Lugus could tell that he was trying too hard. He could read it on her face, so he decided that he needed to tone it back quite a bit. "Yea, not many people can tell. I take proud in it because there's not too many dragons that I know of, even in this Kingdom. And you're welcome, I sell things here too so I understand the frustration of people trying to steal from you." He toned his smile down to a polite expression. He didn't know if it was because of a surprise social call here when he usually only comes for business, or if it were other reasons, but he had to calm himself down. "Like I said, I sell things here. Usually I sell dragon artifacts, since that's kinda my specialty." He let out a slight smile.

Lalita sighed softly, but kept her polite smile plastered across her face. She did not want to show just how curious she was now that she knew he was part dragon.. But they were quite an interesting species.. For many reasons. "Yes.. Including myself. I would never have guessed." She stated calmly, following that with a soft chuckle, as if she was laughing at herself. "I'm afraid I'm not here to sell anything. I was hoping to come across something interesting... Instead, it's someone." It seemed like he had recognized that he was being a little creepy. He had managed to dial it back some, which was nice. She was willing to overlook that in favor of learning more about the dark haired male. "Do you often come here with your own wares?" She smiled again, then decided she should offer a little information about herself as well. "Fascinating. What kinds of artifacts? I usually sell mirrors.. I make them."

((He seems so socially awkward and cute to me. XD I like Lugus.))
Lugus started to relax a bit. Now that they were getting slightly more comfortable, he felt his nervousness fade ever so slightly. He may be a powerful 25 year old half dragon, but he still couldn't get over his awkwardness. It was troublesome at times, especially in times like these. She had mentioned that she had come looking for someone. Oh? Do you mind if I ask who? A million thoughts on who it could be crossed his mind, most of them being about a "significant other". He pushed his thoughts away, trying not to think about it too hard.
She started asking him questions about himself in an attempt to get to know him better. He liked the way things were going so far. I actually do. I live not too far from here, so I come here a lot to sell my artifacts. He smiled back at her, as he loved talking about the things he bought and sold and traded for. He always felt that if he wasn't on the path he was on now, he would probably have been a full time merchant. I sell different things that I can find, but it's usually Dragon artifacts. I sometimes sell Dragon teeth and claws, as people tend to have their own uses for them, but Dragon scales are my biggest export. I shed more of them and they're worth more to the typical people that buy them. He started to shift the question to her. That's cool. Are they just normal mirrors, or do they have the magic that you have?
(Yea he's nervous around cute girls XD)

Lalita blinked when he asked a question that she didn't immediately understand. And then she realized what he meant. She raised her left hand to delicately cover her mouth as she chuckled softly. The answer was a simple one, given in a clearly amused tone. "You." She did realize he had misunderstood her, so she was quick to clarify. "Like I said, I was hoping to come across something interesting here." She gestured towards some of the nearby stalls, then continued with a soft smile. "Instead, I've had the pleasure of meeting someone rather delightful. Unexpected, but a pleasure nonetheless."
Her eyes widened slightly when he said he came here often.. And lived nearby. A dragon and a resident of the Dark Kingdom? If she ever wanted to find him again, she had a good idea of where to start looking. She certainly would remember this. Dragons, even tainted ones, are not forgettable creatures. "Ah.. Then there may have been others times we both were here and never crossed paths." He seemed quite eager to speak of what he brought here to sell. Mostly his own shed scales. She supposed that that was one thing to do with them, other than allowing them to pile up. "That is quite sensible.. And no doubt a reliable way to acquire any money you may need, or even some items?" It also most likely helped lower the chances of someone trying to attack him for his scales. It was not unheard of for dragons to be killed for their parts. There were many uses for such objects. It seemed a shame to her though. They were often so beautiful as well.
Her smile faded when he began questioning her about her mirrors. A few short moments passed, then it returned once more. She leaned towards him slightly, briefly holding one finger to her lips before she stated softly, "I think it is now my turn to tell you a secret... They can be both." She took a second to glance around, as if to make sure no one was listening in, then looked at him again. Her gaze was almost warm. "I make both, but it doesn't really take much to make a normal mirror magical." Many of the mirrors she often used were otherwise entirely unremarkable, unless she was working magic with them. "The hardest part is making them hold it, so that others may use them." She shifted slowly from side to side as she spoke, then brushed a lock of her hair behind her ear. They were probably going to start getting people's attention if they continued to just stand around. "Did I interrupt your business, earlier?" She frowned slightly and tilted her head an inch or two to her right, looking at him with a worried expression.

Location:Nocturne Street Thoughts:Curious, isn't he? Alright, I can share a little. Company:Lugus, people
Lugus laughed nervously. He had completely misunderstood what she had said and made himself look like an idiot all over again. Ohhh okay. I wasn't exactly looking for anything interesting, but it looks like I found one as well. He smiled at her sheepishly. He had thought that today would be the same as any other day, but things definitely were not the same as they usually are. Normally he came, bought or sold whatever he could get, then went back. It was always a straightforward business with little talking. The residents of the Dark Kingdom weren't too chatty, at least in comparison to the other Kingdoms, but he didn't always see that as a bad thing.
She seemed interested in the fact that he lived nearby. He was surprised too, as she seemed to have come here often, but he had never seen her before. It must've been a huge coincidence that they always came at different times, as he definitely would've noticed someone like her a long time ago if she had been around before. That's true. It's crazy, but at least we've met now. He gave off a small laugh.
She commented that it was smart for him to sell his scales and artifacts. He had to agree, because he was going to lose them anyways so he might as well take advantage of the popular demand for them. "Yeah, it's a pretty good way to make money. Plus, I'd rather have someone pay me for them then try to take them away or kill me for them." His smile started to stale, although he kept it there for the sake of the friendly mood. Too many dragons were killed for their scales, and he's sure that's part of why his parents were killed. He shook his head slightly to shake the memories away.
Lugus wasn't sure how to react when she first leaned in after he asked his question. Her smile had faded, then it came back and it seemed like she was toying with him. He tried to stay calm on the outside, but on the inside he felt as though his heart was going to explode. The fact that she was so pretty didn't help. He was able to calm down once she started talking about her magic with the mirrors. That's actually pretty cool. Not only the fact that you make your own mirrors, but also that you can infuse them with your own magic. He noticed that she was anxious to see if anyone was listening. Surely if she was this concerned about her magic mirrors, they must be pretty powerful. He started to wonder about them, but then she started moving in a way that showed that she was somewhat uncomfortable, probably by the presence of all these people. No, I was selling some stuff but I had already closed the deal when I saw you. I left in a bit of haste, but it wasn't any kind of inconvenience.
He had an idea, but his heart pounded at the thought of it. He knew she probably wanted to get away from all these people, and he knew the best place to go so that there wouldn't be so many wandering ears, but he didn't know if it was too early for him to be dragging her along someplace and didn't know if she would be too uncomfortable to walk off with a stranger. Hey, are you busy doing anything? If you aren't I was thinking maybe we could go someplace else? Somewhere a bit less formal?
(Sorry it's so long, i just got really into it cx)

Lalita Istas The Mirror Witch
❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂≈❂
Lalita smiled a little bit as Lugus laughed. The nerves could clearly be heard in his voice, but she chose not to acknowledge that. Perhaps later. She paused and went still for a moment, surprised to hear that. With a slightly wide eyed look, she said, "Oh. I'm glad to hear that." Did he think she was interesting? She certainly hoped so. Though it would be rather flattering. She looked down for a moment, gently smoothing her skirt. When she looked up again, she was smiling. She had found that most people responded positively to such expressions. "Yes.. Now we have." She agreed gently, giving a soft chuckle of her own. "Life is such a.. Funny thing."
She listened to him talking about his scales, studying his face closely. It seemed like he was struggling to keep a smile on his face. She nodded as she answered, "I'm sure it is.." She paused for a moment, studying him again, before a concerned frown crossed her face. "How thoughtless of me.. This must be a sensitive subject for you. I'm sorry." She could not imagine what it must be like, living with the fact that your race is hunted for what was honestly a very poor reason. She thought it was more sensible to have a steady supply of something one needs. Perhaps there would be less, but over time there would be more. Simply getting one large amount with no continuation was foolish. Then again, she had never seen much difference between shed scales and scales ripped from a slain dragon.. Except one was tainted with death. It did have an effect.
The young witch noticed how taken aback Lugus seemed to be with her actions, but she just gave him another smile. She slightly bounced on her heels as she nodded, gently swinging her hands back to lightly clasp them together behind her. "I suppose so." She continued with those slight movements. Gently shifting her weight from one foot to the other, moving from side to side. He got another bright smile, along with a quiet but relieved sigh when he assured her he had finished his business before helping her. "Oh, good. I would hate to have caused you too much trouble.." But a little trouble wasn't something she would be sorry for. It made life a touch more interesting.
Lalita was just considering asking him if he would be interested in continuing their conversation somewhere else when he made the suggestion himself. So he had gotten those silent hints. "No, I'm not. I finished my business about.. An hour ago?" She shrugged a little, then went still as she thought about his offer. On one hand, it could be very interesting and present more opportunities to learn about him. On the other, it could be dangerous. She didn't know him, after all. There was no contest, and no real need to consider it. "I would love to. Do you have anywhere in mind?"

The princess understood how being ignored felt, How her family was always too busy to look in her direction, She actually had never even seen her fathers face before except for some older paintings of him and the family but even in those she was still a young child to even remember. "I'm glad I can be of assistant to your amusement" She said with a small chuckle She peaked up paying more attention to the conversation though she wasn't use to the eyes watching the prince and her direction, she was never use to attention from others who were not royalty. "Ah Not really, It was colder than I'm use to, but I stayed with an elven woman and a merchant who were kind to me" she said referring to the man she managed to run away with though she left them because she didn't want to cause them further trouble. She peaked at him, His Obsidian colored hair and his Crimson colored eyes were similar to her own and he was quite taller than her which made her a little jealous. "Is it normally this bright here?" she commented looking up at the sky and back down, She had figured with it being called the Dark kingdom it would be well you know dark. Her thoughts went on and on before she was interrupted by her stomach growling, Her eyes went wide as she glanced at Navi though she hoped he hadn't heard.

No actually I messed up, that was suppose to be the response I made for your last one but i hit edit instead of quote and didnt notice
Tucking one thumb under the strap of his sheathed sword, Návi listened to all that the princess had to say about her adventures in the Earth Kingdom. "I imagine it would be." He stated with a ghost of a teasing smile at the mention of the colder atmosphere. "I bet that many places you visit are cooler than you're used to. The Fire Kingdom isn't exactly known for having cold weather, after all." The prince made sure to keep his tone light and playful so as not to inadvertently offend the princess. Some royals were prone to taking themselves far too seriously, though Návi felt that Kasaiko was not one of those.
"As for the brightness," Prince Návi squinted as he lifted his head towards the heavens. It was interesting really. He had been comfortable earlier in the day with the usual level of darkness presenting itself. Now, however, the sky was considerably brighter...and annoyingly lighter. Heaving a sigh, Návi shook his head. "I'm sad to say that it is not the norm for our kingdom. It is unusually bright today..." His eyes even began to water from the excess of light in the noonday sky, bringing him to close them for a moment of respite. Sometimes possessing night vision had its drawbacks. "I am not certain what has caused it either."
He thought about seeking the answer at the Temple. Perhaps the Goddess Luna could help him understand the increase in radiant light. In the end, however, he thought better of it. The Temple was for those more spiritually inclined. Besides, there was Kasaiko to think about and bringing her to the Temple would not bode well. Prince Návi was considering asking her plans for the evening when a low rumble sounded. It wasn't the sound of thunder or of cannons or horses racing. No, it was the sound of hunger making itself known from, of all places, Kasaiko. Peering through narrow slits formed by his eyelids, he pinned the princess with a bemused smirk. "Someone appears to be hungry. Come. Allow me treat you to one of my favorite restaurants in Obsidia."
Shadow Manipulation- Návi has the ability to manipulate shadows to do different tasks. So long as the shadow is within his eyesight, he can make alter it, project it, and weave it to his heart's desire with no ill effect. Such a technique is known as Esoteric Darkness Manipulation, a form of darkness manipulation that is rare due to its difficulty in mastering. As with all powers, there is a drawback. His ability to control the darkness and manipulate shadows is tied to the presence of the shadows themselves. An overabundance of pure light can diminish, if not abolish, his advantage in this skill so he must be careful, especially when battling Light and Fire users.
Shadow Void- Through his use of darkness, Návi can encase areas in pure darkness to confuse his enemies and to gain the upper advantage. The entirety of the location is consumed in pure and unadulterated darkness, a pitch blackness devoid of any and all light. This gives Návi the advantage during a fight through the use of his passive ability to see in the dark. Additionally, he can combine his other power of passing through shadows to teleport himself anywhere within the shroud.
Teleportation- As with most of his kin, Návi can use the shadows to travel. Near or far, he is able to move from one place to the next without needing to use regular modes of transportation. This saves immense time when needing to move quickly, and also proves useful when needing to make a quick escape or to dodge an attack. The utilization of the shadows, while an excellent way to travel, does have the limitation in that there must be shadows cast in his intended destination. A lack of shadows in the area can throw him off course by an indeterminate distance- it can range anywhere from a few feet to miles away if he isn't careful.
Dark Vision- Per his heritage, Návi possesses the passive ability of being able to see in the darkness, giving him the advantage in night time battles. He is also blessed with the rarer form of this ability, being capable of seeing across greater distances than most others. Návi's night vision can work against him, however, if there is a bright flash of light. Such an instance can temporarily blind him, giving any opponent a small opportunity to strike.
Lunar Magic- Návi possesses Lunar Magic which allows him to utilize all forms and associations of lunar related magic and manipulation. This ability ranges from Lunar Manipulation to Pure Moon Manipulation. Like with any power reliant on a source, the moon must be present in some form for Návi to be able to perform Lunar Manipulation and all of its variants. So long as the moon is in the sky, then he can showcase his skill with the element. However, his proficiency with Lunar Manipulation is restricted when it comes to Eclipse Manipulation. Because it requires control over solar and lunar elements, Návi's strength and control is reduced during the lunar eclipse and he is generally made to counteract the effects with his shadow manipulations.
Demon's Rage- A power used in only the most dire of circumstances. Návi becomes so enraged and desperate that he transforms into his demon form- a gigantic wolf-like creature that stands on two legs. In this state, all of Návi's senses, reflexes, speed, and brute strength are increased a hundred fold and he allows his more primal instincts to flow freely. Additionally, he is still capable of using his other powers while in this form, at least for a time. He is most dangerous in this form since he slowly loses his reason the longer he maintains it, eventually becoming a machine of utter destruction. Only someone stronger than him, someone capable of subduing him, can work through his carnal nature to bring him back to his senses. The only one capable of this thus far is his father.

It had been so very long since the king strolled through town like any other humble soul. It had been so very long he had dwelled upon the loss of his beloved wife. With the king walking down the streets of the kingdom everyone was buzzing with joy and it was like work suddenly stopped all around. The hero of the people was walking among the saved souls of Obsidia but though he was trying to be carefree there weighed much on his mind. Not only was there the issues of the kingdom but also the letter he had sent to the queen of the water queendom which weighed on his mind. For now the king would greet the day with a smile and his hopes to clear his heart and mind were true in that attention he'd give to thous who wished to humbly say hello to the king of the demons.

The princess chuckled nodding her head "Very true, I prefer it to be in a more cozy like atmosphere anyway" she spoke smiling softly as she kept her focus on the prince. She wasn't to concerned of what others had to say about her, If they were talking or spreading rumors at least she would have the hope that some would remember her in a way..anyway was good enough for her though on the outside she tried not to show it to much. Kasaiko tilted her head off to the left side a bit confused and yet curious in his thoughts of it. "Well i figured it wasn't the normal around here, It is the dark kingdom for a reason" she teased him as she glanced towards the sky herself. She was a bit shocked hearing he didn't have an answer or even a theory for it 'Huh..Not even the great Navi knows" she chuckled a bit crossing her arms in-front of her. Though if it's him he would have some sort of plan and just felt like leaving her out on it, which seemed fair enough, It wasn't as if they were very close friends of sorts they had just known each other from frequent visits between kingdoms following along with their parents. Though her thought process had been interrupted by her sudden urge to feed. The rumbles of her stomach echoed and she had finally thought she had gotten passed it before seeing the Prince's smirk across his face, her heart dropped [darkred]'damn it' she thought as she nervously laughed rubbing the back of her head "Ah! Really.." she said a bit more enthusiastic than she should have been, but her stomach was, She forgot to keep her whole royalty and well mannered woman act and stopped speaking half way. Kasaiko cleared her throat and smiled bowing her head a bit "Um thank you, I'd like that" she said with a soft tone of voice as she glanced around noticing an older man with Dark Obsidian hair like Navi's but he was a lot older than him, though he didn't really change much she Looked towards Navi and than back at the man "Isn't that your father over there" she pointed out his direction though she was a tad curious as to why he was in town by himself, Navi she could understand he was training and the training grounds weren't that far from where they were.

Lugus Rex Dark Dragon
Lugus was glad that she liked his slight burst of flirting. He wasn't normally like this, but he wanted to try not being so awkward, and hoped that it would break the ice. It seemed as though it did, so he smiled back as she responded. It is. I don't get to meet new people here often.
As they talked about his scales, he realized that it was starting to take a dark turn. The thoughts of dragons dying for their scales wasn't exactly an uplifting conversation, and soon she realized that. It's fine. It's just the reality of the situation. If I were to be honest, it wouldn't be the first time someone tried to do that to me either. Of course it didn't work because I'm here now, but it's just everyday I guess. It was then that he decided to be move on to the mirrors.
Lugus shook his head when she mentioned the thought of causing him trouble. No, it was no trouble at all. He looked back at the area that he had tripped the boy in. He was gone of course, but that didn't stop him from taking a little glance over there. I honestly don't think things would've been as interesting today if I didn't run into you, so I'm okay with it. He gave her a smile, then thought about some places he could take her. There weren't many places they could go in the Dark Kingdom, at least not without a crowd, but he also didn't want to take her somewhere too far. He thought about Raven River, which was a bit calm and not as interesting, but it gave them the quiet they wanted. How about Raven River? He looked at her, wondering if she showed approval.
Návi blinked owlishly when Kasaiko turned his own quip against him. Chuckling, he bobbed his head in a nod. "Touché. Our kingdoms are definitely named accordingly." His smile broadened until it reached his eyes. Kasaiko was certainly in a teasing mood. Holding his hands up, palms facing outward, he gave a faint shrug. "Hey, there are things that even the great Návi doesn't know as of yet. And I do stress the yet part. Be that as it may," The prince gestured with a hand towards her stomach. "There is one thing that I am knowledgeable on and that is the various delicacies available in Obsidia." Návi purposefully ignored the princess's exuberance, understanding that it was a diversion from her rumbling stomach. "I promise that the place I have chosen will not disappoint."
As he turned to make his way towards the restaurant, Kasaiko called out to him with a question. Návi glanced to where she pointed at a taller individual with jet black hair similar to his own. The hair alone was evidence enough of the man's identity. "Father must have completed his work for the day." It was clear to the prince that his father was enjoying his outing amongst the people of Obsidia. And they were enjoying it just as much, if not more so than the king. Návi shifted his crimson gaze to Kasaiko. "It has been some time since he has walked among the people." He explained. "I'm not sure who is enjoying it more." A breathy laugh accompanied his last statement before he jerked his head towards the king. "Come on. I am sure that Father would enjoy seeing you on a less formal occasion." Without skipping a beat, the prince crossed the short distance between the two parties. "Father! You have arrived just in time. Kasaiko and I were about to enjoy a meal at one of my favorite restaurants."

Lalita chuckled softly, then stated in a falsely melancholic tone, "I seem to have the opposite problem. I meet so many people, it's hard to remember who is who." That was only partially true. When someone was deemed important enough, she made sure to remember them. Though, like everyone, she could overlook some people. She gave a soft smile before her next words. "No one has ever saved me from being robbed before." She raised her hands up, clasping them loosely in front of her while adding playfully, "My hero~" It sounded like it could be taken for making fun of him.. But she was being somewhat honest. He had saved her from quite a bit of trouble and possibly lost money. Her smile faded as she continued in a much more serious tone, "Once again, thank you. It doesn't happen often." Maybe she was saying that a bit too much.. She decided she was going to shut up on that subject.
She sighed quietly as Lugus spoke of people even trying to kill him for his scales. Really. While she understood the logic behind doing it, she thought there were far more practical ways of getting things done, with less mess.. And most likely greater rewards. More baffling to her was that people liked to call such majestic creatures mere beasts, as if such a word could be used to describe them. One hand tugged at her skirt, while she muttered, "I am glad it did not work." There was nothing else she really thought she could say. She felt a little foolish for bringing up such a subject.
"Another thing to be glad of." She quietly commented in response his answer. The blonde smiled a little, then followed his gaze back to where that child had vanished. Briefly, she wondered why he had tried to steal from her. Most likely, he was a poor child trying to get money or things to sell. That was something she had noticed that commonly happened... She could pity someone in such a situation, but that did not mean she would be merciful either. It was probably more lucky for that boy that Lugus had shown up. "It's such a shame..." She stated, again in a low, but audible tone. She watched him calmly as he thought. If he didn't, she thought she had a few of her own. Luckily, he did. She smiled really big, then enthusiastically exclaimed, "That sounds perfect! Shall we go?" She assumed that they would be walking. Perhaps she should learn the layout of various cities.. Mirrors surely would not always be a viable travel option.

Saíracaz Zenitram, Demon King of Obsidia
There were always guards on the streets at all times, strapped with armor and weapons at the ready. No one would wish harm on the royal family yet the fool that would try would not only be met with the law but the wrath of the people as well; Royals of the people with the strength to defend their country would not be taken down so easily. As the king was speaking to an old farmer who was telling him of recent activity near the borders the king is called by a familiar male's voice which caused a proud smile to slowly bloom. "Návi, my son! It must fate smiling on us that we all meet like this!" Even if the sun was blaring oddly bright today. While the king neared one of his beloved children he wouldn't be so dense as to embarrass the lad by embracing him with a hug. Instead he aimed his attention on the visiting princess and bowed to her with a welcoming smile. "Good day to you, Princess Kasaiko. We of the Kingdom of Obsidia are humbled by your visit." After straightening his back the king would teasingly ask, "I trust my son has been behaving himself and is chauffeuring you like a proper night?"

She couldn't help but to chuckle, she was glad he could respond to her teasing's so normally. Most would respond by being rude. She nodded her head placing her hands upon her hips. " I'll keep you to that Navi" she said following up behind him towards the king who she had spotted wandering around. She glanced over to see if she could catch a reaction from Navi, They seemed to have a good relationship from the way he spoke of his father. Kasaiko smiled softly and nodded her head "Well It's good for both of you to get some air now and than" she chuckled lightly It didn't take long for Navi to head over to him which than followed the pale princess from behind, she kept her back straight and a smile on her face even though this was not their first meeting impressions were everything especially in neutral territory, though She had nothing to worry about the king did seem kind depicting from the story's she had heard of him. When they had stopped The king turned around with such a joyess expression on his face to see his son it almost took her off guard and she couldn't help herself but to let a giggle slide from her lips. As the king bowed in-front of her She herself bowed her head slightly "Well thank you your Majesty" she spoke softly as she peaked over at Navi trying to conceal the fact she found the kings humor amusing. "Yes your son is quite the gentleman" she said her smile still upon her face. "And How are you this evening?" she asked Although truthfully she didn't particularity care about the details he seemed well on the outside but it was polite to ask either way.
