Gorenza My reply style: I should have warned you. When a lot of ground in covered in a persons message I do my best to respond to as many of there points as I can. I figure if they point all that time into sharing there ideas with me I should do so in kind. This is why you see it broken up in chunks so it's not some crazy smattering of paragraphs. Should any piece of it interest you it's easier to see what your responding to. This was I can cover a lot of topics and not get lost. FF8: That was my big mistake in burrowing another persons LV 99 character. I was thinking, "I'm tired of this game but I really want to see the ending. With this lv 99 character it will be a breeze." Ummm.... boy was I in for a rude awakening. flutflut that was a long post. but yeah, about ffVIII, the enemies level up as you do so it kinda defeats the whole point of leveling up. and if you reach level 99 in FFVII, apparently sephy's stats double, making him a lot tougher. didn't the game get harder before the final boss with a level 99 character? I cant imagine it getting any easier. I dunno if monsters have a level cap.

FF8: It certainly did. I think the average monsters where tolerable. The final fights is what really had me scratching me head thinking, what the hell is going on here! flutflut Gorenza My reply style: I should have warned you. Oh sorry I can see how you might have missed my answer in the my maiden post. The game I most enjoyed and my favorite FF game is final fantasy VII. My first FF game is the original. No my first final fantasy game was not my favorite though I was greatly impressed with it at the time. Funny the crew I chose in final fantasy one is not recommended to play the game with. Apparently choosing the thief makes the game more difficult. *shruggs* I managed well enough. Have you ever played through Final Fantasy with a weird crew like, all white mages? flutflut Gorenza FF8: It certainly did. I think the average monsters where tolerable. my favorite would have to be 8 its underappreciated in my own opinion. it how ever was not my first ffVII was my first introductions to the series . over the years I have played from 5 to the dismal wreck of the 13 series( no offense meant to those who like 13 its just poorly done as far as some of the back story's and other such things from older games in my opinion) But i hope 15 and 7 remake will redeem the title once more.

I wish the franchise all the luck in the world. I am feeling a little suspicious about the 7 remake. I imagine they will take this opportunity to leave incomplete story once more.

I think they're gonna try to change it up a little or dive a bit deeper. I'm excited but I hope they don't screw everything up. I get annoyed with the whole loveless stuff they added into crisis core. That stuff never happened! (but now it apparently did...) I dunno what to believe anymore!

flutflut I only played through crisis core once. I unfortunately I don't recall Loveless in it. I do remember "Loveless" the play being in Final fantasy 7. Cid went to see it before heading into North Crater.

I think cid fell asleep during the play. lol. anyway, if you beat crisis core, there was a bunch of stuff to do with the play. and Genesis keeps quoting it throughout the game. in the original game, it was kinda a My Bloody Valentine album easter egg or something.

My favorites are FFIV, FFVI, and FFIX is a close runner-up. I feel the older Final Fantasy games don't get enough of the credit they deserve due to how old they are, and a lot of people played FF7 onward. FF6 is particularly my favorite, considering that it had practically everything that's been included in previous FF games thus far (save for different classes but the characters are basically different classes anyway so there's still different styles of play), plenty of free-roaming and side-quests, has a great story with some great character development, and probably the best true villain in a video game that holds up even to this day.
