Oh, the bloody moon sure was fearful, but the Carousel sure is cheerful and since there's nothing else to do.
Let it Whirl Let it Whirl Let it Whirl
It doesn't show signs of starting. So, all the fillies and colts are whining. I think I just saw some snow!
Let it Whirl Let it Whirl Let it Whirl
When we finally see it light. How I pray for no sudden storm. But I think we timed it right. So, come on guys let it go!
The sunlight is slowly dying. I think some changes are occurring. But the foals are safe so...
Let it Whirl Let it Whirl Let it Whirl
Oh, that wintery moon is rising and I think the rides a changing. The foals are safe so...
Let it Whirl Let it Whirl Let it Whirl
Its showing signs of nightmares but the foals don't seem that frightened. The sun's gone for the day so...
Let it Whirl Let it Whirl Let it Whirl
When its finally shifted right. How we worry for the foals. But it seems everything's alright. Oh crud I think I see snow!
So, the snows finally fallen. And the foals have stopped their whining. The Carousel's still ago...
Let it Whirl Let it Whirl Let it Whirl

Whisper the Scary Kalona
Whisper the purple Kalona, Has a very shiny coat, And if you ever saw it, You would even say she glows. All of the other Soquili Used to hide and call her names; They never let poor Whisper Join in any Soquili games.
Then one foggy Christmas Eve, Pandah came to say, Whisper with your eyes so bright, Won't you fly to me tonight?
Then how the others hid from her As they shouted out with fear, Whisper the glowing Kalona, You'll go down in history.
You know Brooklyn and Marley and Lyric and Treyhsin, Nuka and Railee and Wrayth and Maevlynn, But do you recall? The most mean of all?
Whisper the scary mean Kalona Had a very shiny coat, And if you ever saw it, You would even say she glows. All of the other Soquili Used to hide and pretend they weren't home They never let poor Whisper Play her crazy mind games.
Then one foggy Christmas Eve, Pandah came to say, Whisper with your eyes so bright, Won't you stay with me tonight?
Then how the others still hated her As they shouted out with fear, Whisper the mean glowing Kalona, You'll go down in history.

"Great Soq Solstice Events"
I knew two 'Walkers, whose name, it was trouble, And one was named Morena, the other one was named Neva. I wonder if they grew up hating the season, The activity that'd last past sunset of solstice, For that is the time to sing and be merry, 'Til baskets arrive and then they are popped, And those forgotten in teepees are prancing about, Having been pulled out for the mixer slots.
There'll be laughter and tears over event results, Mixed up with the busy-ness of offline, 'Cuz it's what we look forward to ev'ry Halloween 'til Christmas, Ahhh, it's nice for us all, To come together and compete, In the Great Soq Solstice Events.
Daeny is starting up a khalasar, While Karloff starts up an anti-'Walker line of defense. And when we're all concerned enough to begin to wonder, There was an event restarting the shop. With new futures around, and plenty of friendship and warmth, And so many 'Walker baskets to watch, And the Wishing Star rises, offering hope to parents, The long year comes to an exciting close.
And the new staff arriving this autumn, Is giv'n more opportunities than before, And the holidays are celebrated with a grand carousel, As we pony up for the frustration and glee.
There'll be laughter and tears over event results, Mixed up with the busy-ness of offline, 'Cuz it's what we look forward to ev'ry Halloween 'til Christmas, Ahhh, it's nice for us all, To come together and compete -- AND COMPETE -- In the Great Soq Solstice Events!
-- Notes -- This...this was gonna be a darker one, in line with the bitterness of the original. Somewhere along the way, the song actually got to thinking about the holidays and the past year in Soq. owo
Go figure!

Wail of the Soq
Hark! How the soq Sweet little soq All seem to neigh "Please get away!" Feast time is here Bleeding from ears Both young and old Sleek and the bold
Scree, scraw, scree, scraw That is their call With fear fulling All wailing One seems to bare fangs of disrepair Without a care Mauling all there
Oh how they wail Oh how they fail Splitting the air Such a sad tale While walkers feast On flesh of beast Feast time is here Bloody, bloody, bloody, bloody feast time Bloody, bloody, bloody, bloody feast time
On, on Soq scree On walkers feed Their mournful wail Filling the air
Scree...... scraw...... scree........ scraw...

I've a Kalona Carol For You! Username: Yushika Preferences: 2, 1 What was the name of your original carol? Carol of the Bells
Carol of Belial
Look to the night Sweet children's fright All seem to say "He shall play".
New kinds of fear Once he is here As he reclaims All in his name
Ding dong ding dong Chaos will reign There lays the slain All trembling. (Oh! Oh! Ahh)
One seems to hear "The time is near" From everywhere (From everywhere) Tainting the air
Oh how they scream, (Oh how they scream) Sweet melody ring O'er hill and dale A sound so frail. (A sound so frail)
Gaily he sings Spreading his wings A sound of fear Belial is here
Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Soqmas, (Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Soqmas) Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Soqmas. (Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Soqmas)
On on they wail On without fail Their last breath Embraced by death
Ah! Ah! Ah!
Ding dong, ding dong, ding dong, ding dong
La, la, la, la...
(( The song is sung by the Kalona's, as if one of them is Belial. ))

Do You Fear What I Fear
Said the mother to her little foals, Do you fear what I fear? A story I must tell, little foals, Do you fear what I fear? A tree, a tree, in amongst the dead, Near which you shall not tread. Near which you shall not tread.
Said the little foals to their foolish friend, Do you see what I see? Over by the graves, foolish friend, Do you see what I see? A man, a man, with fur of darkest black. No, wait! Please come back. No, wait! Please come back.
Said the foolish friend to the cursed man, Do you hear what I hear? Deep beneath the ground, cursed man, Do you hear what I hear? A sound, a sound, coming from the tree, Like something is trying to break free. Like something is trying to break free.
Said the man to soquili everywhere, Listen to what I say, They are coming, soquili everywhere! Listen to what I say, The beasts, the beasts, will rise from the void, And all life shall be destroyed. And all life shall be destroyed.

Solstice 1816 (Sleep in 'Walkery Peace) - Maho singing it.
1816 on Solstice day In the graveyard all the screams all died away And crooning to whoever was around A 'Walker sang of peace on sacred ground She had an alto voice so smooth and deep The song was strange but she said that we could keep Every limb, every heart, and every soul A 'Walker sang of peace from the demon's hold
We left our posts, just like she'd planned To see this truce that seemed so close at hand With trinkets, songs of peace, and words so fine She lured us from our posts on the front line The 'Walker was a mare of owlish pelt And a sincerity that everybody felt And smiling in the mud and blood and fear She sang again the song all longed to hear
Silent night, no screams abound A peace is struck on this sacred ground All's calm, all's bright All 'Walkers shall be barred In 18 and 16 in the graveyard
And in the morning she went back on all her words And she killed us in front of all the birds It was all a trick; we fought her 'til we died And she sang again as she feasted on our hides
Silent night, no screams abound A peace is struck on this sacred ground All's calm, all's bright All 'Walkers shall be barred And they still dream of peace As I slurp down all their grease And tear apart their fleece In the graveyard Sleep in 'Walkery peace

Title: Maybe a Colt's Inside
I really can't say (But maybe a colt's inside) This basket does sway (But maybe a colt's inside)
This pairing has been (Been hoping that I would win) So very sweet (Your heart since mine is at your feet)
This basket has got me worried, (No need for it to hurry) I'm literally pacing the floor (Listen to the Kalona roar)
So this basket had better hurry (Sweetheart, please don't worry) But maybe just a half a week more (Set some grass down and I will snore)
The herd mares might wink (Maybe a mare's in there) Say, what do you think? (No way to tell what's in there)
I wish I knew how (It shouldn't be too long now) To break this seal (I can't believe this love's so real)
I ought to say oh, oh, open (Opening time is closer) This basket is sealed so tight (It'll open when the time is right)
I really can't say (Baby, come on out) Oh, but maybe a colt's inside.
I simply don't know (But maybe a colt's inside) The answer's no-go (But maybe a colt's inside)
This pairing has been (How lucky that you walked in) So nice and warm (I'll see that you come to no harm)
My broodmare will be suspicious (Gosh, that grass looks delicious) My father will be quoting the lore (Waves upon a Mer Soquili shore)
That's Skinwalker's mind is vicious (Ooh, your grass is delicious) But maybe just a nice carrot more (Never such a basket before)
I've got to know now (But there's no telling what's in there) Say, do you know how? (It's our baby that's in there)
It's been a nice fling (It's nice when you touch my wing) But you don't see (How can I see this child of me?)
Maybe it'll open up soon now. (At your feet you'll see me bow) At least there's a new chance with each day (I will never be far away)
I really can't say (Please, basket, open!) Oh, but maybe a colt's inside
