Is there a specific blue or gold? Or is any blues and golds fine?

The blue and gold dress is a tribute to the NSTG's signature colors, namely:
Cornflower blue
and
Gold
But as this is a newbie friendly and budget friendly Guild, I'd imagine that anything remotely blue and gold will be fine!
Sorry I just really want to properly co-ordinate, is that what the color is tagged (when it actually is tagged)? Is there a color scheme out there or will we have to play the mix and match game?

That's the colors as tagged in text color codes. > < Sadly, it's not an official Gaia scheme.
Here's a screen shot from last year's event. Everyone is in different blue hues. The main goal is to wear formal wear. But, as you can see from the cheepz, the dress code isn't exactly enforced. XD; So I wouldn't sorry too much (as Vishka said). c:
The navy and cobalt colors are, obviously, much darker than cornflower blue, but you'll find the most formal dress options in those colors.
Past that, this thread lists Gaia's official shades of blue. *skims list* Oh. It's missing ochiba. As to which scheme is closest to cornflower blue, I don't know. XD; So many are close... but not.

So we're getting down to the wire (last minute is always the best time to get an outfit ready, ami rite? emotion_awesome )
Anyway, thought I'd throw this out there just in case anyone's worried about specific shades of cornflower blue or something. I found a few things that are roughly in the same shade:
Helen's Lace for a blue gown, Briar rose dusk for another blue gown, and for blue hair, Rosamund's Devotion. Idk what the current MP prices are, but I snagged those for 1-5 billion each.
