Clone: 16-0=16

The copy got the better of Shiki as the boil moved in again, thinking he could do the same thing he had the turn before. Ready for him, the yellow clad clone grabbed his leg and tossed him to the ground stunning the small boil, making his head spin a bit.
"Ugh..." He groaned, seeing stars. Not good..

Brenna could feel the stamina dwindling as time went on. She definitely noticed that this double of hers was consistent. It was able to exploit her movements every time she got close to it. However, she wasn't able to call on her FEAR here. Not in the stadium. She growled at the double who mimicked her in return. The kitsune did not take long to recover and rather than just jump to his feet he launched himself at the copy's leg clawing at it. The clone's eyes went wide and it found itself jumping about yelping a little in shock. Really who would have anticipated having a boil attacking their legs? In an attempt to shake Shiki off the Kitsune shook his leg hard before reaching down and cuffing the white boil in the head.
Ear ringing Shiki let go a moment to grab the side of his head. Ow.. that had hurt.

She could not tell if the reflected version of herself was panting and gasping for air because it was tired or if it was insulting her. It was probably the latter. It was probably mimicking everything she did behaviourly. However, if she did not attack, the double would attack anyway... Outsmarting it wasn't going to work.  Putting this unnatural creature down will restore KINDNESS to Halloween. BATTLE STATS Carmine HP: 30/30 Dopple HP: 24/30 STR + LCK = 6 Damage Done: 0 After being ushered back into the arena, Carmine was face to face with... himself? In an ugly outfit with a green frying pan? It would be easy to say he was confused, but it went deeper than that. He had to fight himself? Carmine's head was reeling, but when the thing started in his direction, he tried his best to hurt it more than it hurt him!

Head still ringing from the cuff to the ear, Shiki was not able to defend himself as the copy kicked him in the gut. The small boil groaned and doubled over feeling a bit sick. This fighting thing was not as easy as some had made it seem, and the training dolls that were in the dojo at his home had in no way prepared him for something that faught back this hard.
Shiki blinked tears out of his eyes and tried to catch his breath.

BATTLE STATS Carmine HP: 28/30 Dopple HP: 24/30 Damage Done: 0 Turns: 2 Well that first attack didn't go very well. Carmine barely defended himself and the ... other Carmine got in a good punch. He squared his tiny shoulders and set himself up for another strike. Hopefully this time he'd actually do a bit of damage

BATTLE STATS Carmine HP: 26/30 Dopple HP: 24/30 Damage Done: 0 Turns: 3 This really wasn't going well for the bat demon. The other one got another good hit in on him, and Carmine was knocked off his game. He started to get a little worried that he was going to lose to himself.

No good, he was having trouble catching his breath, and the copy was able to read his moves as if the kitsune boil was telegraphing them or something. As Shiki lashed about the boil casually darted to the side and kicked him again. The pain joined with what he had already been feeling, and Shiki gagged a bit. It was hard to concentrate when one was feeling as if their insides were bruised.

BATTLE STATS Carmine HP: 24/30 Dopple HP: 24/30 Damage Done: 0 Turns: 4 The copy got him good this time, square in the jaw. Carmine looked up, clearly unhappy with how this event was going. He was going to have to do something drastic if he didn't start getting some shots in on this copy.

Shiki rolled to the side barely dodging a devastating kick to the spleen, lashing out as fast as he could at the copy. Sure the attack was likely little more than a scratch, but it put him back on track for actually doing more than just being beaten to death.

Carmine was a lot more pleased with himself than he should have been considering he didn't do that much damage. Sure, the copy had quite a few cuts, and his sweater was even uglier, but Carmine was looking almost just as torn up.

The double grinned as she held her down. It was her mistake. She had got herself caught in a roundable maneuver that left her back exposed. The reflection took advantage of the opening and got her down. "GET OFF!" She growled, throwing an elbow back to try to get the thing off of her. Oof, another jab to the side and Shiki shook himself all over, trying to keep himself from yelling back in pain. Instead he squinted and focused on doing something to keep himself from losing to himself. How much longer would one of these fights last? Could this be some kind of death match?
