Xarn chuckled as he walked around the skeleton, eyeing the rather large claws. He could take one of the smaller ones...seemed like they had...jewels inset...ow. He shivered as he knelt down. Picking up a dislocated claw. He was right...there were small jewels directly inserted into the claw. Most likely it took a great deal of training to get the beast to stay still for this. The jewels were thin, most likely to avoid doing damage. He hummed standing up to walk over. He held out the claw for Bisera. "Looks like a few of the claws have jewel inserts." he pointed out.

"Hmm... hmm..." Bisera made some sounds as he sketched, seeming as though he were off in his own world at the moment, so focused on the design that everything else was forgotten. That was until Xarnith spoke up. It took a moment but the words seemed to get through to him, reminding him that he wasn't sitting here alone. Turning his head to glance over at his friend he starred at him, the dropped his gaze down at the claw Xarnith was holding. He blinked a couple times before he reached out to take the claw that his friend was holding out to him. He looked it over closely, turning it from side to side, then said, "Looks as though it would be difficult to do this sort of thing. Claws constantly grow, get trimmed, and the jewels would have to be replaced a lot... the one that owned this one must have loved him over much." At least that was what he'd like to believe. He knew that the beast might have also been a status symbol that someone wanted to glam up, but he'd prefer to think that it was due to the owners love because it just felt... nicer. Lifting a hand up he rested it against the big skull of the janarim, "I bet whoever owned you really liked to spoil you, huh? I bet they must miss you."

Xarnith was looking over the skeleton, his gaze wandered down and paused. Was that...a hand? He blinked...it looked like the beast was laying down. Most of its ribs were buried...he blinked slowly. Something told him that the beast ate its former owner. Perhaps paying the person back for mistreatment? He couldn't help but snicker at the thought. Whelp guess the owner didn't expect that to happen. He crawled in between two of the large ribs. Sitting down to lift the top jaw to smile at Bisera. "Gotta admit...this beast is amazing." He let it gently shut before turning to brush the sand off the hand. Yep...that was a human hand...ha.

Bisera turned to look at what Xarnith was doing, giving a bit of a squeak as Xarnith unearthed the hand that the beast had seemingly eaten. He tilted his head to one side, his dark eyes blinking slowly, before he said, "Ahh... huh... so you didn't appreciate being dolled up, huh? I bet it was the claw thing. It does seem like it was an iffy process." The idea that the big beast had chomped off his owners hand was a bit on the scary side... but at the same time it might have been a warranted mauling. Not that he wanted to think too hard on it. Instead he turned back to what he'd been doing, working on finishing up his sketch. "I think I am done here." He said to Xarnith, turning the sketch for him to see, "I am... tempted to take a piece of the jewelry but I feel guilty. I don't want to seem like a thief... though I am taking claws and fangs. That's different though, they are left overs and not a gift from the beast's master. Then again he didn't seem to be a fan of his master... hmm..." He wasn't sure what he should do at this point. He should leave the jewelry behind and just use his sketches to recreated it, right? That seemed as though it would be the best idea, the one that showed he wasn't someone that would steal gifts from the dead. Taking claws and fangs meant he would be sharing the beauty of the beasts with others, taking the jewelry from one of them felt... wrong.

Xarn crawled out chuckling. "I dunno...a twisted part of me finds it funny the beast might of gotten back at its master for mistreatment. You reap what you sow." as the warrior straightened he nodded. "I think a few claws from this beast and we can start to wander back. Uncle is most likely doing a supply run. Camp should still be intact. We're not moving for a few more days." His Uncle avoided staying at Inns in case one of the slave traders were slinking around. They couldn't risk it. Not while Torvarith was still small, they had to play it safe. Xarnith rolled his shoulders as he took Bisera's pack. "I'll carry the packs...come on."

Bisera wasn't sure what he thought about it. He supposed that it was true, that the owner did reap what he'd sown when it came to what could have been the abuse of the creature. It made him wonder for a moment what landed the big beast here though. Had the man fought back? Had he attacked the janarim, wounding it, and it came to the boneyard to die? A sad sort of thought and not one that he wanted to dwell on too long or else he was going to end up in tears or something. That was kind of the last thing that Bisera wanted because he'd look pretty weak were he to do so in front of his friend. "Huh? Oh! Yeah, we should go back. Best that we make sure the fire is still going. I wonder if we should start something to eat for when your Uncle and your little brother get back." He didn't want the little one to be hungry when he returned and be stuck waiting for dinner. Bisera had been tempted to jump into his work upon getting back to camp but he really shouldn't, not yet at least. If he were to do so then he'd likely be lost in his own world of work until someone dragged him forth from it. "My pack? Oh! I could have carried it... but thank you, Xarnith. It's starting to get a bit heavy I'm afraid... but definitely worth it. Everything we've found so far is just amazing!" The things he'd be able to make from what they'd found in their various adventures so far excited him just thinking about it.

Xarnith started to walk back towards the main path, looking to his left he looked straight into the depths of the Boneyard. "Bisera. Lets look in the center before we head back. I...have a feeling somethings there." It was this chill down his spine. Something was further in. Was it another large skeleton, was this one of a greater size? He was hoping so. He turned to start to walk down the center path. Glancing behind him to make sure Bisera didn't wander off. While he walked he thought on things. The Janarim were indeed impressive creatures. Though they were Oban born and breed, it always impressed him to see them adapt to other regions. He heard of the growing pure white Janarim variant that seemed to have adapted to Zena.

"The center? Sure." Bisera said, wondering what it was that might be there. Xarnith said that he 'had a feeling' which was good enough to make Bisera follow him in the direction of the center of the boneyard. What might be found there was something he couldn't really make a guess at but he would admit that he was quite curious. He was even looking from side to side, trying to find some clues. There were a couple times when he saw something that caused him to take a couple steps away from Xarnith... only to notice that his friend was watching him. Seemed as though he didn't want to lose him, huh? Flushing a bit he had hurried to catch up with Xarnith both times he wandered off, though after Bisera realized that Xarnith had noticed. There was a moment when Bisera considered holding Xarnith's hand, to keep himself in check since he knew how he could be. It was something he didn't do though. Xarnith was a nice man, one that he wanted to count among his friends, and as such he wouldn't risk the friendship by acting weird. Clasping his hands together behind his back he continued to walk, his dark eyes scanning from side to side, "Do you see anything?" He asked of his friend since he was a few steps ahead and as such might notice something before Bisera.

Xarn looked back. Stopping till Bisera was next to him then he took the others hand. "Yeah, I saw you wandering off." he chuckled before looking ahead. "Seems like a flat rock ahead of us. Come on." He led the other further in and blinked at the sight before them. Xarn would of been extremely terrified if not for the fact they were all bones, but seeing them all circled around....well he had no idea what to call the behemoth in the center. He paled a little. "That...does not look like a Janarim." he took a few steps then looked around. The bones here looked older. The bones of the big thing looked beat up...ah. A fight...Xarn's well trained eyes spotted it. "This was a battle...all these Janarim went after...that thing." He gustured to the ones that laid on the outer ring. "These must of been those it threw down first. Seems like they attacked in waves...wore it down..." he talked as he walked. Nearing the great beast he saw two sets of skeletons on either side of its neck. "These two killed it...most likely ripped open the throat." He whistled. "Grand battle indeed. Wonder how long it took them to take it down?"

Much to Bisera's surprise, despite having avoided it himself, Xarnith took hold of his hand. He looked down at it, starring for a long moment, before giving a slight smile, "Well... you know me. I can't help but to wander off if I see something interesting." He admitted, cheeks coloring a bit. He gave Xarnith's hand a little squeeze before lifting it up, inspecting it closely. The looks of his hands, the strength of it, the way that he had callouses from his training. They were a warrior's hands, ones that he rather liked the look of, "Hmm... you know a ring would look good on your hands though they might not suit a warrior... I wouldn't want you to jam your finger or something..." Something to decorate his nice hands would look nice but it would also be a risk. "I think a necklace, armband, or the like would suit you better. Well... at least it would suit your lifestyle better." He said thoughtfully before giving her a smile. Bisera came to a halt as they reached the center of the boneyard. It had him starring, eyes wide, as he inspected it all, "Ahh... I think I see." So the battle was at the center of it all, a place where many janarim had fallen. An old battle, and outside of the battle grounds were other bones, those of janarim that came here to die when they were old, injured or sick, possibly drawn here due to the others who'd died here? Bisera starred for a time before released Xarnith's hand so that he could clasp his own together in front of him, eyes closing, head bowing, as he offered up a pray for the many janarim who'd died in the battle, as well as natural causes, before he looked to Xarnith, "It's what a place, with a lot of history, I am in awe."

Xarnith also bowed his head with Bisera out of respect for the dead. Looking at the other male he smiled softly. "Same." He walked around the grand beast tilting his head. He stood in front of it. "This creature was massive. The jaws look like their as big as me if they were open. Ah..." he bent down and picked up a broken fang. He turned to hold it up Bisera. "Check it out! Wanna make this the last thing we collect and head out for good." he walked back towards the smaller male smiling. "As for a ring, I wouldn't mind that. Something simple with a etching. Or one of those linked bracelets to those rings that you see dancers wear...ah wait..." he blushed looking away. "S-scratch that one."

Bisera's dark eyes got a bit wide as Xarnith found a piece of the larger beast's broken off fang. It really was something to behold, wasn't it? Broken and yet still a rather good sized piece. He wasn't sure what it could be used for but the idea of passing it up was likely a foolish idea. Keeping it would be a better idea because, with some planning, he could probably figure out something to do with it. He'd just have to study it very carefully and hope that the fang 'spoke to him' as it were as some materials did. Hopefully the large fang of the unidentified beast wouldn't be the same as the Eyes of the Suruhama were. Thus far the eyes had yet to help Bisera in figuring out what to do with them despite the fact that Bisera had been carrying them around with him for some time now. "Etchings, hm." He might be able to do that he thought to himself, then gave pause and starred for a moment as Xarnith described a decorative piece that had the unfortunate name of being called a 'slave bracelet' which was a bracelet and ring that were bound together. He nodded, "I could probably... huh? Oh... alright, if you are certain." Did he change his mind already? No... Xarnith didn't seem one that was as fickle as that, so maybe he didn't think the design would work for him? It was something that could get tangled up or broken while fighting so maybe he was thinking about that? Still, he might still make him one to wear during his down time... though it would have to wait until Bisera finished the other various things that he wanted to make for Xarnith. As well as the other things that he wanted to make in general. Once he was able to sit down and get to work he was going to have so much to do! Here was to hoping he'd still be traveling with Xarnith at the point when he finished so that he could give the gifts he was going to make to his friend. Giving a smile he asked, "Shall we get going?"

Xarnith smiled as he retook Bisera's hand once he stowed the broken fang away in the pack. It wasn't that heavy. He hummed as they started to walk back out for real this time. He thought about what needed to be done when they got back to camp. Sorting the bones into fangs, claws and he thought he saw a few ribs. Then they would have to sort sizes. Put each size in their own pack to make sure Bisera could find them easy. His Uncle rather enjoyed watching Xarnith help the jeweler. Xarnith enjoyed it too. He chuckled. "Bisera, we'll have to tell Uncle about this Boneyard. He would love to walk around here with Torvarith. No doubt telling him of any battles that came through here." The warrior let out a soft sigh when they finally left the Boneyard. It seemed like a whole different world when they were in there. He looked around, finding the small markers he left himself easily. "Alright. Lets get back to camp." he started to lead the way back.
