OK so.. I don't spend all day every day online nor do i buy tons and tons of GC.. But here's my 2 cents on this dilema.
Form Unedit: 600k- 800k (it's a starting point and all be it.. not the highest.. it's better than a stick in the eye and helps new starters enter.) Minor edit: 1mil-3mil (this really does depend on what you call minor edits.. some view minor as stricly trinkets, small baubbles and maybe even a short non complex hairstyle.) Moderate edit: 5mil-8mil (I say this range because it gives a ball park..if you go with a middle ground on minors say.. 900 it's a starting point to have. And some people's ideas of this lvl also some times differ.) Major edit: 10-20 mil (this could be a starting on the low end for certain things.. but if it's not quite extreme but still considered a hand breaker i'd say lean more towards the higher end.) Extreme edit: 30-50mil

Kit growth: + 500k- 800k Charm growth + 1-2mil
Complex Markings +1mil and up depending on artist and their comfort with the pattern.
Multiple forms +15-45mil unless it's a simple case of a "naked" version vs clothed... then it'd likely be a little less. If it's like a twins thing.. I'd likely charge double the price of one, unless it's like a simple twins sort of form.. IE they look EXACTLY the same except for a birth mark difference or item difference. Cosplay + I'm not sure I'd charge a fee here.. I mean it's a custom either way it just depends on the lvl of edits their wanting no matter what. Re-custom +If it's a colorist's fault.. Nada,zip zilch.. I'm a firm believer of making a colorist redo his or her work if i'm not happy about it.. then again that's why i ask for wips.. (yes i do suffer from some form of CDO [if you cought that the hurray!]) Now.. if you okay'd the version.. it's on you as the owner if you're not happy about it and wanna change it months and or Years after the fact.... 500k- up to 80% original cost of pet to re do it based on just what is needed to be done... adding scars... nothing too bad or dramatically changing... whole new overhaul.. um.. 80% fool!
and with that... you've delved into my crazy mind some and so yay.. have fun and hope this helps...
We've looked over the prices, gauged our opinions thus far and have decided on a new price proposal. Simply state you agree or what else you'd like to say, whether they should be lowered/ect. uwu If the majority doesn't post/seems fine in 24 hours, then we'll put up custom info ;u;

Reasoning behind a few points:
Cosplay: Yes, cosplays are just another custom. We know that. However; cosplays can be sought after multiple people, and are therefore more disearable. A luxury of sorts. Which is why there's a bit of a tax on them. Typically, at least in my experience, cosplays tend to be harder to do because you have to get close to the references provided as possible as well as retain your own style. That being said, staff also have a tax added onto cosplays. So, y'all have to work a bit harder for them, sure. But we have to too.
Complex Markings: Complex markings tend to be consuming and can take hours upon hours to do. They can even be harder than the edits provided. Hence, the added on tax.

Sounds good o3ob I look forward to stalking hanging around your shop and questing for some of these lil cuties from ya'll heart
I'm still not super keen on the whole charging for Cosplays. Yes they are desirable, but you're taking out the competitiveness with a Reserve list. I do understand that a Cosplay might be tougher, but some are also pretty simple (Such as a MLP Cosplay Which is just usually hair + Patterns). But ultimately it's up you you all to make the decision. The price for it isn't too much regardless.
The reason for the cosplay price is not because of the difference in edits. It's to make them somewhat more pricier, since cosplays are usually based off of popular fandoms and desirable by many. The price, nonetheless, is still affordable.
As for Staff, it's an additional +200 SC points. There means that at least two heavy Customs must be given out in order to pay for the additional price. That would mean, for an unedit Cosplay, colorist need to give out at least 10 Extreme Customs, or even more of lower tiered things. Cosplays are considered a luxury.
We kept them cheap because of the few that dislike the idea of pricing a cosplay.
All in all, we're attempting to keep it fair throughout. ; ~;

I agree on the condition we're allowed to tip our colorists, as I like to pay more than that, and would like the option to.

Yes you'll be able to tip colourists! ;u; We're very appreciative of any tips given uwu
I think that all sounds reasonable~ <3 <3 Thank you guys for giving us a chance to chime in and taking our thoughts into consideration! <3 <3

They are cheap. That's cool. And as long as colorists do have to work in order to use SCs to get them themselves, I feel like that's fair. I know at a lot of shops I go to, Staff get a lot of Cosplays before regular customers by using SC. In some cases, I don't even know they're questing that particular character until it shows up in the Drop offs or in a Work thread.
So I can agree to that. Plus, it's not like Double the price or anything. ^ -^;;

Complex Markings: I'm imagining things like henna, or lace, or intricate circuitry, but I think this should be dependent on how much of the body it covers. Full body: +100k Half body: +50k Portion of the body { legs, tail, just a specific area. }: +25k Small area: +15k
Multiple forms: Another case of depending on the situation. If it's something like a version of a character with a hat on and without a hat on, I don't think that should be priced at all since it's a simple lifting of layers. However if it's like a Dragon ball Z character with their normal form or their saiyan form, then basing off of that I'd go off it similar to the complex markings, but to the edit level pricing, if that makes sense?:
Full Body form change: {like everything is totally changed. Ex; a live version and skeleton version of a character} +1mil Moderate body form change: {Hair, clothes, tails, change } +500k Minor body form change: {hair change, accessories.} +250k
Cosplay: I'd actually raise this price much higher than normal. I've always felt cosplays can kind of get a bit hectic when it comes to multiple people wanting the same one. I also see them as being different from normal customs since they're already predetermined characters, if you will. "one of a kind" sort of thing. I'd say these should be around 2.5mil+ I also, if I may, think there should be a cooldown when it comes to those who get a cosplay. So they're not just going through with a possibility to continually gain them in a row. If that makes sense? {not sure if there is a cooldown already, but yolo!}
Re-custom: I'd say the same as what ever edit level it is. I mean it's essentially remaking the same thing and so you're putting forth the same amount of effort. However, if the re-custom means taking or adding things, to change edit level, then to just adjust accordingly. { ex: a minor edit remade to a moderate, then it'd be the moderate pricing. }

Staff aren't exempt from the cosplay reserve XD They'd have to reserve the cosplay first before ever dropping it off uwu-b Because we have seen what you said xD So this is a way to sort of prevent that and be fair to everyone.<3
Alright! That'll be our official pricing then. ;u; Thank you guys! <3
