in his lap. "I am not a powerful person but if you need anything you need only ask."

Aqio nodded. "Things are better. I wouldn't say perfect, I have a lot to make up for. A friend who needs me. So, I might be leaving home soon." he blinked at the offer before smiling warmly. It was rare he smiled, though it seemed with Incanthis it was easy. "I adore the offer, Incan. I might travel out one day to visit, when Aibe settles into a spot to train his beasts into being perfect bodyguards." He leaned back a little on the heels of his palms. "I trust you, Incan."

Incanthis gave a nod of his head, "I'm glad to hear that, Aqio." Knowing that things were getting better for Aqio was something that put Incanthis's heart and mind at ease. He'd been worried for him but it would seem that he was getting better for him. Wait? He was leaving him soon as well? He gave a bit of a smile as he said, "You're leaving as well? I see, so your parents are going to end up with an empty nest soon." He wondered for a moment if the pair might end up adopting again... but that wasn't something he could or should ask as it wasn't his business. He just knew that they had been good parents to the twins and even kind to a stranger like Incanthis. It was strange that the pair would prove kinder to him then his own father had been. A thought he brushed aside instantly. "You do? Good... then if you need anything you have only to ask."

Aqio chuckled. "The only thing I ask of you, Incanthis." he reached out to grasp the other's shoulder. "Don't leave my brother alone for too long." He looked off to the side to two different colored water flowers, floating on the same leaf pad. He reached out to pluck the birghter of the two. Placing it in Incanthis' lap. "Aibylous...its a Matorian water flower that grows in ponds and lakes...its also called the Aibe flower. The darker flower that was beside it is called Aqaioubo...or the Aqio flower. Both are flowers that can't grow without the other. I don't know the folklore behind them..."

Incanthis gave a bit of a smile before he said, "I mean to stay with Abie as long as he wants me around." He wouldn't force his company upon the younger male were to someday grow tired of Incanthis's company or want to switch up who his partner was. Whatever made Abie happy was what he meant to do... even if that meant the two of them parting ways. As the flower was handed to him he looked down at it for a moment before he lifted it up, giving the flower a kiss, before he said, "I will look after this, and Abie, very carefully." He said, before he reached out and pointed to the other flower, "You should bring that one to the one that means a lot to you, Aqio. That was it isn't lonely." He felt a bit bad, thinking about the idea that he was taking Abie away from Aqio. What if he ended up lonely without him? He really didn't want that and hoped that Aqio had someone that was well and truly his that he could stand alongside of after Abie and Incanthis had gone to Jauhar. Giving a smile of a smile he gave Aqio a nudge, "Oh! And don't think that flowery presents will distract me, Aqio. I offered you help, not just help in watching over Abie. Help that is really and truly meant for you. Don't forget, alright?"

Aqio nodded. Taking up the other flower with a light blush. He wondered what Shesha would think if he was given a flower. With a sigh he felt nervous. Then glanced up to the other. "He's not letting you go anytime soon, Incan. Trust me on that." He looked up to the tree canopy. "The moment I saw him react to you...I knew that was truth. Now then..." he stood up. "Lets get you back to my brother, how's that sound?"

Incanthis gave a smile and a nod, "I will take your word on that, Aqio." If anyone knew Abie and exactly what it was that he might do it would be Aqio since the two of them were twins. Giving a smile he rose to his feet, holding the flower carefully in his hands. It seemed that it was time for him to go back to Abie... which was alright by Incanthis. It was where he was going in the first place after all before the enjoyable diversion with Aqio. "Yes, let's do that. I'm sure that the both of us could use some rest." He said, not wanting to keep Aqio up all night when he was sure that he was likely tired after whatever his day had consisted of. He knew that when he got back to Abie's room there would a bunch of snaptrotters, as well as Abie himself, waiting there for him. As such he was actually looking forward to joining them. Having people and beasts waiting for him like that was an enjoyable change from what his past had been like.

Aqio guided the other back to the room, pausing as he stepped in to open the door. Aibe laid there eyes half open as he watched the door. Seeing the duo he stretched back into his prior pose without a word. Aqio snorted before he looked at Incan. "He's still asleep...must of heard us...your alright to go snuggle up to him. It looks like the whelps are back in their basket." True they were. All three were coiled up nice and snug. Lithe's small form was seen curled at the base of the basket.

Incanthis walked into the room quietly, looking around, finding Junior still waiting there, wide away, seeming to relax when he saw Incanthis. It didn't take too terribly long before the emerald whelp was dozing off there next to Laqui. The Shifter gave a smile before he turned his attention to the basket next. He walked over to peek into the basket, checking on the trio of them, making sure that they were all laying comfortably. Once he was sure that everyone was fine he looked over at Aqio, "Thank you for tonight, Aqio." He murmured, giving him a smile. Moving to sit down on the edge of the bed he reached down, petting Lithe on the head, "Thank you for looking after the little ones, Lithe. I am impressed as ever by your hard work." He praised the beast before he turned to Abie, running his fingers through his hair in a soothing manner with one hand while he carefully placed the flower on the nightstand with the other.

Aqio had returned to his room. Laying down he put the flower on his nightstand. With a sigh he turned to his back to look upwards. His mind distracted...would Shesha like a flower? He'd have to find out. With a hum he settled in for a good sleep... ------- Lithe gave the other a cherry sound before settling in for sleep.

Incanthis watched as Aqio went on his way before his attention went back to the sleeping Abie once more. He set to stroking his hair in a soothing manner, wanting for the younger male's dreams to remain ones that were good. Just because Incanthis had a bad dream tonight didn't mean that he wanted Abie to share that same fate. Instead he wanted his dreams to be good ones... and for his own dreams to be good once he got back to sleep. He moved to lay down next to Abie, once there he gathered up his silver braid and put it on the opposite side of him so that Abie wouldn't end up tangled in it.
Once he was there and comfortable he let his eyes close, allowing himself to slowly sink back into sleep. It was much more restful sleep this time, something that Incanthis was quite grateful for. It was something that might seem so simple to some and was something that he couldn't thank the people of this family enough for allowing him to experience more often then not these days.
