• 500 words/one image where Autumn spots a strange cat disappearing into other ashdown and gives chase!
• 500 words where Autumn manages to catch the cat and discovers its hidey-hole with its three kittens
• 500 words on Autumn befriending the cat
• 500 words on Autumn deciding to take the cat home.

in exchange, Autumn will receive this companion creature:
rosalinde the othercat. you followed this cat into other ashdown, and now it's... adopted you? it seems to be a rather disappointingly normal cat--it has the regular number of eyes, ears, and toes, for instance--what's weird about it is the flowers that sprout on the crown of its head when it purrs! it's also capable of seeding flowers in places that it is particularly fond of, no matter how odd or inhospitable to flowers that place is. this cat cannot talk, but it can find passage into other ashdown with ease.

• 500 words on Autumn stretching her legs and exploring the hospital while recovering and seeing small shadowy things on a patient that later dies
  
• 750 words on how she later tries to get them off a patient who still dies and seeing them on another that lives.
  
• an RP thread of where Autumn and another visitor find themselves in the other ashdown hospital and explore it
  
• a DM'd thread of Autumn returning on her own and searching out the source of the shadows
  
• a final RP with a different dreamer further learning more about other people who are involved and how they've been affected/changed by becoming a visitor

congratulations riser! upon quest completion you have received:

spider’s webbing.

An ability passed on to Autumn from the being that lived underneath the hospital in other ashdown. She will find herself able to heal minor-level to mid-level injuries (cuts, scrapes, abrasions, sprains). She is required to place a bandage (of some sort) on the injury and hold her hands against it while focusing on the desire to heal, to help, and to take the injury from the person. Autumn will take some of the pain into herself in the process, feel it in some way as if it was her own, but upon removing the bandage will find the injury healed. In the case of broken bones and major injuries she can lessen the pain but not heal them. Something life-threatening she can buy time but at the cost of her own health.

• at least four threads in which autumn requests aid from another character to solve her powers problem
• a DM'd thread in which autumn meets an enemy from her past
• 1000 words on her encounter

in exchange, your character will receive knowledge this new power:
life river when autumn touches someone with intent to heal them, she can choose to pull power from nearby living things in order to give her abilities a temporary boost or to continue past her normal level of endurance. she can even revive the dead, provided she is willing to sacrifice enough living beings to produce the power.
