Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint:
Anthony wouldn't mind making new friends, but people always tend to shy away from him because they don't often understand things he talks about, and because he doesn't get excited about the same things they do. He's always had trouble making friends, and it's harder now that he has a company to run and an alter-ego to maintain.

Religious Viewpoint:
Atheist. His parents never made him go to any church, and he never had any desire to go.

Romantic Viewpoint:
He's never been particularly interested in relationships. There was a brief time when he was in college that he thought about it, but he couldn't figure out how to ask anyone on a date. He's not ruling a relationship out entirely, but at the moment, he's not looking.

Personality
Anthony has a generally calm personality. He doesn't anger easily, and has taken to making jokes at his enemy's expense. He'd discovered that some people let their anger drive them, and they get messy when they do, so he jokes to rile them up and make them vulnerable. He doesn't have the same drive for justice that Bruce had, but he is determined to keep the Batman name alive and do it justice. When he has free time, he is often found reading a fiction book, allowing himself to get lost in the fictional world. He enjoys the escape from the real world, just for an hour or two.

Biography
Anthony was born and raised in Gotham. He was seven when his parents realized he wasn't like other kids. In school, he always sat alone and did things alone. During recess on most days, he stayed indoors and read instead of going out and playing. It was around then they discovered that he didn't have any friends. They weren't sure why he had secluded himself from the rest of his class. When they asked him, he hugged the book he was holding and told his parents that his friends were on paper.

As he went through school, he learned things quickly. He always had the best grade in class, but he was far from a teacher's pet. He really didn't like answering questions in class, or participating in group projects, preferring to work alone on all projects. His teachers all had trouble getting him to pay attention. It always seemed he had something else to do while in class, yet his grades never dropped.

When he was ten, he started paying more attention to the news. One name always seemed to appear on the news, and he took interest in the man. It soon got to the point where Anthony only watched the news so he could listen for news on Bruce Wayne. Following what the business celebrity was doing, both with his public life and with the company, was intriguing to Anthony. When he was twelve, he came up with a plan to try and meet Bruce, but didn't put it into action until he graduated high school at 15. He went to college for Computer Engineering and earned his Masters by the time he was nineteen.

Free from school, he applied for a job at Wayne Enterprises; more specifically at WayneTech. It took him a year to work his way up and catch Bruce Wayne's attention. Bruce took interest in him, and began to mentor him. He taught him things about the company, tricks that were handy when running a company. Tony didn't fully understand why Bruce was taking such interest in him, but he had what he wanted, so he was content.

After a year of working with Bruce, he met the man's son, Damian. He knew of Damian, Bruce talked about him from time to time. Bruce had told him that Damian helps him run the company. Anthony had been expecting someone around his age, so when he discovered that Damian was only twelve, he was surprised. How could a kid so young help run a company so large? How did he even learn what he needed to to be able to help out?

He quickly got used to Damian, both his age and his attitude, and got along with him quite well. Well, as well as anyone could 'get along' with Damian. He worked with Damian frequently, almost as much as he worked with Bruce, and he learned new things from Damian that Bruce hadn't taught him, or maybe didn't know. Whatever it was, Anthony was learning from Damian and he was grateful.

Six months later, Anthony learned something about Bruce and Damian that he hadn't even suspected. Bruce was Batman, and his son was Robin. To this day, he hasn't figured out if they showed this to him on purpose or if it was an accident, but he has his suspicions. He, naturally, kept their secret, understanding that some secrets just needed to remain secret. He helped them however he could. In his spare time, when he wasn't working with Bruce, he trained with Damian. Damian taught him to fight, first without weapons, then with. For a while, Anthony always went home with new bruises and cuts from training. Damian wasn't deliberately hurting him, or so he claimed. Damian always said that he couldn't learn without experience, and counted injuries as experience. His method seemed effective, because after only a couple months, Anthony was good enough to block most of the attacks, but not enough so to land some hits of his own. After a full year of training with Damian, he felt confident in his abilities. He wouldn't call himself a master, but he was definitely good enough to win a fight.

A month later, Bruce disappeared. Bruce, Damian, even d**k and Tim(who often visited when Anthony was there, and helped with his training), all disappeared. All except Jason, who he'd only met twice. It didn't take long before Anthony realized that it wasn't just the Waynes, but all the heroes all over the world. He didn't know what happened, or why, but he started to do his research, attempting to find pieces of the puzzle so he could put them together.

The media ate it up. The famous Bruce Wayne and his family vanished off the face of the planet? Of course they would. Theories flew, but Anthony knew none of them were true. Something bigger was going on, something nobody realized. Then the media started to notice Batman was missing too. Anthony couldn't let them realize that Bruce was Batman, so he did the only thing he could think of. He donned the mask. He couldn't wear Bruce's suit, because he wasn't Bruce's size, and the suit was too big for him, so he made a new one. He had the resources available to him, and it took him a few tries and about a week to get it right. On his first night out, he found out he was unprepared, and his suit wasn't as good as he thought.

It was around that time that Lucius Fox found him. He'd seen the news report about Batman's rough night, and wanted to see Bruce's successor. Anthony learned that Lucius also knew Bruce's secret, and was there to help if he ever needed it. Anthony showed him the suit he made, and within a few days, Lucius had a new one for him, this one armored and combat ready. Anthony knew he was going to end up going back to Lucius for more help later, so he swore to himself that he'd keep in contact with the man. He would need a friend now, now that his mentors were gone. It took a while for Anthony to get the hang of being Batman, but when he did, he didn't have so much trouble taking guys down.

A couple weeks later, a lawyer sought Anthony out and read Bruce's will to him. Anthony didn't want to believe that Bruce was dead, but he didn't argue, because it would imply that he knew more than he actually did. The lawyer told Anthony that Bruce had left everything to him, leaving him in control of Wayne Manor, Wayne Enterprises, and all of the Wayne fortune. It was a surprise to Anthony, and he wasn't sure if he could handle the weight of it, but he had Lucius Fox to help him, and it wasn't as bad as he was thinking. Since then, Anthony's been balancing work at the company and work as Batman.

In the year since the heroes disappeared, Anthony has been working on his own personal butler, in the form of an AI. He wanted something to maintain the mansion and the cave when he wasn't around, and to feed him information he needs while he's out on patrol. Even with his genius, getting the coding and technology for it just right has been a difficult task. He is aware that it would have been done sooner if he wasn't so busy with the company and being Batman. As it is, a year later he's sure that he's perfected the systems. He's tested it around the mansion and the cave, but has yet to test it when he's out on patrol, still relying on his phone until he can test the AI in a controlled environment.

Friends:
Jonathan Price | Good | Close Friend
Jonathan is a business partner that he met after inheriting Wayne Enterprises. Jonathan came to him with an offer to upgrade their systems. Being a bit of a tech genius himself, Anthony didn't think it needed an upgrade, but he agreed, because he recognized that having someone on the outside look at it would be good. They've since become close friends, and at one point, Jonathan asked for an upgrade to Green Arrow's suit. The reason Jonathan gave was paper thin and Anthony saw through it. It was that major clue that confirmed his suspicions that Jonathan was secretly Green Arrow. He hasn't told Jonathan that he knows his secret, and hasn't shared his own secret with him. Both things, Anthony sees as need to know, and Jonathan doesn't need to know yet.
Damian of Themyscira | Good | Friend
Despite having just met him, Batman has both worked alongside him and taken him back to the cave(though that was more Damian's choice than his own). He can't say yet that he trusts him, but he definitely counts him as an ally, and would like to spend more time with him and learn more about him.

Having Joker as an enemy came with donning the Bat's cowl. He's had a few run-ins with the clown, and has trouble taking him down. He knows that the more he meets with Joker, the easier it'll be to take him down, but at the same time, he fears for his life whenever dealing with him.

An enemy whose name he doesn't even have yet, and one who has proved too powerful for him to take on alone. He knows that he was lucky to escape their first fight with nothing more than a cracked rib. He does not look forward to their next meeting.

Austin is a criminal who settled down for a while with Anthony's mother. She was found by one of Austin's enemies and killed, and Austin returned to a life of crime, hunting down her killer and returning the favor. After that, he remained a criminal, only paying attention to his children enough to make sure they were safe and had things they needed.

Mary was his mother. She died when he was young, and he wishes she was still around. He's sure that if she were still alive, his father wouldn't still be a criminal, and they wouldn't have be on opposing ends.

[Weapon Information]

Upgraded Batman suit: Anthony worked closely with Lucius in constructing this new suit. He wanted this one to be better than the last, and made sure it was made to his exact specifications. The suit is composed of reinforced Kevlar; it's bullet-proof and resistant to various types of attack(explosions, impacts, falls, etc). The mask incorporates an infrared and night visor, auditory sensors, telescopic lens, and a sonar. The mask is accessorized with some security systems (aggravating gas, electric blasts, etc.) to prevent it from being stolen. The mask is also a transmitter-receiver, and is connected to his AI directly, so he can get information immediately. The mask has a built in voice modifier so that nobody will recognize his voice. The modifier can be switched off, but Anthony keeps it on all the time, save for special circumstances. Rather than a cape, the suit is equipped with retractable wings, designed to improve his maneuverability. There is a button on both gauntlets to retract or extend the wings whenever he needs them, so he doesn't have to worry about them getting in the way of his fighting. The suit is technologically advanced and lined with sensors to optimize his fighting. Some of the sensors track his fighting and feed the information back to the AI so that he can review it and improve his skills.
Utility Belt: Despite not previously having plans to change belts, with the change of the suit, he felt he needed to upgrade the belt as well. Like his gloves, the utility belt has a button to call the car. The contents mainly remain the same; items such as plastic explosives, nerve toxins, batarangs, smoke bombs, a cutting tool, a grappling hook gun, and lockpicks. The belt has also its own automatic security systems.
Gadgets: Some of the devices he carries in or on his utility belt are batarangs, a grapnel gun, a line launcher, a Batclaw, and a disruptor for firearms and mines. Most of these were left over from the original Batman, with only a few devices he made for himself.
Batmobile: After the destruction of the last Batmobile, Batman put in a request with Lucius Fox to get a new one. The new vehicle is an upgraded version of the old one, appearing sleeker but with most of the functions from the last one. It is coated with titanium and has reactive armor, a jet engine, and an onboard computer, now connected to Anthony's AI. The car is heavier than a tank and has the ability to absorb impact. Most of it's functions can be activated by buttons on Batman's utility belt or in his gloves.
AI System: An Artificial Intelligence system that Anthony has been working to perfect that he's named Al. So far, he's only used it for trivial tasks around the manor and cave, but he intends to test it in the field soon.


[Ability Information]


Genius Intellect: Anthony has an IQ 166, and uses that when he's fighting, or trying to find a villain. He has always been able to see more than anyone else, but after becoming Batman, he turned that ability into analyzing details of crime scenes and hints left behind to find who and what he's looking for. He has trained himself to be more of a detective, realizing it came with the job. He is capable of observation, forensic investigation, and inductive and deductive reasoning. Given his lack of superpowers, he often uses cunning and planning to outwit his foes, rather than simply "out-fighting" them.
Ingenuity: Whenever a new weapon or tool is used against him, he starts coming up with ways to counter them in case he ever faces them again. Some of the time, this gives him a new gadget to make, others, just a move that can counter it before it's used.
Marksmanship: Since finding out Bruce was Batman, he was trained with guns and, eventually, batarangs(only by request). He was trained with many different weapons: throwing projectile weapons, archery, and firearms among them. He's better at using the batarangs than any bow or gun. Overall, he's not as good as the original Batman, or Green Arrow, but he's close behind.
Hand to hand combat: He was trained by Damian Wayne in hand-to-hand combat, in Tae Kwon Do and Jujutsu. Damian has also taught him how to fight against street thugs, stating that the way they fight is different. He's skilled at Tae Kwon Do, Jujutsu, and street fighting, though he usually falls back to Jujutsu when fighting someone. Since becoming Batman and having real fighting experience, he's become a better fighter.
Swordsmanship: Having been trained by Damian, he is an excellent swordsman. He doesn't often use a blade, but he keeps himself trained and skilled just in case he needs to use it.




[Weakness Information]


Human limitations: He's only human, and therefore he can only push himself so far, can only be pushed so far before he breaks. And, being human, he can also be overpowered by those with superhuman or magic powers.
Family value: Were anyone to figure out who he is under the mask, and figure out who his family is, they'd have a huge advantage over him. There's little that he wouldn't do to keep that secret, and keep his family safe. He's more willing to protect his sister than his father, but he doesn't want anyone knowing who his father is and what he does. With his sister in college, he believes she is safe from danger, but he is still careful.

Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint:
Speak only when spoken to is the policy he generally lives by. The way he sees it, he doesn't need to speak to save people. He takes down the bad guy, rescues the innocents, and leaves. There's no point in idle chit-chat, and he hasn't come across any other heroes, so no reason to discuss plans with anyone. He spends a lot of his free time in costume, saving people, so there's not much chance to make new friends. What time he isn't spending in costume is spent taking care of himself(like sleeping or eating), or spending time with Bethany, who he lives with.

Religious Viewpoint:
He doesn't believe in any god. If there is a god, he has some questions for him/her. Like why he was made to suffer all through school for something he had no control over. He won't throw hate at someone who believes as long as no one throws hate at him for not believing.

Romantic Viewpoint:
He hasn't been all too interested in finding a partner since Hunter left him. Even less so after his coma and he found that his parents were dead. He's spending most of his time either out doing a hero thing or in spending time with Bethany.

Personality
Vince hasn't changed much from high school. He is still nearly-mute, only speaking when he absolutely has to, or with someone he trusts, like Bethany. He's not very likely to stand up for himself in a fight, but if he's defending someone else, he will fight to the death, or near it. If it's someone he cares about being threatened, he has been known to fly into a blind rage, one that is fueled by years without speaking, and not fighting back in school. He's got a very calm disposition, able to take any number of insults thrown at him without flinching, but if someone threatens the wrong person, he gets protective and defensive and attacks blindly. This is when he's at his most vulnerable, because he's fighting without sense and without thinking.

When he's in costume, he will do anything he can to save everyone in danger. He doesn't like the thought of people dying when he could have saved them. It's one of the reasons he became a hero, so he can prevent people from getting hurt or killed.

He still has an aversion to being touched, and will avoid it as much as possible. He will, however, carry someone out of a building if they're in danger and they can't get out on their own. He's willing to set aside his own discomfort to help someone in need, but out of costume, he will avoid it at all costs. More specifically, he's okay with contact as long as he's the one initiating it, and he doesn't do it often.

Biography
Vincent's childhood was rough since about the time he was in kindergarten. He was in class, playing dolls with one of his friends, a girl only half a year younger than him. A boy came over and smacked the dolls from his hands, calling him a girl because he liked dolls. When Vince tried to pick up the dolls again, the boy yanked them away from him and threw them at the girl he was playing with. One hit her in the eye and she screamed and started to cry. Vince, angry that his friend had been hurt, got up and attacked the boy, knocking him over and hitting him. The teacher pulled him off of the boy and put him in time out, after which, he was made to apologize to the boy who'd hurt his friend.

The boy didn't bother him again for some time, and the girl he'd been playing with that day, Bethany, quickly became his only friend. He spent a lot of time with her, both in school and out. Sometimes they played with dolls, sometimes sports, sometimes video games, always something they both decided they wanted to do.

Throughout elementary school, he stuck close to Bethany, not really willing to make new friends. He did, of course, still talk to other students from time to time, but he could feel eyes on him as he walked to and from classes or played at recess. He never knew why kids stared at him, but he didn't like it, and almost daily, kids would tug on his hair or poke him. Years of this led to him flinching whenever anyone touched him. In the last year of elementary school, the kid who had bullied him before approached him again, this time with two more. He apparently still remembered when Vince threw punches at him, and wanted after payback. Vince tried to fight back, but it was three against one, and by the time Bethany found him and chased the boys off, Vince had a busted lip, black eye, and several bruises. Vince withdrew completely after that. He stopped talking to students altogether. To those at school, besides Bethany, he appeared to be mute, as nobody ever heard him talk. He saved all conversations until after school when he was home with his parents or hanging out with Bethany. At home, he was relaxed and not worried about bullies, so he was a normal, cheery kid, laughing and playing games like he didn't have a care in the world, but at school, he was silent and withdrawn.

Through most of junior high school, Vince remained mostly the same. He rarely talked to students or teachers, and when he did, it was always only loud enough they could hear. Bethany, on the other hand, was more sociable and friendly. She made plenty of friends, and on occasion, one of Bethany's new friends joined them when they hung out and Vince always kept quiet when they did. He never complained, he was just happy to be spending time with Bethany. He was always seen either with Bethany or alone. He was in seventh grade when he realized that he liked boys. This confused and upset him, and he didn't tell anyone for years. Bethany was the first to call him out on it, when they were just starting ninth grade. She caught him staring at one of the sophomore class boys and suggested that he ask him out. This caused Vince to blush and try to insist he had no idea what she was talking about and he would never. She started to laugh and told him she already knew, and it was nothing to be ashamed of. Knowing she didn't care that he liked guys was a relief to him, and later that week, he told his parents, only to find out that they apparently knew already too, and had known since he was a kid.

The next year, in their sophomore year, Bethany ended up dating that sophomore(now a junior) boy she'd caught Vince staring at, and Vince stepped out of his bubble enough to get a boyfriend himself, a sophomore boy named Hunter. Everything was fine until he came face to face with the bully from kindergarten and elementary. The bully came from a strongly homophobic household, and had learned to hate everything gay from a young age, so when he caught Vince and Hunter holding hands during lunch one day, he felt the need to stop it. The bully targeted Hunter, dumping his milk on him and pushing his food tray off the table. Bethany, who had sort of become Vince's shield, keeping bullies away from him, was on the other side of the cafeteria with her boyfriend, and Vince had no intentions to wait for her. He got up from the table and pushed the bully away. Other students were already watching the scene unfold. The bully got angry and shoved back hard, knocking Vince over. Before Vince could get back up, the bully spat on Hunter, called him a f*****t, and shoved him out of his chair. Red flashed across Vince's vision and he shifted where he was, leaping at the bully from his spot on the floor. As he had done back in kindergarten, he threw punches, but now that he was bigger, there was more strength behind the punches. He left the bully with a broken nose, a black eye, and a bruised jaw before the bully's lackeys finally pulled him off. Bethany reached him, and she dragged him out of the cafeteria. Vince was swearing at the bully on the way out, but he didn't fight Bethany's hold as she lead him outside. Hunter followed them out, but left to clean himself up while Bethany stayed with Vince to calm him down.

Most of the students that were called in as witnesses sided with the bully and said that Vince attacked unprovoked. Vince was suspended for a month, and he didn't see or hear from his boyfriend for a week. He tried to call him and text him, but he never got an answer. He finally had enough and went to Hunter's house, intending to find out what was wrong and why he wasn't answering. Hunter explained what happened after that day with the bully, about how half the school was talking about Vince, spreading all kinds of rumors. It had scared a lot of students, and a bunch of them had it out for Vince for hurting one of their own. None of them seemed to remember that it wasn't Vince who started it, or if they did, they didn't care. Hunter admitted that what he'd done that day scared him too, and no matter how much Vince tried to insist he would never hurt him, Hunter never changed his mind, and he broke up with Vince. Vince left, angry and upset, and locked himself in his room until Bethany visited him the next day. He told her what happened and she stayed the night at his house for comfort, watching movies and playing video games with him. He was still upset, but it was nice to have her there.

When Vince returned to school, he was more withdrawn than before. He was often seen with a hoodie, the hood pulled up, and headphones in to ignore the other students. Even during class, he kept the headphones in, but turned off his music so he could still learn. Most of the kids left him alone for a while, all remembering what happened when he snapped and attacked. It wasn't until after junior year started that kids started bothering him again, having the summer break to allow them forget what had happened. For the most part, it was simple insults and poking as he passed people in the halls. It always made his skin crawl, but he never reacted to it. Eventually, his silver hair color got thrown into the mix and the phrases 'Old f*****t' and 'Old queen' was used a lot around him. Some people went as far as to bow to him when they called him Old Queen, and somehow that was worse than just the name. Whenever Bethany was around and heard it, she stood up for him and told them to ******** off. Vince never tried to stop them himself, because he knew they wouldn't listen to him. The bullying gradually got worse, escalating from name-calling. Students would make dares regarding him, usually something along the lines of "I dare you to touch the old f**" and if anyone ever took up the dare, they would briefly touch his arm or his shoulder and then make a disgusted sound and then wipe their hand on a desk or a locker because 'it was on them'. At one point, Vince was cornered in the bathroom and beat up, and this time he didn't fight back. At this point, he was so ashamed of who he was that he felt he deserved it. He was left with a bruised eye, several bruises on his chest and stomach, a split lip, and a cracked rib. He skipped out on the rest of his classes in favor of going home. His mother, who had the day off, rushed him to the hospital to make sure he was okay. He was in the hospital for about a week before they let him go. Bethany, who'd noticed that he wasn't in class, quickly discovered he was in the hospital and visited him every day. While he was gone, the ones who'd attacked him was boasting about what they did, and Bethany overheard. That was the first time she got into a physical fight with his bullies, and the last time anyone took it to that level of bullying.

He was halfway through senior year and half a year of more pokes and name-calling before he finally got sick of it all. He'd seen the Flash in action, saving a bus full of people. He didn't know what motivated him, but he wanted to get powers like that, and help people who need it. After spending his whole life as the victim, he wanted to be the hero instead. He spent a couple months researching the original Flash, Jay Garrick, he felt he was able to recreate the accident that changed him. The next time there was a storm, he was ready. He was certain the experiment would work and he would get the powers. Whatever pain he had to take to get it, he thought he could handle. He miscalculated somewhere, underestimated what he was about to put himself through. The mixture of the lightning and the chemicals ended up being worse than he planned, and he fell into a coma.

When he woke seven months later, it was too late to return to his life. Bethany was there, and when he asked where his parents were, she told him that they had been killed by a gun dealer, and the police seemed to think it was a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Learning of the death of his parents left him depressed, and as he struggled with overcoming it, he became more determined to help those in need, so that no one had to go through what he did. A month after waking up, his powers came to light and he gained the superspeed that he had wanted, as well as a couple additional powers to go with it. In the month before his powers manifested, he discovered that the superheroes of the world had all vanished, but the villains were still around. He also learned that some people were taking up the place of the fallen heroes, and he started to keep an eye out for the new Flash. He has inherited everything his parents had when they died, including the house they owned and a significant amount of money. He's currently living there with Bethany, as he doesn't want to be alone in the house.

Speedster Suit: A suit he custom designed and had made for him shortly after gaining his super speed, when he learned the hard way that normal clothes can't handle that much friction. The suit is designed to withstand extreme levels of friction and durable enough that it won't fray. The mask covers his hair entirely(an attempt to hide his identity) and the top half of his face. A headphone set attached to the cowl serves as a communication device(Doesn't have yet). The lenses on his goggles have a setting for normal and for night vision.

Speed Force Conduit: People who, for whatever reason, are connected to the Speed Force are sometimes called Speed Force Conduits. This means that they are connected to the Speed Force and are tethered to it.
    Accelerated Healing: Speed Force conduits are not invulnerable nor durable enough to sustain damage however if they are harmed they will heal at high speeds. Any normal wear and tear damage to their bodies are almost instantly healed.
    Decelerated Aging: Speed Force conduits have a slowed aging process. This power can be imparted on their most intimate loved ones by extended contact rather than distribution.
    Energy Construct Creation: Speed Force conduits can use the matter generated by their speed to create solid objects such as walls or bridges. This power requires constant concentration and reapplication of the construct for it to remain stable. Flash's after images are also construct creations.
    Increased Perceptions: Speed Force conduits traveling at the speed of sound may miss important events as they run by. The Speed Force grants them enhanced senses that allow them to see, hear, smell, touch and/or taste at an increased speed and understand it as it is processed.
    Infinite Mass Punch: Speed Force conduits have an increased level of strength added to their bodies which they can impart in different ways. Certain speedsters can strength each and every move they make however this requires attention and stress for each movement and therefore is almost never used. In most cases conduits can focus the Speed Force's extra-dimensional energies into one massive punch; when used in practiced this punch pushed a metahuman from one continent to another.
    Phasing: Speed Force conduits can vibrate their molecules so quickly that they can achieve intangibility for short bursts allowing them to phase through objects.
    Self-Sustenance: Speed Force conduits travel at incredible speeds which cause their bodies to work overtime. In situations where their bodies may be too fast for them to breathe they may impart on the Speed Force for sustenance. However, this almost always results in the conduits having an increased metabolism at all times requiring them to constantly refill their energy supplies.
    Sharing the Force: Speed Force conduits can allow their friends or family members to run along side them at their equaled speeds. Certain conduits who may only have minor access to the Force may achieve full levels of the Force due to the main conduit's association with it.
    Speed Force Aura: People who are propelled by the conduits during high speed situations can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. When the conduit must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within the aura.
    Steal Speed: Speed Force conduits can steal the accelerated motion or momentum from objects or people to reduce their speed or even virtually stop them. Conduits may also steal the speed from other Speedsters or other fast moving people.
    Supercharged Brain Activity: Sometimes neglected by Speedsters who only operate at superhuman speeds and never slow down enough to understand their full potential; Speedsters can access superhuman levels in their brains further than processing information. They can test theories, understand difficult equations and run trial and error in their brains at superhuman speeds. Different conduits access this activity in different ways.
    Superhuman Stamina: Speed Force conduits have to access the Speed Force for a number of different tasks. Most Speedsters use their superhuman speed and react at superhuman speeds; therefore, they must run for extended periods or operate for a large amount of time. Their bodies can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress.
    Superhuman Speed: Speed Force conduits have one main ability above all else. Conduits are connected to the barrier and accumulation of all Speed known in their universe. These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. Speedsters in their prime can travel at much faster speeds such as the max level of recorded aided speed on Earth and even reach the speed of light with enough willpower. It is possible for conduits to travel much faster than the speed of light, however such levels require an incredible amount of stress. Speedsters unaccustomed to their max level of speeds may detach themselves from the Speed Force or even become part of the Speed Force by accident.
    Vortex Creations: Speed Force conduits that plant themselves on the ground and rotate their extremities can cause an incredible amount of wind to burst through their focused funnel. Most Speedsters use this ability automatically when they run reducing the air currents around their body to low enough levels to no longer inhibit their speed. Creatively, Speedsters can create tornadoes and gusts with their arms.

Accelerated Healing: If he receives a wound that needs to be set right to heal right, and it's not set right in time, it'll heal wrong and would need to be recreated and set right so it can heal properly.
Prone to anger: It's rather hard to do because the only person he currently cares about is Bethany, and she doesn't know he's a speedster, and is therefore out of harm's way most of the time, but if she(or anyone else he may come to care for) is ever in danger, the anger that has built up inside him from the years of silence and getting bullied comes out and he reacts impulsively and loses control of himself until he calms down. Unless stopped by someone else, there is potential of him going too far and killing someone.
Enhanced metabolism: His heightened metabolism makes it necessary to eat more than a normal human would, or he will run out of energy. When he's out in costume, he makes frequent stops to get snacks or something to keep him going.
Human vulnerability: While he is a speedster and he heals fast, it is still possible to kill him with enough effort. He tries not to sit still long enough for it to be possible, but he still worries that one day he'll be captured and killed.

The Lariat of Truth: Formerly wielded as Wonder Woman's lasso, when she disappeared from the Earth without a trace, the lasso was the only thing that remained, and when the sculpting of Damian's body began the lasso was placed in his hands in order to complete his "birth". Upon his birth though, the lasso became a golden chain and was then called a Lariat to make for a more masculine weapon. Ever since learning the nature of the lasso and its wielder whom he was sculpted after, he has held the lariat with high regard and would risk everything in order to take it back if stolen. The Lariat of Truth serves as his only connection to someone he wish he could have met and trained under.

Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint:
As an Amazon, Damian believes heavily in friendship along with the principles of friendship. This goes as far as Damian believing that one grows stronger when fighting for their friends and not just for themselves. When it comes to his people, there is nothing he will not do. "The Prince of the Amazons is a servant to his people. Nothing is beneath him."

Religious Viewpoint:
Damian is also traditionally a devout believer in the Ancient Greek gods. Of course, his relationship with his Gods leaves little place for doubt - they clearly created him, he’s their champion, he has encountered them on numerous occasions, he has punched some of them in the face real hard, and it’s not uncommon for the gods to answer Wonder Boy’s prayers with bona fide miracles.

Romantic Viewpoint:
The ideal Amazon is driven by love. First and foremost comes love for his fellow Amazons - who are like sisters to him, and who on some level consider Damian as their little brother. Then comes love for his mother and his gods. Then comes love for life in general - a genuine appreciation of the wonders of nature, people, art and knowledge. As with everything Wonder Woman does, this love is sincere. While he is highly intelligent, experienced and knowledgeable, he doesn’t have a cynical bone in his body. To his eyes, the world is beautiful despite its horrors, and all life is sacred. Even the worst psychopath is somebody’s child or parent. A part of this love is sharing everything with those around you - Themyscira prides itself on upholding some values traditionally associated with women in most cultures. If Wonder Boy feels happy or has something good (such as cake - cake is good), his first impulse is to share the goods with those around him. Damian is looking for a woman who is essentially, just like an Amazon.

Personality
Upholding certain values is the core mission of Wonder Boy. He’s not here to fight crime or beat up a gallery of villains, but to serve as a living example of the best of his culture — and to change, inspire and save lives.

Wonder Boy might be the only person on the planet who is "exactly" who he seems to be. He never lies. Damian doesn’t equivocate, he doesn’t obscure, he doesn’t deceive, he doesn’t misdirect, and he faces who he really is every second of his life, in part due to the Lasso of Truth brushing against his thigh. The armor of small lies and self-deceptions that makes life tolerable doesn’t exist for her. This is the source of some of his strength - he knows exactly who he is with no room for the smallest bit of denial, and he never shirks problems and confrontations with a little white lie. Thus, every single thing Wonder Boy does is genuine and sincere. Every word, every silence, every gesture, every pursuit is exactly who she is, laid bare. Nothing about him is fake or murky. Wonder Boy once emerged from a magical fire that would carbonize anything touched by deception, a fire that would have destroyed any other being, with only minor burns. Wonder Boy’s word is his bond. With his immense charisma and well-known policy of truth, it is obvious to all observers that when Wonder Boy swears something, he fully means it and would actually die before breaking his oath. Even outsiders and mythological demons realize that. There are some minor exceptions to this policy of truth. One is ruses de guerre - stratagems of war luring the enemy into an ambush, or lulling them into a false sense of complacency, having them fall prey to a diversion, etc. While those involve deception, these are not considered lies in Amazon culture. This distinction also applies to strategic decisions, such as those few circumstances where Damian adopted a secret identity or otherwise disguised his true nature. Those were part of his mission, as he considered that he had to get a better understanding of conventional human societies and couldn’t achieve this as a quasi-godly outsider. Wonder Boy can tell lies, but only under the most extraordinary circumstances and in order to save lives other than his own - the strength of his truth is a choice on his part, not some sort of magical compulsion he has to follow. He will never deliberately lie in less momentous circumstances, and certainly not to spare himself.

Courage means perfect bravery on the battlefield, and being essentially impossible to intimidate. But it goes further than that, and extends to every aspect of his life. Wonder Boy is "committed". Once he decides to do something the amount of pain and discomfort, the risk of death and maiming, the quantity of work and drudgery, the shame and the sense of vulnerability mean nothing to him . This is not solely about charging very large and scary monsters or fighting gods. Wonder Boy seldom hesitates, he doesn’t procrastinate, and he works extremely hard. If his commitment to his values means that he’s going to be very badly hurt, then he just pays the price without wavering. Several times during this run, Wonder Boy unhesitatingly makes strategic decisions that are probably going to doom him but are needed to save lives and achieve critical objectives. He keeps surviving out of sheer toughness, power, and resolve, but that’s not his point. He keeps making those near-suicidal decisions because they’re what is needed in his mission.

Now, despite these redeeming qualities, Wonder Boy also comes from a race and culture based around war and destruction. While peace is generally the nice way to go, if Damian fees that peace would not even be an option, then a good face pounding is always the answer. Amazons are warrior born, and as such, he despises fleeing from a fight, or seeing those paired alongside him give up before trying. Unlike others on him team, he has no qualms about killing someone if that is the only possible method to make said villain stop their actions.

Biography
After the events of Ares' war on Themyscira, Damian had spent a majority of his time along the shores of the island. His eyes always looked out beyond the ocean, as if he was expecting something or someone to come get him. He knew of his sister Diana, who had even become a champion in Man's World, but he did not know for what reason? What had motivated her to leave the island, and where could he find a reason as well? More times that not, Hermes would visit Damian on the island. He would only stop by to drop off souvenirs from Man's World, one of which was his sister Diana and a man clad in a powerful green aura. Their faces and the faces in the background showed that they were about to go into battle with some sort of creature, and if such a threatening creature existed in Man's World then he would have to help them, right? After receiving his mother's blessing, he bid farewell to his sisters before beginning his journey to Man's World.

The flight over the seas was a quiet one and as Themyscira became visibly further and further away, he could feel only one thing down in the pit of his stomach. Regret. However, despite the feeling of regret, he moved forwards. The choice to leave was his decision and he was going to stick by it. His arrival into Man's World was met immediately with a crisis. He had found himself flying somewhere over a military base just as a missile had been triggered by an unknown force and launched towards New York. After stopping the missile, he became recognized by the tabloids as, The New Wonder, Wonder Woman's replacement, Wonder Brat, and as the title he would eventually take to be his own. "Wonder Boy."

While he does possess some degree of brotherly love for Ares, Damian would not hesitate to kill him if need be.

    Initially, during his entrapment on Themyscira, Damian as a young boy had no one to speak to, and no one to play with either. However, one day, Hermes appeared within the cell bringing toys, food, and a change of clothes each day for him to use. As another child of Zeus brought through a different mother, Hermes understood what Damian was going through because of Hera's influence over the Amazons (Their fast desire to kill him), and as such, has always sided with Damian. Within Damian's cell, Hermes trained the boy in using both his speed and ability to fly so that he could properly utilize them when in combat. Knowing that he's the little brother of a man who greatly helped him when he was little, has made Damian more willing to help Hermes whenever the male should ask of it, even if the God does show up at the most inopportune of times.

    As younger brother to most of the Olympian Gods, Achilles is his very first younger brother, and due to this, Damian is constantly looking out for his safety. Despite knowing that Achilles is essentially just like he is, maybe even stronger, Damian can not help but care for his little brother. He is also well aware of the love Achilles possess for him because he looks like Achilles' former lover Patroclus.

[Weapon Information]

  • Bracelets of Submission: Modeled after the shackles the Amazons were once enslaved with under Hercules, Damian wears them as a testimony to the hardships the Amazons endured. The gauntlets were formed from the remains of Zeus's legendary Aegis shield, and were re-forged for his use by Hephaestus. Damian's superhuman reflexes enable him to use the gauntlets to easily deflect projectiles (such as bullets) and powerful energy blasts from beings such as Ares and Darkseid. He is even fast enough to protect herself from multi-vector attacks. The bracelets can also be used in a dual defensive/offensive weapon, redirecting energy blasts back to their point of origin or other targets. Wonder Boy is able to deflect attacks that might otherwise cause him considerable injury but, he can only deflect attacks he is aware of.

  • Silver Laurel (Silver Headpiece): As a sign of his royal heritage, Damian wears a Silver Laurel on his head. Like his predecessor, the headpiece can be removed and thrown forwards as boomerang. The Silver Laurel possesses razor sharp edges and can be used to cut through most solid objects in a very similar manner to a sword. It is also magical in nature and can therefore be used to injure those susceptible to magic, such as Kyrptonians.

  • Lariat of Truth (Lasso of Truth): The Lasso was forged by the god, Hephaestus from the Golden Girdle of Gaea that was once worn by Antiope, sister of the future Queen Hippolyta. However, upon coming into contact with Damian's body, the magical item changed shape completely and became a golden chain, donning the name of the Lariat of Truth. The lariat is completely unbreakable, immutable, and indestructible. The Lariat also appears to be able to alter in length, based on it's wielder's needs. It is able to restore people's lost memories, hypnotize people, get rid of illusions, and people who are in its circumference will be protected from magical attacks, and even cure insanity. Empowered by the Fires of Hestia, the Lasso forces anyone held by it to tell and understand the absolute truth. Its effects can be very dangerous, as not everyone is capable of facing the truth of their actions stripped bare of excuses. The Amazon Artemis, inexperienced with the use of the lasso, inadvertently drove a man to suicide after tying him in it, and the Lasso reduced both Captain Nazi and Ares, God of War, to tearful surrender by revealing to them the truth of their violent actions. Damian occasionally uses the lariat like a whip, and can crack it even when extended to a great length. The tip is not weighted, so this specialized attack is only useful if the lariat can entangle its target so Wonder Boy can then yank it, leaving the lariat to cleave and crush what it’s wrapped around as he pulls. On command with his thoughts, the lariat glows brighter, allowing for illumination when in dark areas. The truth-inducing touch of the lasso has a higher ’setting‘, as it were - if both he and another person touch the lariat, Wonder Boy can will forth both souls to be projected into the lariat. This usually takes the form of floating into endless darkness, where one can only tell the truth and it is possible to just peer into one’s soul and learn about their fears and hopes ; occasionally mental images will fill the darkness. This is a mixture of powerful Charisma (Interrogation) and a Mind Probe. For conflicted persons who have gone through traumatic episodes, have self-loathing issues, etc. being “in the lariat” can be pretty much torture as they are forced to face who they are without any protection. Note that persons without a soul are immune to the Lariat’s touch of truth, since they have no soul to bare. A common application, when Damian needs to promise something or has something promised to him, is for both parties to touch the lariat while taking their oath. The lariat and Damian have a special connection that is tethered to his own soul, and allows only Damian or someone possessing his DNA to properly utilize the lasso's ability.

  • Lansinarian Morphing Disk: A new weapon that Damian has at his disposal. It is a small lightweight disc of Lansinarian technology that, when triggered by his thoughts, transforms into a transparent version of whatever object or vehicle is appropriate for her needs. The device has been used for several purposes, including a communication device, but has been most frequently used in the form of an invisible jet plane, able to submerge beneath the waves and traverse space with no problem. After the events of the Reign of Fear, Damian returned to the island only to be presented the disc by his mother as her last gift to him.

  • Blade of Olympus: Granted by Hephaestus (God of the Forge). The Blade of Olympus is a magical short-sword which remains sealed within Damian's body until it is needed. Much like the Lariat of Truth, the Blade of Olympus is unbreakable. However, the sword has no special abilities whatsoever, save for the fact that it is magical in nature, and is generally only used on those possessing invulnerability. This is mainly because those with invulnerability generally possess a weakness for magic. Otherwise, the sword is simply used as a regular sword to cut down opponents. When summoning the sword, a ball of light will appear wherever Damian has his hands before the light changes form and takes the shape of a regular blade. Likewise, in order to be sealed once again, Damian only needs to will it so.



[Ability Information]


Divine Empowerment: Sometimes called "blessings" or "gifts" even "curses", Divine Empowerment is the ability to enact on certain gifts distributed by an extra-dimensional source. Like many of the Amazons of Paradise Island, Damian has also been blessed with multiple gifts by the Greek Gods. However, unlike the other Amazons, his gifts are bestowed upon him by both the male and female Gods of Olympus. As they are indeed blessings of the Gods, they can be taken by the Gods as well, should they will it.

  • War God Mode: Ares (God of War). While Wonder Boy can generally be seen with his bracelets on at all times, there are times in which he is forced to remove them in order to win, as told to him by Ares. As the bracelets were re-forged to control his godly powers inherited by Zeus, when removed, Wonder Boy undergoes quite the change. When the bracelets are removed, Damian enters a "berzerker rage", in which the sealed powers of his father take full control of his body and actions. In War God Mode, Damian's eyes glow like his fathers. Likewise, the red tattoos on his body and the red stars on his shoulder glow as well before his strength and durability are increased to slightly above Kryptonian levels. However, in exchange for this increase in power, Wonder Boy acts solely on impulse, attacking any in his way with no means of controlling himself or thinking rationally. This mode also temporarily seals Wonder Boy's ability to feel pain, allowing for continuous fighting despite being heavily wounded. In order to "exit" said mode, the bracelets must be placed back onto his arms. The downside to War God Mode, is that while the pain received from fighting, is reduced to a minimum until he puts the bracelets back on. Once the bracelets are returned to their proper places, his body may give out while leaving him conscious, due to the severity of the wounds themselves. The healing process will also be quite painful despite his vast threshold for pain and ability to heal at a superhuman rate. If the injuries are too great while exiting War God Mode, his body may give out on him, causing him to fall into a coma while his body tries to heal itself. There are times however, in which he can enter a Neo War God Mode Granted by Zeus (God of the Skies). This version of his War God Mode occurs when he's been angered to a point in which he desperately seeks retribution or something similar for his friends. At times, he can even be pushed into entering his Neo War God Mode, simply by being sufficiently frightened.

  • Oneness With Fire: Granted by Hestia (Goddess of the Hearth). The blessing of Hestia makes him a focus of truth.

  • Electrical Resistance: Granted by Zeus (God of the Skies) After becoming his father's champion, Damian gained a natural resistance to that of Lightning and Electric based attacks on his body. If not blocked by his Bracelets, his body converts the electricity hitting it into useful energy to keep him up and moving, especially when during a fight. However, there is only so much Electricity that his body can absorb without harmful effects; meaning bolts of electricity would be fine, but if one were to stream electricity at him, then the energy passing through his body would be released at once, causing a massive explosion. The lightning directed at him can also be released back towards an opponent through his hands, giving the illusion that he's firing off a bolt of his own.

  • Flight: Granted by Hermes (Messenger of the Gods). Wonder Boy can also mystically fly through the atmosphere through sure act of will, enabling him to soar through the atmosphere at sub-orbital levels and travel across the planet at supersonic speeds. Under Earth's gravity Wonder Boy is capable of flying at faster-than-light speeds. He tends to fly at speeds of Mach 10 in the atmosphere. His control of his flight is perfect and he can perform aerobatic feats such as hovering, flying backwards, and even lifting great weights while flying.

  • Superhuman Strength: Granted by Demeter (Goddess of Earth). Damian is literally as strong as the Earth because of his link to the planet granted to him by Demeter. After the battle for Themyscira, Wonder Boy is said to be "stronger than Hercules". While the exact magnitude of his strength is unknown, it is generally known that it is sufficient to lift 100,000 tons or more. The specific range to which he can lift is unknown, however, his strength is able to rival that of a Kryptonian and other brawlers in a fight. However, it should be noted that Damian is perhaps, slightly under Kryptonian levels of superhuman strength.

  • Superhuman Agility: Wonder Boy's agility is far beyond that of even an Olympic level athlete, as is his balance and coordination.

  • Superhuman Reflexes: Granted by Hermes (the Messenger God). Wonder Boy's reflexes are far beyond the limitations of the finest human athletes. He has been able to react to a barrage of gunfire from multiple opponents at once unharmed.

  • Superhuman Speed: Granted by Hermes (Messenger of the Gods), His top speed has never been well documented, but he has shown to be faster than the speed of light. He can disarm human opponents of their weapons instantly and can immobilize his opponents with minimal movements. He has been able to react to a barrage of gunfire from multiple opponents at once unharmed.

  • Superhuman Stamina: Granted by Ares (God of War). Wonder Boy can last a great deal of time in any fight and with virtually anyone. He has held his own against the God who gave him said blessing, as well as Hercules in a fight to decide the fate of Themyscira. As his body was made through mystical means, his body does not create lactic acids in his muscles.

  • Superhuman Durability: Granted by Demeter (Goddess of the Earth). Damian, possesses a high resistance to damage and magical attacks. His resistance to injury is not quite as great as a Kryptonian's, however, due to his vast threshold for pain and his amazonian ability to heal at a superhuman rate, this easily makes up for the difference. His Demeter-granted durability seems to have much the same characteristics as the earth - attempting to crush, burn, freeze, punch, etc, the soil is not going to yield much results barring truly massive force, but trying to cut it or pierce it is more likely to work. Blows delivered with Superman-class strength can be withstood by Damian, but impaling or cutting attacks such as bullets, arrows, spears, certain energy beams, swords, axes, etc. will more easily make him bleed or even wound him if they hit a vulnerable spot. He can easily survive under extreme pressures, cold, and heat. Wonder Boy has been able to traverse space (With an air breather), undergo submergence into lava (with slight burns), and withstand a direct explosion from a nuclear warhead (with slight bruns). He is also capable of holding his breath under water for an extended amount of time. Though he’s a technically a Golem, and arguably a Greek God, Damian is entirely organic and functions like a normal human man (though with superhuman strength, speed, durability, etc.). He can have children using the traditional method. His artificial nature only ever matters for very specific mystical purposes. Medically, mentally, etc. Wonder Boy is just a very healthy superhuman male with all the usual organs working in the usual ways.

  • Enhanced Healing Factor: Granted by Demeter (Goddess of Earth). Like the Earth, Damian is constantly renewing himself, allowing him to quickly heal mild to moderate injuries at an amazing rate. His normal regenerative abilities allow him to recover from injury within seconds to minutes. He possesses an incredible immunity from poisons, toxins, as well as disease. In rare cases where he was gravely injured or where another has managed to severely poison him, Damian's body has shown to purge the toxin so long as he remains still and does not move for a while.

  • Great Beauty: Granted by Aphrodite (Goddess of Love). While not a combat-worthy blessing in any way shape or form, it is indeed still a blessing. The blessing of Aphrodite bestows Damian with great beauty, even when being mercilessly attacked. So, should his clothes tear, his hear become disheveled, and his blood begin to spill, something about him will still look handsome to others.

  • Magic Resistance: Granted by Hecate (Goddess of Witchcraft). Born of the magic clay of Themyscira, and given life and divine powers by the gods themselves, Damian has heightened resistance to magical attacks. While magic does not damage him like it does Kryptonians, high-level magic does serve to hinder him and at times, cause great damage.

  • Animal Rapport: Granted by Artemis (Goddess of the Hunt). The ability to communicate with all forms of animals (including dinosaurs) and his presence alone can bring a raging beast to a calm standstill. He is also able to directly command wild animals when needed. However, this is not the same for genetically altered animals, as they've changed to far from the animals Artemis resides over.

  • Enhanced Sight: Granted by Artemis (Goddes of the Hunt) and Athena (Goddess of Warfare). Thanks to the blessing of Artemis, Damian possess the "Hunters Eye" which allows him to hit his mark nine out of ten times. He can see to far greater distances than any normal human, and is able to accurately judge an oncoming target from miles away. As a second blessing, he also possesses the "Eyes of War" which allow him to be very perceptive when it comes to fighting other opponents. The Eyes of War allow him to take not of the minute details when fighting someone, like how they breathe, and which direction their foot turns before they strike.

  • Longevity: The people of Themyscira have been blessed by the combined efforts of the Twelve Olympian Gods, and thus have been granted immortality. The Amazons do not age past their bodies strongest age, which varies between Amazons. In Damian's case, his aging was halted the moment he turned twenty. However, unlike the Gods and Goddesses that they worship, the Amazonians can still be killed, though it will just take a lot of effort.

  • Wisdom of Athena: Granted by Athena (Goddess of Warfare). Damian possesses great wisdom and intelligence. He is among the smartest and wisest members of the Legacy Initiative, and is currently the smartest Amazon living. Damian is also an accomplished strategist and tactician, trained in the arts of leadership, persuasion and diplomacy, and possesses a great deal of courage as well. In times of trial, he is a great leader, but prefers to allow others to lead so that he can focus his strength more towards the physical aspect of battle. The Wisdom of Athena has also given him high proficiency with languages, being able to speak his native Themysciran, Ancient and Modern Greek, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Latin, and Chinese. Through precise muscle control, Wonder Boy can also mimic a male's voice for short conversations. He can indeed attempt a female's voice, but it comes out raspy, and generally sounding like a high-pitched male.

  • Hand-to-Hand Combat (Advanced): Damian is the finest warrior ever born among the Amazons of Themyscira following Diana Prince [Wonder Woman]. He is a master of armed and unarmed combat, proficient with various weapon (especially the bow and the sword) and the exotic martial arts styles of the Amazons.




[Weakness Information]


  • Claustrophobia: Claustrophobia (from Latin claustrum "a shut in place" and Greek φόβος, phóbos, "fear') is the fear of having no escape and being closed in small spaces or rooms (opposite: claustrophilia). It is typically classified as an anxiety disorder and often results in panic attack, and can be the result of many situations or stimuli, including elevators crowded to capacity, windowless rooms, and even tight-necked clothing. The onset of claustrophobia has been attributed to many factors, including a reduction in the size of the amygdala, classical conditioning, or a genetic predisposition to fear small spaces. When trapped in small spaces, his body begins to tremble, and it usually takes a good slap or two to snap him out of it.

  • Equals: On the rare occasions where he has battled other Amazons, or others who rival his strength, they seem more easily able to harm one another. In these fights, Damian believes that it'll come down to which warrior truly has the determination to press onwards, despite any injuries.

  • Inability to Harm Women: Granted by Hera (Goddess of Women) Being raised on a Mystic Island populated by only Women, Damian has a hard time refusing to do something that they ask of him. If a woman (so long as they were not evil) asked him to, lets say, carry her car to her house, then he would do it because that was the way he was brought up. In short, he has a very hard time saying no to women. Even when it comes to female villains, Damian has a very hard time attacking for fear that the Goddesses will spite him for harming a female even after protecting an island of females.

  • Bracelets of Submission: While the Bracelets of Submission are his strongest defensive asset, they also serve as one of his strongest weaknesses as well. As the son of Zeus, the Bracelets also serve to keep his inherited powers from Zeus in check.

  • Submerged Combat: While he is a warrior of a very high combat, fighting underwater has never been a strong suit of Damian's. As such, he tries to avoid such combat as often as possible.

  • Piercing Weapon Vulnerability: Damian is somewhat vulnerable to piercing weapons, such as projectiles. Rifle or top notch machine-gun fire can cause bruising to slight penetration wounds, when not blocked by his bracelets. Knives and swords of magical nature, as well as the attacker, will only cause pain and maybe, a temporary cut. Given his vast strength, it would be obvious that piercing weapons such as bullets, may penetrate his skin, but not his muscle tissue. Poisoned weapons that pierce his skin are a major problem and generally serve to slow and or immobilize him.

Personality
Piper Woods is a sarcastic, snarky, but unrelentingly dedicated individual. As a result of her upbringing, Piper is a persistent, slightly impulsive, if not head-strong, woman. First impressions deem her a very kind and charismatic person, but those who know her long enough learn of her true nature. She pushes herself and those around her to be the very best they can be. Those that have worked with, and for, her know that while she is very strict, she is also very understanding. She is also very intelligent and perceptive, often catching small details that others would otherwise look over as nothing.

She takes charge of (or rather takes over) most situations and is wildly brave, often risking her life by crashing forward, only to have to either frantically talk her way out of or physically defend herself in dangerous situations.

She has had multiple romantic partners, both male and female, throughout her life, though she wouldn't describe any of them as love. While she fully believes that there is someone out there for everyone, she has yet to find her one. Piper has broken off relationships before for being someone's 'one' while not having the same feelings for the other person. She saw this as cruel and didn't want to make the other person suffer from loving her, when she did not love them.

Biography
Twenty four years ago a nurse by the name of Hazel Rhodes and her police officer husband, Shane Rhodes, decided that a baby would be the next step in their loving six year marriage.

Twenty three years ago in Gotham City General Hospital, a beautiful baby girl was born into the Woods family six weeks prematurely. There were a few medical complications following her birth with names that were surely made up on the spot. Or so her parents thought. After a number of surgeries and weeks her medical condition stabilized and she was ready to take home. The Woods brought home there baby girl whom they named Piper.

For the next two years their little girl would transition from a sickly recovering baby to a beacon of good health.

At an early age the girl showed interest in her father's line of work. Much to her mother's dismay. She didn't want her little girl and her husband running after bad guys all the time, getting shot at and whatnot. Just the mere thought of it gave the woman anxiety attacks. Her father on the other hand was proud to see his little girl, whom had been so sick, chase after him. While crime would be a large part of her life growing up, being a police officer was not in the cards for the young girl.

School was a breeze for the next eleven years, as she graduated a year early. Piper was placed in more advance placement classes than she would have liked. Her mother trying to push her into being an attorney, by limiting her free time. She managed to overcome this, which started to change her mother's mind about her daughters passion. Some time around her fourteenth birthday she decided that crime journalism was the thing for her. A passion that would later spark into a successful career. It wasn't until later that her mother joined in on the bandwagon, after realizing that crime journalism, while dangerous, wouldn't be as dangerous as being a police officer. After highschool her parents hoped college would be the next stepping stone in their daughters path to her bright future. Piper on the other hand, had already landed herself an internship at one of Gotham's news broadcasting stations.

During her first month at her new job, her father and herself were attacked by a gunmen that her father had previously tried to lock up. It happened one night while the two of them were catching up. The gunmen landed a decisive blow to her father with a shot right threw his chest. In her confusing and rage, Piper drew her father's revolver and shot the man five times, all but emptying the six chambers of the gun. Her father barely alive told her that he was proud of her, and that if things had been different she'd have been a great cop. He then pleaded for her to end his life. For he knew he'd die if brought to the hospital and he didn't want his wife to get a sense of false hope. For nothing is worse than false hope. In the end, she pulled the trigger one last time. Local witnesses and friends of her father's defending her in the oncoming trail with claims of self defense. No statements were expressed about the second bullet hole in her father's body.

From here her life took a turn. She became more involved in her work and did her absolute best. She did so well that she was moved to a big and better news broadcasting station in Coast City, California. Here she progressed into the fine business woman she is today.

She is currently on a much needed vacation to Paris. A gift from her main employer for all the hard work she's been doing. What luck too. Strange things are happening in Paris. As a journalist, it's her civic duty to get the word out. As she faced the dangers of the Eiffel Tower, a mysterious power turned her to crystal.

In the final moments he hijacked an escape pod and told his brother to seek aid from Earth, warn them that a reckoning was coming. All Nata'Iri could do was watch as his world was engulfed in a terrible eruption.
Favourite Food: Nata'Iri is absolutely smitten with spicy foods. The Ghost Chili extract gives him an amazing blend of pain and exhilaration. He also loves anything having to do with curry.

Least Favourite Food: Nata'Iri actually doesn't enjoy sweets too much. They make him jittery.

Intelligence Level: Nata'Iri can come off as a bit of an airhead, but that couldn't be further from the truth. His sense are sharp and once he catches onto the matter at hand, Nata'Iri's intellect can run with the big boys. Now if the subject matter is about Earth or its history he's absolutely clueless.

Nata'Iri is a gentle soul at his core. He has no love for war or battles, and rather distance himself from conflict unless given no other alternative. When it comes to Earth's customs and culture he is woefully ignorant, though he wishes to learn more! If crossed or when facing a villain and pushed to the point of anger, Starfire's personality also transforms along with his appearance. He becomes fierce to say the least and will fight with everything he has. But even still he often has mercy on his opponent.

Biography
It all began with a war. Due to the disappearance of the Justice League, Darkseid had nothing to hold him at bay any longer. He began his conquest once more, conquering the outer planets first until his sights fell upon the Tamaranean people. The War was hard fought and though they were valiant, the Tamaranean people were pushed to the brink with many already being taken as prisoners of war and slaves. It was decided to lure Darkseid himself to the planet and destroy it in hopes of taking him and his forces with them. A noble sacrifice. Nata'Iri was just a simple soldier during this conflict before he was blessed with inheriting Starfire's powers. He fought his hardest and endured losing family and friends alike to the bloody conflict. Despite the Tamaranean's best efforts, they could not hope to contest the sheer number and power of Darkseid's army. Yet even still they fought to the last battle, where victory was all but eclipsed.

In the final moments of the war, a grim decision was finalized. Nata'Iri protested against but his pleas were met on deaf ears. In a last ditch effort to kill Darkseid and the majority of his forces rather than let it fall under Darkseid's dominion. However, Nata'Iri's eldest brother, Nier, knew that even a sacrifice of this magnitude would not be enough to kill the tyrant. As the countdown to the end began, Nier told his younger brother he had a plan to stop this from ever happening to another world. Nata'Iri followed him desperately wanting to believe there was some powerful weapon he was ignorant of. However upon arrive all he could see was an escape pod. Then all at once, his world abruptly went black. Nier had hijacked an escape pod in order to give his brother one final mission. He whispered into Nata'Iri's ear imprinting the information he needed to live on. "Seek out the Justice League of Earth, surely someone must have survived. You must warn them that a reckoning is coming." With that he loaded Nata'Iri into the pod and launched it. As it sped upward, Nier flew alongside the ship slaying any and all who would try and impede its flight to the stars. Energy weaponry tore through his body but he would not allow his only family to die, not here. Clenching his teeth against the pain and blood trailing from the corners of his mouth, Nier vowed he would see this through.

The countdown reached the event horizon and all around the world the earth splintered with magma pulsing out of the cracks. The soldiers of Darkseid's forces seemed confused but the Tamaranean people were accepting of this end. They would endure even as their world died around them. Nier followed the pod as far as he could before its thrust outpaced him and surged off into the cosmos. At the end of his rope, Nier fell backward losing altitude fast. The light in his eyes was fading due to the severity of his injuries. As the planet began expand outward, Nier welcomed the end with a smile.

Nata'Iri opened his eyes long enough to see his world before his eyes. Within moments the entire circumference of it was cracked threatening to burst at any moment. Then with a great shockwave, the world detonated. He was alone in his wails of agony before the wave of the destruction impacted his escape pod and send him barreling through space. He impacted his head with enough force to render him unconscious as the ship manged to stay the course to Earth.

Tamaranean Physiology: Nata'Iri has green eyes with no pupils, orange skin and fiery hair. When he is using his abilities in full force, his hair seems to glow and react like fire. However, this is simply an illusion. Starfire's alien physiology constantly absorbs ultraviolet radiation and converts it to energy. Starfire's body continually absorbs ultraviolet radiation, which he then converts into the energy that powers his starbolts and ability to fly. Starfire can also store a massive amount of this energy to use all at once in a devastating attack. After holding a great deal of energy in reserve, he creates a maelstrom of energy which resembled that of a star and unleashes a wave of destruction. Such a massive release of energy leaves Starfire in a greatly weakened state afterward, so he only resorts to this attack when absolutely necessary. He also can see much further than humans, but the extent of this has not been explored. Starfire's alien physiology also grants him immunity to gases.

Superhuman Strength: Starfire possesses great superhuman strength

Superhuman Durability: Starfire is so durable, he can resist the vacuum of space.

Energy Projection: Nata'Iri can project his 'starbolts' at opponents in a variety of ways. The energy is burning hot and melts or destroys most metal objects and skin. Starfire can generate energy blasts and release them from his hands or eyes. These "starbolts" are very powerful and can even break through a solid wall of concrete. Using his energy manipulating abilities, he can absorb various energies such as radiation or solar energy which makes him immune to its harmful affects.

Flight: Nata'Iri can use his energy to push himself through the sky. He's capable of flying at great speeds through both the atmosphere and interstellar space. His hair leaves behind a fiery red contrail during flight, which makes it appear even longer than it really is.

"Berserk State": For a very limited time, Starfire can go into a berserker state, granting him even greater strength, invulnerability, and immunity to many forms of damage. It burns through his energy rapidly and afterward he is vulnerable, it is also only use in dire situations.

Linguistic Assimilation: He is also capable of assimilating other languages through physical contact with another person.


Hand-to-Hand Combat (Advanced): Trained as a soldier originally, Nata'Iri can hold his own in a close quarters brawl.

Emotions: He puts everyone ahead of him. When, for some reason, he thinks everyone is better off without him, considering himself dispensable. He wears his heart on his sleeve, but can forget that there are people who care about him; he detaches himself from his feelings when he has to deal with things that he believes are bigger than him.

Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint: She is of the belief that no matter what your past has been, nor where you came from, only you can define who you are. Using things that happened to you as an excuse to be a certain way is not justifiable in her mind.

Religious Viewpoint: She was never taught anything about religion, her father being a completely scientific driven person and also ticked off on "God" for something that happened in his past. Despite that, she likes to at least believe that there is a reason, a meaning, behind things instead of just a bunch of random coincidences.

Personality
Kari can be describe with two simple words: energetic and spunky. She always comes off as wired (with or without coffee) and has no issue in speaking her mind no matter what mode she is in. Underneath her "bubbly" exterior she is a dangerous individual when serious or feeling threatened, fortunately such a dark side only comes out on rare occasions. She worries about the kind of "legacy" she will end up leaving as she feels constantly haunted by her past and her own fathers legacy.

Biography
Kari Dominic was born as a product of illegal experimentation's resulting on her mother. Now how a woman allowed herself to be impregnated and experimented on in such a manner has never become clear as she died upon giving child birth. Her father, the scientist in charge running the whole deal, felt no grief over the loss for his new test subject (his own child though she was never thought as such) relished in the strange electrical interference that occurred each time the newborn was upset. An indication to the success of his work.

Her childhood was far from normal. Each day she was spent being tested on over and over again, enhancing her abilities far beyond those original from her birth, or well honing them into a deadly weapon. Kari was miserable. Her depression blocked her abilities convincing her "father" that she was a weak subject when in reality she just didn't have the heart for it. This only made the testing and experiments more aggressive. One day, she found a means of escape, a slight ray of joy in her life, she discovered she could tap into radio frequencies with just her mind. Music was her release and eventually from there whenever her father wasn't around, she could tap into television and the internet through his screens, learning most of what she knows today.

To help bring out her powers, her father designed a special suite which aided in absorbing, keeping and augmenting electrical currents. She hated this suit since the moment she put it on, though it would in the future end up being her means of salvation. Through this suit he could send out commands, forcing her to do anything he wanted by using pain as a punishment.

The sole reason for her to come into existence, was revealed when she reached the age of 14. Everything else before that, were just thefts as a means to test her abilities. Her "father" wanted a group of people killed, she was basically nothing more than a means of dishing out his vengeance without getting his hands dirty. Kari refused. She sobbed. Threw fits. The girl had no desire to kill anyone, cursing her abilities. Fighting against her fathers wishes and demands coming in through her suit, attempting to bare the pain, her mind eventually broke, losing all control and doing in the end everything he had wanted. Barely escaping the confusion her self.

She was greatly punished for her defiance and at that very moment, something in her awakened. For the first time in her life, she had something in her mind she wanted to do for herself. Without her father realizing, she rearranged the suit, destroying any control him or anyone else could have on it. On her next assignment, rather then doing as he asked, she betrayed him, leading to his capture, by using her abilities to tap into police radio and phones to his location along with everything he had done. Kari, vanished to a place far from her own home. Having never been registered, her existence was never input into any government system.

Since then, Kari has learned to control her abilities, finding a new appreciation for them, however to survive on the streets she has used them to survive, stealing when needed. Kari also somewhere along the line came to learn and enjoy breakdancing. She also gave herself the name Kari as her father never gave her one.

Bodysuit: Initially created by her father, Kari has adapted it over the wears to turn it into something that will aid her when using her when fighting. The fabric which wraps her body is made up of special fibers with conductive metal weaved into them. Both the fibers and metal react to electric and magnetic fields, making electric particles become even more attracted to her without doing anything. Due to the materials of the fabric every time she moves the amount of static is greatly amplified giving her more electricity to use. The headset part of the body suit has two functions: the first to boost the range of which she can pick up wireless waves of communication (along with signal strength); the second is as a battery, for the back of the headset on the neck and shoulders is a small yet complex and powerful set of batteries which will absorb and keep electric energy stored, reducing the strain on her body.

Electromagnetism: The ability to manipulate electrically charged particles. Kari can attract or repel objects, create or manipulate magnetic poles and create or manipulate electrical currents. She can also use this power using her own body as a magnetic pole or charge an object with a polarity to all it to attract or repel from her own body.
Electrokinesis: The ability to create and manipulate electricity or lightning that can be from a natural source or created through other means. Kari can use them in various forms, emitting literal lightening from her body or sometimes she likes to make them into balls instead.
Magnetic Manipulation: Kari's is able to manipulate magnetic fields and/or magnetic sensitive materials (e.g. iron), repelling or attracting such materials around her body.

Wireless Communication Interaction: Kari can pick up any form of wireless communication, tapping into the radio and phones along with anything else that travels through wireless means. However, even if something isn't transmitted wirelessly, if she is into physical contact with the form of transmission she too can manage to tap in.

Telepathic Resistance: Due to the brain being a collection of electrical reactions, as Kari can manipulate such things, her mind is extremely resistant to any sort of telepathic evasion and mind control.

Flight: Due to the magnetic sensitive metals in her bodysuit, Kari through her powers can fully levitate her body imitating flight.

Electrokinesis: Kari can come off as a living battery, however, she has her limit to how much electricity she can control. This isn't due to her energy supply but her biological limitations.The more energy she has pass through her (at a single time) the stronger the after effect will be. Usually by the end of a battle she needs to rest up a bit and eat.

Magnetic and Electric Resistant materials: Kari can not electrically charge materials that have no electric conductivity, therefore unable to also magnetic idea them.

The world isn’t all sunshine and rainbows; it’s a very cruel and nasty place. It doesn’t care how tough you are, it’ll bring you to your knees and keep you there if you let it. Because nothing hits harder than life, not Batman, not Wonder Woman, not even Superman. It’s not about how much you can get hit, it’s about how much you can get hit and keep moving forward. Pain is temporary.

You have to believe in something different can happen to make it happen. He who says he can and he who says he can’t, are usually right. For most people, their deepest fear is not that they are inadequate, but they are powerful beyond measure. That it’s their light, not their darkness that frightens them.

For Remy, his ideal is to embrace the thing many human beings ignore in the back of their head. The urge, the feeling, to the right thing is what Remy desire to the do because the world is a very cruel and nasty place.

Personality
Remy is a serious, driven, and easy-going young man. In a way, he’s the perfect big brother to younger people, but the worst younger brother. By this, he could be the best big brother anyone could ask for: the nicest, the coolest, and most approachable guy most people every meet. Remy approaches every situation with confidence born from talent and experienced, yet not be ostentatious to his peers and friends. Remy genuinely cares the well being of most people, just not those he calls enemies. Yet, in the aspect of being a little brother, it may seem to be almost unbearable for people older than him.

Remy’s motivation is quite strong, but yet complex, and sometimes even he doesn’t understand it. While he loves the thrill of being a hero, it isn’t something he does just for fun. After his mother’s death, something just snapped in him. He realized he couldn’t sit around anymore and just watch was going on in the city and just hope that they get brought to the court system to be brought justice. He now, feels a sense of responsibility to uphold the good even when the personal costs go beyond the call of duty. In a way, he sometimes feels as if he’s compensating for something.

Yet among these things, Remy’s greatest personality trait is his courage. For many people, the fear of failure keeps them down, but when it comes to getting justice served. In and out of the suit, Remy acts with complete fearlessness when it comes to himself and will openly say, he is coming after a corrupted official to their face. When in costume, he takes on all odds even when impossible because no innocent is worth ignoring. If he has too, he’ll take pain on in strides. He’ll take physical and mental torture with a smile if he has too. If he has too, he’ll take a bullet met for someone else.

As a person, Remy is adaptable and quite calculating. Even when he seems impulsive, it usually because he already has a plan in mind. While Remy may prefer the truth, he is quite capable of lying if he has too. But while Remy may be compassionate, he believes in fair justice. If there is dirty cop that kills other cops, he won’t mind killing them. While it’s not exactly eye for eye, he is stern on this ideal. A cop, who betrays his own and his oath is nothing, but scum. Those are the people, he kills… those he deems scum and those who threw away their humanity to be monsters. Everyone else will be taken down.

Despite many people thinking him to be a villain, Remy knows he's a hero and doesn't care what anyone says about it.


Biography
On one late earlier summer’s eve, Remy Mathis was born to Elias Mathis, Wayne Tech Developer, and Mary Mathis, former Navy Seal and current detective. If only Remy knew then of how lucky he truly was to be born to some of the most honest people in Gotham City. Prior to his birth, his parents had been informed that it was highly possible for him to be born with genetic diseases or defects due to his mother’s age. Yet they never treated him any different. Yet much to their surprise, Remy was perfectly normal and developed, physically and mentally like other kids his age.

By the time, he was five, his father decided to home school Remy, believing the school system of Gotham would only ruin, his son’s chances at greatness like it had ruined his. Despite not being the most financially off, the Mathis family home schooled Remy from kindergarten to twelfth grade. A lot of the work initially involved the sciences and math, due to his father’s personal interest in engineer. He even went as far as forcing Remy to play motherboards and other equipment from that early age even if he didn’t truly understand. He figured the earlier his son got familiarized with the objects, the more second nature it would become. Yet this was only father’s goal to turn his son into a younger him, so he could pursue the things, he, himself could not. This continued for awhile until Remy broke the news that he wasn’t truly interested in that field of work at the age of 9. His father’s took it better than he could have expected even though he still forced him to do the work anyways. What Remy truly was interested was the law and at the point of time, that meant being a detective like his mom. At first, she tried to shy him away from the area altogether, but slowly. She let him explore that world, but telling him stories of her experiences, letting him take self-defense classes with her and a few former Seals, and go to the shooting range. In her words, “If you’re going to be a protector of Gotham, you got to do it right and be ready for the stuff this place throws at you.”

As long as Remy kept up with his academics, his mother taught him various activities on the side. As Remy got older, he realized, that his mother could only teach him so much and started to venture in odd parts of town and learning the ways of various peoples. Sometime in the strangest people: gangsters, homeless people, the senior citizens, business men, and even the rambling crazy people. By the time, Remy turned 17, he was done with high school courses and on his way to college at Gotham University.

For his associate’s and bachelor’s, Remy decided to pursue the science route with engineering deciding he could use a fallback incase anything happened, but something else he decided in those short four years was the he wanted to be a lawyer. What good could a cop be, if there wasn’t someone honest trying to make sure they got put beyond bars. After, his three years of law school in Keystone City, Remy returned to Gotham City.

Passing his bar exam, he was on his way to celebrate with his family when he got the call. His mother had been rushed to the emergency room after tailing a lead with her partner to an abandon apartment building in Crime Alley, where things went wrong. From her partner’s report, someone got the jump on them and fired a few rounds into her and clipped him. By time he got to the hospital, she was fading. The only words she managed to say to him before fading was, “…Trust no one.”

At first, he acted as if he was fine for weeks after the funeral, but he truly wasn’t. He stopped seeing his dad and his dad just buried himself into his work. With every corner he turned, with every cop or questionable person around him, he found himself doubting everything he knew. So he finally did something about it. He remembered as a kid, if his mother brought work home she’d hide it from his father, and it’d always be in one place. The top shelf of the laundry room. Rather than finding one single case, he found a box full of information. It contained information about the Red Hood, but he wasn’t sure too much about how he was involved. It took awhile to riff through the information, but the closest thing to a clue he got was map with red sharpie circle on a location.

This discovery led Remy to something he never expected to see. The map took him to some old run down district of Gotham, where he found the building circled in the map. At first, he couldn’t figure out what was special about this one building. For all sakes and purposes, he couldn’t. Until it just clicked.

He had checked around and inside the building, but… not the very top. He took the fire escape, and made his way to the top. There, he found a rooftop entrance that led to a secret floor. A bunker belonging to the Red Hood.

At first, he felt as if this was a dead end, but then he started to realize… it wasn’t. Picking up one of the helmets, he placed it on his head. He felt… so angry and hurt, he just let it all come rushing in at the same time. So he went to the only place he hadn’t looked for answers. His mom’s partner.

What happened between him and Remy was nothing pretty. The first words out of his mouths were about; he did what was asked of him. That his partner was out of the picture and no one would be digging into some deal. Those were the only words, he could remember hearing before seeing red. He went at the detective with everything he had. They fought, but he came out on top and kept going. With every punch, he felt more and more angrier.

When he finally snapped out of it, he found himself starring at an almost beaten to death man. The thing about it though, he didn’t feel done. A man… willing to betray an honest cop for such scum. So… he snapped his neck.
Disappearing from the scene without a trace, Remy contemplated for days about what happened… how he felt. So he returned to the bunker, he searched it, and found the answers that he was searching for.

For the next 10 months, he disappeared almost completely off the face of the earth to train with people, masters of their art. The things he did… the things he had to do… no human being would ever understand.

After those longs months, he returned to Gotham with a mission statement. One, that everyone would soon know.

[Weapon Information]

The Red Hood Helmet: After studying Red Hood’s helmet, Remy modified and created a new more portable helmet. Designed as two compact disk and a compact bar, when activated the bar expands and allows sheeted metal to emerge and create a helmet. Like its predecessor, it is bulletproof and can take be next to impossible to damage. Inside the helmet, a small computer is built in. It is capable of reading bio-informatics, vision light adjustment; it has the ability to amplify/null out sound, and voice modifier.
The Red Hood Suit: The Red Hood armor is composed of various experimental material fibers with a tensile strength higher than any body armor currently on the market. It causes punches and blows to absorbed with less damage down to the user. It has kevlar Remy designed his armor to be capable of absorbing damage from superhuman level attacks. It can take extreme cold and heat.
Dual Modified Hand Guns: Remy modified his guns to be more than just objects that could fire metal shell casings. So rather than bullets, Remy has modified his guns to fire concussive, electrical, energy, incendiary, and cryo rounds. Red Hood Suit Gauntlets/Gloves: Remy took a few ideas from Red Hood, some of them being glider wings housed in the forearms and a grappling hook with reticle aimer on the forearms. They're made of a material capable of blocking swords and blunt weapons. Installed into the forearms, there are slots capable of shooting smoke pellets and tracers. Within the palms of the gloves, he can emit an electrical surge that can stun enemies.

Biography
The life of James Vogel could be best described as average in its early stages. Born as the son of an ex-CIA operative turned private investigator, while his mother was a renowned neuro-psychiatrist and author. Both of his parents were very loving and compassionate individuals towards James, something his estranged older brother Jacob greatly disliked. Growing up their father was largely absent, taking on numerous cases to help keep the family afloat. On his time off he spent quite a bit of time with the two, teaching them how to track others as well as a handful of other things he learned from his days as a CIA agent. James had always excelled at everything his father taught him and they shared a very close relationship. Jacob on the other hand, excelled for all the wrong reasons it appeared. During James early teens and Jacob's peak into adulthood their mother noticed some very uneasy characteristics that Jacob began to show. He was very isolated by his own choice, had few friends, and was often aggressive and prone to fits of rage or jealousy when interrupted or challenged; One occasion during their childhood he pushed young James into the pool hoping he would drown so their parents focus would rest on himself. His mostly unsettling quality though was his lack of empathy which their mother easily identified as early traits of a psychopath. Fearing the worst for her son she attempted to treat him the best she could, with little results to show for it.
When James was fifteen, his nineteen year old brother had finally snapped. During a hunting trip with their father apparently he suffered an "accident", when in reality Jacob shot him in the back when he wasn't paying attention. Upon his return home, their mother had him institutionalized in order to protect James as well as herself. Over the course of the next year James began to learn more and more about the true nature of his brothers illness from his mother, as well as tracking a handful of other killers thanks to his father’s skill set. His strong sense of wanting to do good in the world is what led him to falsify his age on paper in order to join the Navy at 16. Over the next few years he showed exemplary skill eventually joining the SEAL program and working his way up to Lieutenant. His precise methods and unquestionable results while on missions eventually led to his recruitment by ARGUS to become a part of their Anti-metahuman branch, which he happily agreed to. The killing in the military was beginning to take a toll on him, so capturing Metahuman threats seemed to be a much more fulfilling occupation. During his time with the organization he met who he would consider the love of his life, Naomi and the two began dating just before James's 22nd birthday. However a distress call from home would call him away from the organization, permanently. He received word that Jacob had escaped the institution, and to make matters worse, murdered their mother on James's birthday. After putting in his letter of resignation his partner and longtime friend offered to back him up in capturing his mothers killer, but James refused stating simply that it was a "family matter".

After returning home he began to follow up on every lead he possibly could get about the death of his mother, which would eventually point in the direction of his older brother Jacob. Now the game of cat and house had begun. Over the course of the next two months James had spent every waking moment tracking his psychopathic brother across the Eastern seaboard, which would eventually lead them to Gotham. During this visit his brother decided to leave a handful of corpses in his wake in an attempt to steer James off his trail. This mistake caught the attention of none other than the one called Batman, unbeknownst to James. During the course of the hunt he managed to keep in close contact with his former Argus partner, in order to have access to the proper technology to track his target. On the night he managed to narrow down a location, he returned home to a startling discovery, his wife lay dead in the room they were staying in. She had insisted numerous times that she come along and the sight of her body appeared to crush the young man’s very soul. Knowing that Jacob was in the same city and part of town on top of having him cornered, he donned his former Argus gear and set out into the night. During the course of the night he crossed paths with the new legacy calling himself Batman, Anthony Mitchell, unknown to James. He heard Batman had been inactive for a brief time but nothing noticeably long for him to detect, and besides his focus was on the target at hand. After a brief conversation the agreed to travel through the night after the mutual target which James was grateful for. However as they came to the block where Jacob was thought to be hiding, James caught sight of a red dot on the chest of the Dark Knight. His military insincts kicked in since it appeared Batman didn't quite catch it, and he dove into the Caped Crusader, pushing him out of the way. Unfortunately the high powered rifle bullet managed to catch the proper angle to slip through the armor in his uniform. As James went down he sent off a distress call to his former partner in Argus, knowing the wound could easily be fatal if not addressed in time. It appeared Batman did all he could, but James's world soon went black.
After a few days in the ICU James came to very weak in hospital room at an Argus facility near Gotham. When he woke, the partner he had sent the call to was sitting in a chair next to his bed, overjoyed at the sight in front of him. He explained that on the passing days Jacob had most likely fled the city as no word of his capture had been heard. Disheartened, James decided that Naomi and his family would want him to push on, even if he did truly feel he had nothing left. He owed it to their memory to try and help his brother Jacob, or at least make him face justice. After a few months of recovery he decided to utilize his skills to become a Private Investigator. As the news began to spread of new heroes starting to take up the mantles of those that had disappeared, crime was finally starting to be driven back in multiple places across the country. A fair concentration managed to fall on a small city called Bludhaven, making it a natural choice for James to relocate and catch criminals. Since he preferred to catch his bounties in any way possible, he began to train himself back into top physical condition, even adding parkour into the mix to capture the most agile of them. Over the few months James was living there he heard more and more stories about their own resident guardian seemingly disappearing, and unlike the others theirs had not returned. This puzzled James for quite some time until he came upon a mugging in an alley way while walking home one evening. His overwhelming sense of justice forced him to intervene which ended in his training showing its progress as the victim thanked him and promptly left. As the smile crept on his face he turned to face what appeared to be a message written in graffiti on the walls: "Where is Nightwing?", followed by a symbol of a blue bird with its wings spanned out as if guarding something precious. This incident began to make James ponder, if he didn't stand up for others here, who would? He knew he couldn't allow more victims like himself be created, so after a few phone calls to his former partner in Argus, he managed to get his hands on a bit of technology to further his crime fighting ideal. After a couple of modifications to the brief assets he received, and adjustments to his standard Argus uniform (including the symbol he found in the alley), it appeared everything was in place for a new guardian to assume the mantle. Nightwing had returned to Bludhaven.

Nightwing Suit: A modified version of his Argus Anti-Metahuman Task Force uniform, James's costume is made up of sturdy but flexible material that is not only suited his strength in speed and acrobatics, but also was durable enough to take bullets from machine guns and low-leveled superhuman opponents (Blockbuster etc). The costume has a stylized blue "wing" across his shoulders and extending to his hands, coloring his two middle fingers, over a black torso and legs. He also has gauntlets much like Batman's own suit. Nightwing's costume is tailored specifically to his unique style of crime-fighting. The domino mask is shaped just like his wing-dings, and it has various capabilities such as being able to track the GPS coordinates of a cell phone, and night vision. His gauntlets can also shoot remote bombs (equivalent to 1 stick of TNT), a sonic device with his ear dampeners, and a grapple line. They also contain a high powered magnet in the event he and his sticks get separated.
Escrima Sticks: Personalized by James himself, his Escrima sticks are made of a sleek black, lightweight metallic material. They can be linked together to form a staff or even be used as nunchaku and are balanced for accurate throwing.
Gadgets: Aside from wing dings and his escrima sticks Nightwing also utilizes a number of other gadgets such as: small explosives (equivalent to 1 stick of TNT), grapple lines, smoke bombs, lock picks, audio monitoring equipment, and even remote hacking gadgets (within a 50-yard radius).

Jazz believes love is something that can grow in the unlikeliest of places but it's always something you have to work at. She sometimes feels there's a fine line between great friendship and romance and she believes that you can love more than one. If her romantic partners were comfortable with it she'd be comfortably in a polyamorous relationship. She'll pour her heart out to everyone and if something sparks she'll grab for it. She's not scared of heartbreak, she thinks all relationships whither after time so she just wants to love as much as she can.

Personality
Sometimes Jazz can be a little overwhelming. She acts like a kid on sugar only without the sugar. Initially it might seem like everything is just a game to Jazz, which isn't true. In a way she feels responsible to remain optimistic when others can't. She knows the business that they are in doesn't often lead to happy memories and more often than not the people she meets have all experienced horror in their lives. Jazz takes joy out of the little things and has a tendency to drown out the bad things and unhealthily ignore them if she can't fix them. If something has troubled her she'll likely keep it in until she explodes and when that happens she'll be screaming with anger but fortunately this is a rare occurrence.

Although she tends to pent up feelings she normally tells people how it is. If she's upset she'll make sure people know what they did to upset her she doesn't believe in playing games when it comes to social interactions with others. Honesty is the best policy but she's not good at letting grudges go and that's when the pent up feelings begin to grow.

Once you've made a friend with Jazz you've made a friend for life. Jazz is outgoing and far-reaching with her social circles. Some people she might feel very fondly for might still only consider her nothing more than an acquaintance. She also doesn't show much respect for boundaries and will show mostly anyone physical affection with hugs and kisses unless they've outright told her to stop. She's fiercely loyal and protective to the people she considers friends, even if they haven't spoken in years. Some might consider this a weakness but despite her strong love towards people she knows when she's about to be dragged into a trap or something that's only going to cause trouble. Even if someone means the world to her, if they are asking her to follow through with a stupid plan she isn't going to bite. If Jazz no longer considers someone a friend they must have done something insanely stupid and bad to have severed that tie.

Jazz is incredibly proud of what she does and she'll often sign things off with a signature to make sure people know where she's been.

Biography
Jazz's start on this Earth was just about as typical and as mundane as anyone would dream for. There was no death, no huge hurdles in the road for her to overcome and it was actually as if everything was handed to her on a plate. Opportunities were always there for her to strive to be the best that she could. She was raised by two loving parents with decent and respectable jobs who may have seemed strict but only in the best interest to push Jazz to make full use of her natural intelligence. Her parents were together until she left the nest to fend for herself and broke up when they realised there was no reason to stay together. She grew up with an older brother, who had a learning disability, Jazz would often help where she could and whom she adored with all her heart. Despite how grateful she was for the life she lived she couldn't help but feel like there was something missing. She needed to find a greater purpose in her life and a greater excitement. She didn't want to run through life without experiencing troubles, heartbreak or leaving a strong mark on the world. The idea of getting stuck into a monotonous job and simply existing until her inevitable but late demise was something that terrified her.

She went to MIT studying AI and robotics and it was here where she began to meet socialists and 'hacktivists'. She didn't think much of it at first, considered them to be rebels that were trying to get her to break her otherwise goodie two-shoes streak but she found herself dragged into their politics simply through the friends she made. She respected what they did but never tried to get completely involved. She would occasionally help provide code for their hacks and she would always sign it off with "Knightxoxo" - it was her gamertag so she did it out of habit. She frequented their parties where they would often joke about taking down big cooperation's and distribute the company's money to charities. Jazz didn't agree with their ideals. Destroying the companies would be destroying thousands of jobs, it would be a chain reaction of destruction and bring down entire communities and economies.

One early morning when her friends had either passed out or were too intoxicated to know what was happening she looked over the algorithm they had running to hack into the research division of Wayne Enterprises. She didn't let her friends know this but she decided to sabotage their little plan before any damage could be done. She could have unplugged the PC but what would be the fun in that? It would also be tough to explain why the computer fritzed out whilst they were asleep. So instead she took out her own laptop and counter-hacked the hack. Hacking into Wayne Enterprises to put in new firewalls and hurdles that her friend's code couldn't handle. It should have been as simple as that if Brian hadn't decided to check up on the progress. He quickly caught on to the counter attack and managed to get 10 grand out of the account before Jazz shut down his connection permanently. Fortunately that amount of money was just pocket change and would not even leave a dent in the budgets. She didn't try to mask her IP, maybe she secretly wanted to be found out. She left a text file in the servers.

Her friends were too ecstatic about managing to drag out 10 grand that they seemed to forget the bigger picture. Whilst they were busy rolling in cash Jazz thought it was about time she found a different social circle. Some days past and she spent the time focusing on her studies. But then a mysterious message popped up in her emails. She was almost going to mark it as spam until she recognised the name 'Oracle'.

"Well, "knight in shining armor" time to prove if that was just a fluke.
Oracle"

There was nothing more than a link which lead to a dud page. Jazz shut her email off and continued to work. Whatever it was it was probably just a joke right? She didn't know what she was getting herself into. She couldn't stop thinking about what it could mean but it wasn't until a couple of days that she decided to try and crack the enigma. It was a game and Jazz was willing to play. After breaking through the simple code on the site she came across a series of images. A man called Daniel Whetherson, a CEO at NetTek and incriminating evidence that they were doing underground deals with criminals in Gotham by supplying them with guns and ammunition. Jazz took the hint. She took down Daniel once she had enough evidence to lock up both him and his clients in jail. She followed up all that information and sent it to the police, unfortunately that wasn't the end of Whetherson, apparently with enough money you are more or less immune to being locked up.

"A little sloppy but I think we could do this again sometime.
Oracle"

It did begin to become a regular occurrence, Oracle would send over jobs and Jazz wouldn't waste time helping her out. Oracle still kept distance and secrets, not willing to open up and let her see who she was. Jazz felt as though maybe she could gain that trust, maybe the next job would be the one she would finally decide to let her in on her game. That moment didn't come but Jazz was patient. She enjoyed fighting side by side with a vigilante anyway. It was great to see a genius at work.

Then there was radio silence. Days passed and no response. Weeks passed and Jazz got impatient. Had she done something wrong? It was time to figure out who this 'Oracle' was. That was easier said than done. Finding any references of Oracle was hard enough but she managed to begin to make a few connections to common vigilantes: Black Canary, Huntress and even Batman. Jazz was beginning to think that she'd hit the gold mine, a hacker working with Batman himself? Now that was something Jazz wanted to get on. It took a while, Oracle was good and incredibly cautious, she'd give her that.

It was then that the news began to show reports questioning where Superman and other superheroes had gone. Had they retired without so much as a warning? Gotham began to become overturned with chaos and murder and it was then that Jazz feared the same fate had happened to Gotham's heroes. It couldn't be, not when she was so close to uncovering who Oracle was. She began to become obsessed with this, letting it impact her work at college. She wouldn't sleep and neglected to eat as she had collected news articles, sightings and even uncovering some old tech from Batman and Black Canary. After about a month she finally managed to decode the frequency and it brought her to the Kord tower.

From there everything began to slot into place. Barbara Gordon, she was Oracle but she too had gone missing with the rest of the heroes. The place felt like a room of ghosts, there was something creepy about so many heroes going missing and leaving the place more or less in tact. Despite that the Kord Tower was full of wonderful gems and Jazz now had free reign to all of Barbara's best work. She may not have ever been able to meet the woman face to face but this was about the best she could get from an absent mentor. Strangely her first thought wasn't to rebuild the Oracle name. The life of a vigilante seemed much more dangerous than the life of a part-time hacktivist but the terrors of what was happening to the world without the heroes she began to respect that what they did was necessary and as new heroes began to appear Jazz realised that she more or less owed it to Babs.

[Weapon Information]

Kitty: Her first 'child', a small drone that she takes with her everywhere.
Features:
    - Facial recognition software / camera feed
    - Various ports, plugs and wires for integrating with more or less any system.
    - Recognises verbal commands and voice recognition
    - Occasionally 'purrs' when it's overheating
    - Small compartments for hidden stashes or presents for her friends on field
    - Dexterous arms that can carry things or press buttons and contract when not in use
    - Speakers for conversation or to relay messages
    - Direct connection to all of Jazz's devices
    - Has fail-safes in place for EMP attacks
    - Outer body is weather and water proof and can withstand harsh impacts and temperatures.

Pocket drones: They are small circular disks that look like hockey pucks. Once thrown into the air they unfold and fly into the air. They carry small guns and electric shock pulses to stun enemies.
'HAL': Jazz's all encompasing AI. She chose to name it after Space Oddyssey 2000's infamous AI which became corrupt and killed humans. Some don't find it amusing or think it's tempting fate but it brings a smile to Jazz's face everytime. She has HAL installed and talking to all devices besides Kitty - who is her one fail-safe should HAL corrupt or become vulnerable.
Features:
    - Advanced learning, HAL can learn from it's own mistakes or when others tell him what he should be doing. He adapts and reacts to situations as they come.
    - Constantly surveying radio frequencies, police channels and the internet for crime alerts whether current or pending.
    - Can perform basic speech and conversation with humans but often struggles with subtlety.
    - Will only perform tasks with Jazz's verbal confirmation or with a programmed override.
    - Can hack into basic systems itself based on Jazz's common algorithms and even adapt the algorithms if necessary.
    - Through facial recognition it can scour all traces of the person online and will try and handpick what it deems to be relevant posts and information on the person to cut down time. The facial recognition isn't flawless.
    - Voice and face scrambler.
    - Can connect to security systems and use said scramblers on all systems.
    - Has a bonus 'joke' feature where you can ask HAL to cheer you up and he will perform jokes until he hears a laugh or is yelled at to stop.

Motorbike: Foldable and lightweight, it's more or less what it says on the tin.
Oracle Mask: Oracle mask has a HUD, mic, thermal and night vision displays and as everything else it is connected to HAL. She uses it if she's on the field or needs to conceal her identity.
SARC: She has a device which we likes to call her SARC (super awesome remote control). The device fits to her temples and the back of her neck and can respond to brain patterns to understand commands. With this device she can control her droids and equipment but she can also use it to control other machines remotely after hacking into their systems. It's connected to HAL which means HAL is more or less in her head.
Toolkit: She's always got a powerful tablet, spare computer parts and small repair kit for her droids as well as some highly powerful battery packs that work with her droids and potentially other machinery.


[Ability Information]


Super Hacking: If there is something that Jazz can't crack she hasn't come across it yet.
Robotics: Her hacking skills might have been where her true talent lied but robotics was her true passion. She loves to get creative with her creation and with mechanics skills she can craft many of her ideas.
AI Programming: If she has the time to develop her AI skills she could be able to produce AI that is revolutionary. She is able to create AI that can replicate human trail of thought but as is always the flaw in AI is can't feel like a true human so there will always be an element of error and danger to giving a AI too much control.
Mnemonic: At least if a hard-drive were to corrupt beyond repair she would be able to store the back up in her mind, although she seems to only really be able to remember numbers and code because of this she's tends to write her notes in number code not only because it makes things harder for others to read but because if the message is important enough she'll be able to recount it when the moment comes.
Self defense: Taking on the role of Oracle is a dangerous job. She had to learn some basic hand to hand. She knows enough to be able to diffuse a situation and get away from the scene without causing damage to her or the aggressor but she doesn't put it into practice and tries to avoid it when she can.
Detective skills: She wouldn't profess to be the next Sherlock or Batman but she certainly learnt a thing or two about uncovering secrets when she followed the trail of Barbara.
Multi-Lingual: Her parents both being Brazillian meant she learnt Portuguese from a young age. Subsequently Spanish was easy to pick up and she took up Mandarin classes at college.
Agile: She's not a good jumper, climber or acrobat but she's fast on her feet and quick to avoid obstacles when she's paying attention. She loves roller-blading, it's more or less her default form of transport.



[Weakness Information]


Physically Weak and Average: She isn't athletic by any means but she keeps her body active when she can. Physically overpowering her is relatively simple.
Human Clause: She isn't invulnerable to anything, far from it.
Lack of Physical Awareness: Jazz has a few rituals and habits which normally involve her drowning out the world around her with music or focusing on her work and ignoring her surroundings because of this she might not even be aware if a fire started next to her until the smoke started choking her or know when someone is attempting to sneak up and attack her until the knife is to her throat. Fortunately her droids are a little more capable of warning her of oncoming danger.
Technology Crutch: Without Technology and gadgets she is nothing more than an intelligent citizen.
Technology Empathy: She tends to forget that machines aren't people. They can be stored, backed-up and repaired. If any of her little droids were to get damaged she takes it pretty hard. Sometimes in the heat of the moment she'd be willing to endanger herself or people around her just to save her droids.
