Bisera nodded his head, "Yes, I can't limit myself to only the things that are found in Sauti or else I will never grow as an artist." He wanted to get better, to hone his talents, and one day be able to use the most beautiful jewels in his collection in a piece. He was still carrying with him the three 'Eyes of the Suruhama' with him even to this day, as well as some gorogorum scales, both of which he wanted to one day be able to use in what he felt would be his masterpiece. A thought he kept to hismelf, not wanting to give away to just anyone that he had such treasures with him.

"Eh? H-Help? You would help? Well... in what way?" He found himself wondering what sort of help Xarnith was offering to him. Depending on what sort of help the other Wind Tribesman was offering him he might take him up on his offer. After a moment of thought Bisera moved to sit down on the blanket that the man had laid out, resting his pack next to him. As he sat there, his eyes on Xarnith, he found himself once more inspecting him, comparing him in his mind to various sorts of jewels, unable to help but to do so. He also already found himself thinking about what sort of piece would suit him best. Something small that wouldn't be in the way, kept close to his person so it wouldn't snag on things. One didn't want to compromise a warrior's safety after all.

Hmmm, maybe a nice armband would look nice on him? One with a nice, blue gem set into it? He'd say that he'd look best in gold but given it was a rarer material he would need to gather some jewels in the Tale area worth trading for the amount he'd need to make him an armband he mused. Upon realizing he was starring yet again Bisera dropped his gaze, cheeks coloring once more.

Xarnith smiled at the other. "Protection. Really. I like to travel, keep moving. I don't mind if you tag along. I'm traveling at the moment with my Uncle and younger brother. My uncle keeps telling me to bring along someone my age." he honestly wanted someone to talk to. His Uncle barely talked to him and Torvarith was learning more and more every day. He wasn't bored with it all just yet, though the loneliness of it all was sinking in slowly. Nike came and went as it liked. Xarn leaned back on the heels of his hands as he looked at the other male.

"What are you thinking about?" he was curious. How did the mind of a artist work compared to his. Certainly more appreciative of the beauty around them. He looked around when that thought entered his mind. "Bisera. What do you think when you look around? Is there anything here that stands out to you?"

"Protection?" Alright, he should have been expecting that he thought to himself. Daelin seemed to think something similar, that he was going to get himself in trouble with bandits with the way that Bisera was. Definitely not something that he wanted to deal with but at the same time could he really ask a stranger to protect him? It would be nice, to be able to go about his business without worry because he had a warrior at his side. At the same time though he felt a bit guilty, Xarnith might only be offering him help because Bisera didn't appear to be able to take care of himself. Giving a sigh he said, "I don't want you to feel obligated just because I am... well, me..."

As Xarnith asked him what he was thinking about he said, "Oh... an armband. What sort of metals would look good with your skin tone, and what jewels would accent it... that an armband would be best because it wouldn't get in your way if you were fighting." He said, starring down at his own hands instead of looking up at Xarnith. That was until he asked him what he thought about when he looked around, about things that stood out to him, "Huh?"

Lifting his gaze he found himself looking around for a moment, as though trying to figure out what he meant, "Things that stand out... hmm... well the obvious is you, of course. Tale seems to have a lot of browns over all since its an open, dry land but you have such bright eyes. Then there is the trees that you found, the twists and whirls in the bark... the way that he water is moving... and..." He trailed off for a moment, then set to digging into his pack, getting out his journal and writing utensil, flipping passed the sketches of Xarn's back, and to a fresh sheet of paper. Once there he set to quickly sketching something down, a swirling, whirling design that came to mind after looking at the tree's bark and the way the water was moving.

"I do apologize. I know that I a little... weird." He murmured as he worked on the sketch.

Xarnith gently slid over to Bisera's side leaning to look at his drawing. He'd never seen art much. It was...interesting. Something in him wanted to see more. "Bisera. That's amazing. Do you always draw when something catches your eye?" he leaned a little close. A lock of platinum blonde falling across his shoulder. He nodded. "Its amazing. I've...never seen anything like it."

The warrior was entranced then blinked. "I don't find this odd at all. Its...interesting. I'm not offering out of obligation though. I'm offering because I genuinely care about a fellow tribesmen finding their way in this world. If you need the protection, I'll give it freely. My Uncle always stressed the well being of others was a warriors task in their life. To not uphold that. I wouldn't be me."

Bisera shook his head while he continued to work on the design, "It's nothing special, nothing like what I am striving to be able to do at least." He murmured, pausing in what he was doing to glance toward Xarnith for a moment, taking in how close he'd gotten, before looking away again, "Not always, it was something that my father suggested that I try. This way I won't forget the ideas that come to mind while I am out and about, but I think it might just end up getting me in trouble one day. I doubt that everyone wants to have a stranger suddenly start sketching them." He'd been lucky in that thus far neither Daelin nor Xarnith had decked him for it.

"Hmm... there are just something that I find myself less able to resist sketching upon seeing them... stuff like..." He trailed off, blinking his dark eyes a couple times, realizing that he'd been about to say too much. Shaking his head he finished up what he was working on before closing the book, turning to face Xarnith again, "I... see, I might accompany you for a while then. It would be useful to have a guide, as well as someone looking out for me during the times I find myself distracted with... well, all the things that distract me." The list was fairly extensive so he saw no reason to even try to list all the things that might possibly catch his attention.

After a moment more of thought he asked, "What of your uncle and brother? I don't want to be a bother to them either." Wouldn't it be a surprise if Xarnith just randomly showed up with Bisera in tow?

Xarn chuckled. "They wouldn't mind. My Uncle would most likely adore the fact I found another Wind Tribesmen my age...as for my little brother. He's still a little thing. One more person will just help him socialize better." Xarn had leaned back on the heel of his palm. Bending one knee to drape the other arm over it he smiled softly. Then tilted his head. "You trailed off there..what do you have a tough time resisting to sketch?"

He tapped a long finger against his knee in silent thought.

Bisera gave a thoughtful sound, then gave a slow nod of his head, "It could be helpful... I know that I space out at times, get distracted or find myself in awe... and having someone nearby to keep from getting in trouble could be nice. At the same time I can't really rely on you to protect me during my entire journey, that wouldn't be fair." He mused, shifting in place, a thoughtful look on his face. He wasn't sure what to do at this point. He supposed that he could travel with them for a time? Get used to Tale, learn about the lay of the land, and maybe have them drop him off at a town?

After a moment he gave a looked to Xarnith, "I would like, if it's alright, to travel with you at least until the next town you go to? I don't want to ask you to protect me forever, and I don't know if my journey will follow the same path as yours. Still, a bit more time with you would be really nice. Maybe I could... ahh..." He wondered, would Xarnith with alright with that? Allowing Bisera to sketch him? He tapped a finger against his journal, then finally asked, "Sketch you... can I? Maybe? I understand if that is a weird request though..."

Xarn chuckled. "I'm always on the look out for a sparring partner. That's my biggest distraction." He smiled. "I don't mind keeping track of you for a time. At least until you get your bearings that is." He knew that his Uncle wanted to go to Yael. So they were headed in the general direction of Matori. "I will say that my Uncle's ultimate destination is that new Island Yael. A friend of his is there and he's worried about them. We'll take you as far as you want to go."

Xarn blinked before looking around. "Uh...sure...is there any post in particular you wanted me to be in?" The question itself caught him off guard. Though a small thrill went through him at the thought of being drawn.

Bisera looked at Xarn, to his own hands, then back again before he said, "I'd... offer to spar with you but I am kind of... weak. I doubt I'd offer much in the way of a sparring partner." That was basically the polar opposite of what Bisera was able to do. He was almost certain that were he to try to stand against someone like Xarn that the other man would take him down in a snap, without much in the way of trying. The last thing he wanted was to cause Xarn to waste his time on a match that would net him no real experience as far as fighting went. Not to mention that Bisera would likely end up flattened in such an encounter, not something he even wanted to think about.

"Hm? I see..." He was going as far as Yael then? He wasn't sure how far he should tag along with them, but he felt that playing it by ear might be for the best. He was sure to know when he'd worn out his welcome, or so he hoped.

As Xarn seemed to suddenly agree about being sketched Bisera perked up a little, then shook his head rapidly as the other asked about poses, "Oh! No, no... poses, that wouldn't work. I want to sketch you while you practice like I did earlier... I mean..." He flushed a bit, dropping his gaze again as he realized what he'd let slip. Oops, well that wasn't how he wanted to go about telling Xarnith that he'd already done a bit of sketching of the warrior already. Too late now though he supposed, the perverbial sailscale was out of the bag now and he could only hope Xarnith wasn't too upset.

Xarnith shook his head. "I wouldn't of asked you to suddenly spar with me, but if you need help with learning any simple knife moves I don't mind offering my assistance. That is if you needed the lessons." Bisera didn't look like he had a knife on him. That worried Xarnith a little, what if he really did get in over his head? The mere thought had Xarn shivering a bit inside. He shook his head a bit before getting up off the blanket. He looked back at the other over his shoulder.

"Thanks for the compliment." was a little of Mano rubbing off on him? Xarnith rolled his shoulders as he walked to the small clearing in front of them. He stretched before closing his eyes. "I'm not ignoring you, Bisera. I'm about to enter a meditative state where all I'm going to do is move like you saw. Draw to your hearts content...see you soon. " With that Xarn continued his earlier round of movements.

"Learning to use a knife... maybe? I will need to think about it." Having a weapon on hand could be useful, to show that he wasn't going to be walked all over by those around him. It sounded nice in theory but did he have the ability to back that sort of thing up was the question. There was a part of him that really thought the answer to that would be 'no' but maybe training with Xarnith might give him some sort of courage in that aspect? Hard to say though he thought to himself, humming to himself in a thoughtful manner. It was obvious that he was thinking hard on it, not wanting to waste the potential opportunity.

Blinking a couple time Bisera's dark gaze lifted, watching Xarnith closely. He was going to enter a meditative state and do what he was doing before? He watched for a moment before his eyes got wide, "Oh! I see." He murmured to himself, watching for a short time, just to soak it all in, the way that he moved, the shifting of his body, the way his muscles all worked, and the beautiful forms they made. After a moment he gave a nod and turned to a clean page in his journal, his sketching beginning anew. This would help him a lot, give him a lot of new ideas, and definitely make their meeting worth while on yet another level. Really he was lucky to have met Xarnith so early on and here was to hoping that his luck would continue from here on out.
