Abie nodded as the other male comforted him. Jeeze why now of all times does he act like a whelp. This is what made his Mentor so irritated at him. He just knew it. He looked at the male as his shoulder was patted. Smiling he briefly held that hand before letting go to look down at the list. Looked like the herbs their Mentor had the house healer use in teas and such when someone wasn't feeling right. As Abie looked down, Incanthis would notice the ever so faint rising of his skin under the band painted over his eyes. The youth blinked and looked up slightly, the light hitting them causing faint shadows to make them more pronounced.
"Well, it looks like a list of herbs I've seen our House Healer use in teas when we're not feeling right. Either way, this is a pain. Aqio does this rarely, but when he does. He always makes it the worst timing for me. Jeeze. Little brothers..." he grumbled.

Incanthis set his basket down at his feet, nudging it forward so it was out of the way where nobody would step on it. Once he was certain that the basket and its precious contents were safe he leaned over to look at the list, reading it over, before he gave a nod, "Herbal teas are quite useful for all manner of things, I use them from time to time but given the weather here I tend to stick to cold teas." He said with a smile, "Well, at least as cold as one can make a tea without the help of someone wielding magic that is. The right mix of herbs and berries and one can even make a medicinal tea taste good. Something that is quite important when one has fussy little brothers." A thought on the past, one that made him smile just a little bit. He leaned over to look at the list for a moment before taking it from Abie, holding it out to the one in charge of the booth, "This is the list of what we will need. It's a sizable order so a little help gathering it all would be most appreciated, Zavris." He said to the one behind the booth. The man took the list from Incanthis, gave it a once over, then nodded, "An easy enough order to fill." The man said before he moved to help the pair gather everything up that was on the list in the quantities that were listed alongside the name of the herbs. Giving a smile Incanthis turned to look at Abie and said, "See? Not so bad." He said, ruffling Abie's hair as he might do if it was Isaris or Issaly that was shopping with him. Giving a smile he turned back to the booth, aiding Zavris in gathering the herbs that Abie needed to get for his brother who had pawned the list off on. Giving a little chuckle he said, "Brothers are quite the handful, that is something that has always been and will always be true."

Abie let Incanthis do his thing as he stood off to the side. Again mentally swearing he saw his twin the youth's nose twitched. This was not a fun day. Well, mostly. He looked back to the shifter to watch him as everything was gathered. Fishing out the necessary coin, which he should of seen this coming since he realized he had enough coin and then some for this trip. He sighed slowly through his nose, blasted little brothers. As Incanthis spoke Abie's head tilted... Ah...spoken like someone who's either had experience or is dealing with them currently. He figured since Incanthis was marked. That was an unwise thing to speak out loud. So instead he chuckled. Then nodded. "Mentor has the healer chill most of the teas before we drink them. Most of the time they turn out lukewarm. Which is just fine by me."He blinked at the other male, smiling gently when Incanthis proved to be beyond great help. As he beamed at the vendor then passed along the payment, he searched his belt for a opening and found....a pouch. He stared at it. "Aqio...you sneaky little punk. This is the herb pouch."He nodded after a thought. "Agreed on the little brother's part." Then helped Incanthis gently place the herbs in the pouch. His fingertips brushing the back of the other male's hand every so often.

"I've heard that those who learn the healing arts have the ability to also learn the manipulation of the elements. It's something that sounds as though it could be useful though I doubt I would need such power save for chilling drinks and maybe starting the cook fires." He wasn't one who was allowed to battle after all so why would he need battling abilities? On top of that he knew that even if he was dragged along into battle again as he had been back during war times Muata would never allow him to fight, never allow to even learn how to fight. It was easier to keep Incanthis amiable by keeping him subdued and under the man's thumb. It was thought he shook off though, knowing that Muata wasn't as bad as some.
Turning to look over at Abie he watched as he discovered a pouch meant to hold the herbs that he was buying, one that it would seem his brother had given him without Abie knowing it. His brother much have quick hands he thought to himself idly before he set to work placing each of the wrapped up bundle of herbs into his pouch, "They are wrapped individually so you needn't worry about them mixing together and causing problems. It's something particular vendor does without even having to ask for the service. I suggest that if you are in need of herbs again that you come to him for that very reason." A recommendation that the man thanked Incanthis for.
Once everything was packed up, as well as paid for, he turned to Abie and asked, "Is there anything else that you would like to look for? Food stuffs, perhaps? Water?" He should see to it that Abie was able to get everything that he needed before they parted ways.

Abie nodded. "Mhm. I've seen our Healer chill a inflamed wound, or test feeling with a small spark." at the last part the youth made a face as if he knew that one first hand. As he shifted his items to be more secure around his body. The youth blinked as he recalled fights. Man a few were so not his fault...but then a few were. Either way the youth wasn't one for a lengthy peaceful conversation when he or the other person were angry with each other. As he mused on this the male smiled at the vendor.
As Incanthis spoke the youth nodded. "I'll be sure to tell my Mentor about this. He'll appericate the extra service. Too many don't listen when Aqio makes that request." he thanked the vendor then started walking with the shifter. Thinking he hummed. "No. Everything else is taken care of by Mentor himself. He doesn't want anyone to slip a toxin into the food because Aqio or myself are the ones getting it."
As they passed by a thick walled stall. Abie noticed his twin on the opposite street. "I see Aqio..." glancing around no one was looking. Not even to his trained eye. He leaned over to press a light kiss to Incanthis' cheek. Backing up he put distance between them. "Thanks for the help, Inca. See ya around!"
With that the youth dashed out to a long haired version of himself. The other male smiled before taking the herbs and the coin pouch. The set of identical brothers melded into the crowd and vanished.

Incanthis found himself taking a mental note of the two medicinal uses for two elements, something that he would keep in mind even though he highly doubted that he'd be able to learn such powers. If, in the future, he found himself lucky enough then he would have the information, for the time being though it was merely an interesting fact to remember. He was sure that there were many uses for the various elements when it came to healing and while it wasn't exactly traditional healing it was still interesting to learn about. That's all it was though he told himself, just talk, nothing more. As though he meant to convince himself first before he accidentally made his interests clear to Muata. He knew for sure that it would only end badly on Incanthis's part if he were to raise the issue.
Giving a smile he said, "I am glad that I could help you mentor then with the information about this particular place." He was always glad to help others, both those who might need the herbs as well as the merchant selling them. Everyone benefited when he referred people here.
"Hm? Oh, your twin?" He turned to look in the direction that Abie was looking, thus leaving himself open to the Matori man's 'sneak attack' that came in the form of a kiss to his cheek. It was something that surprised Incanthis quite a bit, leaving him reeling a little. Why? Why would the young man do something like that? There was a part of him that wanted to ask why... but figured that he was a kind, sweet sort, he could never know that Incanthis wasn't the sort that he wanted to give his kisses away to. He was far from innocent after all.
Giving another shake of his head he gave him a smile, "You're welcome, Abie. If you feel the desire you can bring your brother along next time." If he thought that his twin would want to tag along that was. Lifting a hand he waved to Abie as the young man set to rushing off to join his brother. There was a moment where he felt a touch of envy before he gave a little sigh, turning to return to his shopping. He had only a few more things to go and then he would head for home, if he was lucky he would be on time and without any members of the group becoming aware that he'd spent time with a Matori man. He didn't want them to think that he was conspiring with an enemy after all. With a last glance in the direction Abie had gone the Shifter was once more going about his shopping, making sure to do the rest at a quickened pace.
