Caymi If you read what I said, then you'll see that I was asking if the abilities were literal or could be bent with imagination. And no worries you aren't rude :] My idea for making it something i could enjoy using, was the fact that i could manipulate the shape. I imagine that since the ability is hard to break from the outside, theoretically i could hit people with pretty powerful force just by making a force field and ramming it into them. Mainly I was confused about saying I could manipulate the shape, yet the name of the ability was bubble. So im trying to figure out how far can i go? Like could i make a small thin layer around my RPC like armor? Or could i go as far as making a giant hand out of the force field to smack things around. I didn't mean any of it disrespectfully, i've just been in a guild similar to this a long time ago. And they didn't allow any imagination, you got what they said. And within only a week i found myself unhappy in it. So i'm testing the waters before i jump all in! biggrin Fair enough point. I really do hope you find what you are looking for. biggrin I do hope we can have a lot of fun together!

That depends on if he'll actually remain active since he's all on the fence about guild roleplay. It would be fun to do stuff with him here, but yeah. You should ask him in our Quartet Skype chatroom. @Rinkaku: Are we allowed to attempt making profiles, or are we waiting for more people to join? Just asking since I know attaining abilities kinda requires you guys to pick based on our backstory. I made a profile and started with a House that has an upkeep of 1600, so if ya still wanna do stuff with me here, we can split our housing cost by being roommates! If ya want that is smile Sorry this took so long, I'm literally JUST gaining the ability to log in again. For the past week every time I tried to sign in it told me my log in information was incorrect....which is silly considering I've had the same log in info for over ten years now. Anyhow... I'll get down to making a profile tonight and take a look at yours and everything and make a decision when I get back from work but I'm sure I'll be fine with that.

Caymi Another basic question I have (sorry again). What if we don't like the abilities given to us? Perhaps it'd make more sense to post multiple abilities that could pertain to our character's trigger and let us choose? Just mentioning that because I'm really not a fan of force fields. In fact...it's probably one of my least favorite ability types. sweatdrop [Edit] I understand that came off rude, and I apologize. How limited are we with our abilities? Are they literal or can we bend them to some degree? Example with my force field one. If i take it literally then it is only defensive but if i can bend it, then i can use it offensively esc. <3 A large part of the way powers work in this setting is for the user to find new and interesting ways to utilize them. That's more or less (outside of extreme measures) how you become more powerful in this guild. It's a skill like any other that you can practice and learn new ways to use. So just because the description texts reads as entirely defensive, that doesn't mean you can't find a way to beat someones a** with it creatively. If you want to pitch "can I do this" type questions about your power, you're free to do so. It's easier to catch us on Discord but here works too I suppose. Gimme a bit and I'll get back to you about the bubble bashing idea. razz *Edit* You can edit their shape and size however you like within the defined limits. Like...Someone charges you? Create marble sized force field under their foot and rapidly expand it. ZOOM! xD

Hey quick question. So my power says it can't create projectile based weapons but it can create melee weapons. Does this mean I couldn't for example create throwing knives, or rather thrown melee weapons? Basically if I create something could I throw it, or do I have to always be holding it?

The way i understand it, if you throw the weapon it dissolves. Similar to brandish in the novel. chain weapons could give you range if you were trying to get some reach. Also spears and pikes.

Caymi Hello! Sorry for my couple of day's of absence. Was wondering where the best place to post my warden at? the leader of the brockton wardens is currently in the field but you have a few options. If you are in Brockton at least, you can talk to defiant or dragon and see if they have something for you, or you could do some of the missions. I believe siren posted a 911 call to the warehouses to pick up some...incapacitated muggers/ criminals. If you do that one, mind that the two kids and bird lady are leaving the area, I juat haven't gotten to post yet
