Question : do you REALLY believe about these "critical vulnerabilities", or big bugs ? I asked and nobody can tell something about it. I seriously think they never existed and are only an false excuse for closing zOMG.
I had a feeling when they said they was taking zomg down we never see it again and trying save it IS useless they will NEVER listen to us the small the weak the no bodys who once loved there site ...whats left for us not much but spam of buy gcash buy this buy that ..... money whores!!!!!!! and we bought into it im mad as HELL and no one knew about the massive error in code till they took it off line FOREVER

gaia has been going to hell recently with the new gaia staff yes admins get more money from use spending our money on gcash but not everyone has that kind of money to spend on a game zomg really helped those of us out who didnt have money to spend they are defiantly losing alot of players by taking zomg off i wish we had the old CEO back cause then everything would be back to normal!
O_O there was a change in CEO's? omg thats why. i must agree with you i feel so bad for the people that cant afford gaia cash and the beginners ;-; how would people play gaia if there isn't anything to attract them? I heard they deleted tentacl too i mean what? how further are you going gaia? i feel like in the near future, less people will play gaia ;-; back then there was so many people online. now there are only" 8,250 Gaians Online " What a disappointment gaia. if it was a hard decision for you guys why did you guys give up on trying to fix it? I read this. And I agree with everyone else its complete bull. I mean how was this not found 6 years ago? Or even 3/4 when DMS was put into place? How is it they are just finding it now? I have never wanted Gaia to burn and rot in my 7 years of being on as much I do now.

Yes, I do believe in those things. The "critical vulnerability" has existed since before bloodstone amulet came out. The VERY small group of people who knew about it included a total of 0 hackers. Half of them quit gaia between then and now, and those who haven't, kept their mouths shut so that the hackers didn't find out. When gaia's new CEO laid off all the old devs for zOMG, he removed that knowledge from the staff of gaia. When the old dev was brought back to "update zOMG" he found that "critical vulnerability" and decided NOT to re-code zOMG. The coding can't be released because in the coding they would basically have released all of our passwords as well. As for the bugs and glitches, I experienced a great many of them. As an example, the "integrity" ring was given to those who didn't abuse the "get above level 10" glitch in Shallow Seas before it was fixed. Those who did the glitch got abuse instead. Abuse later dropped from Kamila in Bloodlust.

Cheated rings weren't a dangerous glitch of zOMG and they were fixed (not need to tell about them, I know this story). But a dangerous glitch which can give acess to all accounts and all passwords, and no hacker saw it ? I doubt...
What have they done!? scream I know zOmg needed updates and repairs like badly but shutting it down completely is just gone too far! I knew the game lagged allot and my favorite spot was Zen Gardens! I even loved the kimono from Zomg and I even made a guild to inspire it too and now look what happens!? First the inflation, too much announcements, the RP's declining, events getting worse, letting Johnny K Gambino die, tricking members into getting gold generators and mass G cash spending and now this!
There was such beautiful graphics in the game too. I am going to miss it. crysademo

its beyond suspicious actually ^^": we all know that gaia's current management is "very" money oriented, if it really is as they claim, that the security vulnerabilities allows hackers into gaian accounts plus their own server (gaia's bank account) wld they even announce bug problems then leave it up for months? i can bet they'll take it down immediately not to mention zomg's closure was announced at the same time as tentacl, it looks like they have a failed venture so they're just pulling the plugs to cut their losses/ minimize costs, the more i think about it the more obvious it gets sigh X_x";

No one would've not even known about that security problem with the servers if they had kept their mouths shut but no they had to let everyone and their mother know so know they do have an excuse not to bring it back to protect the intergity of their servers and our accounts. If they wouldn't have said anything no one would've known so they could have brought it back and only they were the ones who knew. I honestly don't believe that excuse though. I just think they didn't want to take the time to repair it or start over. I could've waited a while for zomg to be brought back no matter how long.
I totally agree. Gaia has lied about so much in the past, even -if- this were true, they can't expect to be believed.

I remember the day I suddenly acquired an Integrity Ring . I had been in SS at that time and tried to beat it . Reached Sea Lab , fought the Tail and won , suffered at the hands of the body and ended up dazed . Then the Head finished us all off. But then one of us had dropped out before that.
But as we know GC bought revives are king here. Unless conditions are perfect , your not going to beat it without.
Integrity Ring me thinks was basically passive ring that was better than a standard Fitness ring.
Plus I remember the death of Johnny K Gambino at the time.

Sad days indeed now that Zomg is down. We can only hope that someday due to pressure from the Gaian peoples , that they bring it back online
However unlikely it seems, the people who can and know how , should keep fighting for the cause of reinstating Zomg. I for one spent a lot of time on there , and it was so much fun. Met loads of people/friends.
Not going to deny that I will miss the many area's that as a Gaian I could go and felt so chilled looking at this more than stunning graphics, that left me feeling so so chilled and blessed to be playing it.
The hooj crash of Improbability Sphere ring with a full Crew under Rage rank 4 . Not something you can forget .
