Aaand there was that talk again. The tattooed teen's grin broadened as it tended to do when its owner became increasingly irritated. Evidently, this guy either couldn't take the hint or he was purposely being obnoxious.
"Morpheus, darling...what you just described is a high school stereotype, which tells me you still have the mindset of a high schooler, whatever physical age you are. That must be awful, not having been able to mature beyond that point." He raised his hand to ruffle the other's hair. "You poor thing."
Laughing aloud at Morpheus' shoving him away, Ptolemy let him go, shaking his head. "That's what you don't get. People can get nerdy about 'cars and s**t' as much as anything else. And that's not even starting on the difference between nerds and geeks."
Not that he figured the other guy cared. But that was fine with Ptolemaeus. He was satisfied just knowing his mere proximity had gotten to the other male. Definitely an insecure one. It explained why he seemed to care so much about what other people thought and why he seemed to want to avoid anything that might make him feel 'uncool'. Maybe he'd have more fun with him later. For now, though, it seemed like there was work to be done.
As Ptolemy had already changed into his new robe before entering mirrorspace, he gave Computerparts a playful salute and prepared to return to the museum. Before he did so, however, he was amused yet again by Morpheus. The fellow had chosen black robes - the color of the faction opposite of his own. Of course. Too bad they weren't still playing the game or he would have loved to have a go at him as a member of the Rebel Alliance.
The other male senshi called out to him before leaving, though, reminding Ptolemaeus that there were still other games to partake and compete in. He chuckled deeply and whipped out his blaster. "You're on, angel-face." And with that, he pursued his competitor back to where they'd come from.
