Lixes gave a bit of a laugh at that, "Yeah, no joke, huh?" He said to his brother before he looked over at Jerami, leaning in to whisper, "Our dads are a bit on the over protective side, it causes them to not really let us wander too far... we aren't even allowed to leave the house without Pyre to join us." A gift given to them to keep them safe and to attack anything that might harm them... something that proved useful today given that the maglardilla had been quite eager to take a bite out of them. Giving a half shrug, not really minding all that much since he loved his parents so much, he said, "Since Drexl is alright with the idea then we will join up and go find something fun to do!" Clapping his hands together he turned and looked over at Pyre, "Alright, buddy, you're going to be tasked with looking after Jerami here too, alright? We dont' want anything to happen to Drexl's new girlfriend... boyfriend... girlyboyfriend? You know, his pretty friend." He pointed at Jerami. The radaku gave Jerami a glance then huffed, not showing signs of protest so he took it as a good thing. It meant that they were free to play... though they weren't allowed to wander too far so they were going to have to find their entertainment close by, "Alright, let's see about finding something to do!" ***** On the protective side? It was understandable with all the scary things that had been going on not all that long ago. That they had over protective parents made sense, he was sure his own, especially Momma, would knock anyone senseless if they were mean to Jerami. As such he could see where their parents were coming from. Once it was established that he was allowed to play with them, because Drexl gave the okay, he gave a happy smile, his antennae twitching happily, "Thank you Lixes, Drexl. It will be a lot of fun!"
His smile turned into an embarrassed blush as Lixes told Pyre to protect Jerami too because they didn't want to have anything happen to Drexl's 'girlyboyfriend'. It wasn't an insult, since Lixes wasn't saying it in a mean tone. Instead he felt as though the blond boy was having fun teasing the two of them, teasing that resulted in a making Jerami's cheeks quite hot, "Ahh... t-thank you, Pyre. I-If you could look after Bruin too I would appreciate it." He said to the radaku.
Shaking his head to try to clear the blush he waited for the two brothers to lead the way to whatever it was that they were going to be doing.

Drexl let out a squeak. "Lixes!!! Jerami isn't mine!" he knew from eavesdropping what a "boyfriend" was...or...close to it at least. In his young mind they were someone who was really close and belonged at your side. That...didn't seem right or fair to the "boyfriends" family right? He pouted at his younger brother before glancing down to the fact he still had Jerami's hand in his...oh. He let go blushing cutely. "M'sorry...was I squeezing your hand?" He tilted his head then looked at his brother. "Why not that little stream we saw with Dada yesterday? It looked like a good napping spot...its also not that far from here."

Lixes lifted his hands up to smother his giggles as his brother squeaked before declaring that Jerami wasn't his. He said that, but he was was still holding tight to Jerami, wasn't he? After a moment though he seemed to realize just that before he quickly let go of Jerami's hand, even apologizing over the fact that he had been clinging to him. Crossing his arms over his chest for a moment he said, "Alright, well, if he isn't yours then I guess I don't have to be jealous." He laughed, unable to help but to joke with his brother about it. He was a touch glad that Drexl made the claim since Lixes knew he might actually get a bit jealous if his brother was stolen away from him so quickly. "The stream? Oh! Yeah, I think that would be fun. Maybe we can even see something cool like some fish or something!" Lixes chirped in an excited manner, all for trying to going to the stream with his brother, friends, and their familiars. Giving a clap of his hands he started forward, "Come on, I'll lead the way!" ***** Jerami looked between the brothers, then gave Drexl a smile, "It's alright, you weren't squeezing too hard, I promise." He told him, lacing his hands together in front of himself. He might look delicate, but he was stronger then he looked! He just knew that one day he was going to have to prove that, which was something that might prove difficult to do. He just had to work hard at it was all.
Looking between the pair as they spoke of a stream he shifted from side to side in a thoughtful manner, considering the idea. It should be... alright, right? He had never wandered so far from home, not alone, but he didn't want to leave quite yet. He'd go with them for at least a little while, check out the stream, then he'd take Bruin home with him before he was gone too long. He didn't want to cause his moms to worry after all, "I can go for a little while, though not too long. I don't to make anyone worry.

Drexl smiled at the two before starting out. He remembered roughly where the stream was. Looking back to Pyre he had a idea. "Pyre! You were with us...do you think you can pick up on the scent of that flower we accidentally smacked you with?" It was a harmless thing really. Lixes wanted to sword fight with his brothers so they plucked these really long flowers and "fought"...as the three chased each other Drexl tripped, smacking a nearby sleeping Pyre with his flower. Then Inali tripped over Drexl while Lixes tripped over Inali...their Daddy roared with laughter as their Dada started to fret before joining him as Pyre jolted up to look down at the trio. It was a shared sheepish smile which had the radaku seeming to sigh in defeat. Thinking back on it, Drexl should of corrected himself and said that he was the one who smacked the beast. But...he didn't wanna admit that just yet...

Pyre gave a little huffing sound, as though thinking about the time that he'd gotten hit which the flowers which in turn left him smelling like flowers for some time after. His tail swished for a moment before turning on his heel and started to lead the way, staying at a slow pace that the younglings would be able to keep up with. It also allowed the radaku to search for any dangers that might be out there. The entire reason that RIlind had bought the radaku was for that sole purpose, to keep his sons safe. Pyre was specially trained as a guardian beast, allowing the boys the security Ril wanted for them. Following along after the radaku Lixes gave a smile, "We will go check out the stream for a bit, then see about bringing you back before anyone notices that you left." He said to their new friend, not wanting to get any of them into trouble for going too far from home without a parent along. Surely it should be alright to go to the stream for a bit since they had Pyre with them, right? That was what he figured at least. ***** Jerami smiled, "Alright, that sounds good." So long as he wasn't gone too long it should be alright! Not to mention fun. He'd never gone on a walk with anyone who wasn't his family before. He couldn't wait to tell his sisters about the two brothers that he'd met, about their families, and about the brightly colored radaku that they walked around with.
As Pyre started to move, heading for the stream where flowers grew from the sounds of it, Jerami scooped up Bruin, "Come on, Bruin. Let's go to the stream with our new friends." He said, giving the bird a kiss on the top of the head. It was something that caused him to fluff up a bit, but he didn't protest too much. Likely because this way Jerami would carry him the whole way. Once they arrived though the kinfa would more then likely want back on his own feet though.

When they got to the stream Drexl smiled at it, yup just as he remembered. The dark tress of Juahar's forest perfectly reflected in the clear waters. No webbing meant no immediate threats. Pyre's presence meant all other threats would think twice. He walked to a fallen tree which created a natural bridge for them to cross. Gazing out to the other side he blinked, shivering slightly at the dark woods they could see beyond it. Making a face he looked back hoping Lixes didn't see this...or think it was strong enough for them to cross. It would be his grand idea to go across and really get into trouble... Unless he pointed it out now and hinted that they really shouldn't? "Hey...look, a natural bridge! Though...I don't think we should cross...it looks weak..."

Lixes glanced over at his brother, giving a little nod of his head, and moved to fetch a stick that was laying nearby. It was long enough that he was able to give the natural bridge tat Drexl found a couple pokes before he said, "You might be right... since Daddy isn't here I don't know if I want to cross." If he was here he could pick the whole lot of them up and carry them across without any of them getting wet... but as it was it was likely that, if the bridge gave out that they would fall in. Add in the fact that they couldn't swim yet, and they were too short... it was just asking for trouble. "We can stick to the shore line then, maybe the ankle deep water too, but no deeper then that." He finally decided before turning around on his heel to face the other two, "The two of you will need sticks as well, so that we can test the water, making it easier to stay away from deep spots." He ordered the pair that were behind him, not wanting to risk either of them falling in because they didn't have their own poking stick. ***** Jerami gave a thoughtful sound as he looked at the bridge. Between Drexl's warning and Lixes's agreement after poking at said bridge it seemed like it was best that they stay on this side of the stream. The last thing he wanted was to fall in and ruin the pretty dress that he was wearing after all. It would make Jerami sad, not to mention that it might risk damage to something that belonged to his mommy... not something that he could risk.
"Huh? A stick?" He asked of Lixes, looking around for a moment, then spotted one nearby that he could use. It seemed they needed it to test the water, to make sure there were no points where it dropped off. It seemed like a good idea so he moved to get a stick, holding the stick in one hand and Bruin in the other, "Alright! Ready! I-I think..." Giving Drexl a glance he asked, "Do you need help finding your stick, Drexl?"

Drexl shook his head as he found a stick slightly bigger than him. The small male poked around the shoreline a bit. Looking for something he blinked at what looked to be a old quiver. He knew what it was from his Daddy's armory. Walking over to it after testing the waters around it, he pulled it out. There were no arrows but it was pretty...maybe Lixes would like it. He smiled as he saw something inside. Reaching in he felt a few things click together? He pulled out his hand staring at the matching set of crystal arrow heads. Oh...this quiver must of had a story behind it. "Lixes!! Jerami!! I found a treasure! Look...this quiver had three crystal arrow heads in it." he brought his find back to the other two. Then gave one to Jerami. "Here. So, you remember today. Remember the first day of our friendship." He held out the quiver to Lixes. "You'd have more use for this, and you have your own arrow head too!" he smiled.

Lixes was walking along the edge of the water, poking at it with a stick, and pausing on occasion to investigate a strange sound, but otherwise seemed to be searching. He paused when he spotted something that he would consider interesting, that something being one of those spiny frogs that lived in Jauhar. His Daddy called them 'stupid at best' which made him wondering if they might be able to catch one of them by hand. It was tempting to try it... but before he could suggest it his brother called out to them about 'finding treasure' and that was instantly far more important. Turning on his heel he hurried to where Drexl was, curious as to what the treasure was that his brother had found. He went a bit wide eyed as he was given a pretty arrow head that seemed like it was made of crystal, as well as a neat looking quiver. It seemed that Drexl thought he'd find the most use for it, "Thanks, bro." He said, ruffling his brother's dark hair before he set about inspecting both treasures that he'd been given, "I wonder who they belonged to." If the person was still around, if they were still alive, he instantly found himself wondering about stuff like that. He hoped that whoever owned the stuff wouldn't be upset that Drexl gave out the arrow heads... but given how lucky they were that there was three of them in the pack meant that they were supposed to find them! "It's kinda lucky there were three inside, like some sort of blessing of Aisha, that we were supposed to find them when we were together." Lixes said, then also added, "We should get some of the leather cord we have left over from when we made the necklaces for our dads, we can make these into necklaces too!" ***** Following along after Drexl quietly Jerami watched him as he searched around, before Drexl seemed to find something interest. He watched as he retrieved it, shook it, and found... crystals? No wait, arrow heads? They made arrow heads out of crystal? His aqua colored eyes went a bit wide at that, "Ohhh... their so pretty, Drexl!" He gasped out, taking the crystal that was offered to him, looking it over, before he gave a smile, "Just look at the way that it sparkles!" How he wanted to show this thing off to his sisters and his mothers, wanting to share the pretty treasure with them.
Turning to look over at Lixes he went a bit wide eyed as he spoke of the luck that there were three of them and three crystals, that it was Aisha's blessing. He looked back at the crystal, "Really? Yeah, you could be right." A blessing upon their friendship, a blessing that led some of Aisha's stranger looking sons together Jerami thought to himself, then smiled, "I think you're right."
"Hm? Make them into necklaces?" He asked, looking it over, then nodded, "That would be really neat. Do we want to do that now? Or keep exploring for a while?"

Drexl shook his head. They were done adventuring for now in his mind. There was nothing else to do here besides get into trouble. Looking to Pyre he smiled then looked back to the others. "I like the necklace idea. Good one Lixes. After that we can walk Jerami home with Pyre. We don't want another of those big bugs to try and eat him." He liked this moment. Just their little group, he felt bad Inali wasn't there but that was okay. Drexl was sure they could make Inali a necklace to make up for it. As a matter of fact...Drexl turned to where he found the quiver. Splashing back over to it, he dug around the mud till he felt something blunt. Letting out a small noise he lifted out a pouch. Opening it he found various arrowheads. As if the owner of the quiver crafted these and had yet to make the arrows themselves. He walked back to the other two. "Lixes look! Their all different materials! There's a few more crystal ones...we can make Inali a necklace so he's not left out!!" Drexl was happy.

Lixes gave a pleased sound when the other two agreed with him when it came to bringing the crystal arrowheads home to make necklaces for the three of them. It would be a lot of fun, as well as allow them to share something from their first meeting and mini adventure. Lixes opened his mouth, about to suggest that they headed back, when Drexl was suddenly scurrying off, "Drexl?" He watched him as he went digging around, head tilting to one side, "What are you up to, big bro?" He took a couple steps forward before he saw him lift something up, more arrow heads it would seem. "Wow! You're quite the treasure hunter, Drexl." He praised his brother, giving a smile, before he nodded, "I'm sure that Inali will be happy! We should make his necklace while he's sleeping and give it to him when he wakes up!" He was rather eager now to get back so that they could get to work on the necklaces that they were going to make out of the crystals that Drexl found. Once everyone in their group was gathered Lixes lead the way back home with Pyre bringing up the read, to keep everyone safe. ***** Jerami squatted down and scooped up Bruin, "Come on, Bruin. Let's get going home." He told the little kinfa, nuzzling against him, before he hurried to fall into line behind Drexl, giving his friend a smile. It had been a fun time, even if it had started out scary. At least Pyre had gotten rid of the maglardilla, right? Being saved by the boys was a surprised, but it a nice one, one that he couldn't wait to tell everyone back home about!
Once the necklaces were made he'd head for home, so that he could show them the necklace they made together, tell them about the adventure they'd had. He just hoped that his mother didn't rush off to hunt down the marglardilla that had been chasing him. It was gone, or so he hoped, and he didn't want his mother to have to go chasing after the thing for him when she might not find it. He was sure that it would be alright and that it would work out though he thought to himself as he quickened his steps a bit, falling into step alongside Drexl, though it was a little tough to do since the other boy was taller then he was. He'd just have to speed up to keep up was all.
It wouldn't be long before they got back and set to work on the necklaces, something that he was excited about. He couldn't wait to make the necklace, as well as wear the necklace, since the crystal was so pretty! He really had to think of a good way to thank Drexl, though it was going to take him some time to figure it out. It was alright though, he had time to figure it out.
