"Oh don't worry, I always bring my A game." She gave the ghoul a wink and a thumbs up. Watching curiously as Piper played the game she chuckled lightly. Meixiang loved all her pets though she had more Flycats than any other. Goop though was still the nearest and dearest to her heart. She'd always been more drawn to cat type minis anyhow. "Yeaaaaa, be careful though. She's not always so sweet. I can guarantee you about ninety percent of the time its a trap to lure you in." She squinted at the Flycat who chirped and rolled onto her belly from all the attention. "A pleasure to meet you Piper. Good luck in your campaign. I'll have to drop by your booth in a bit to check it out. As you can probably tell..." She made a sweeping gesture towards her own booth. "My name is Meixiang and I am running for secretary."When the tall boil approached Meixiang nodded her head towards him. She remembered him from the flower crown tossing booth, still having the other flower crowns hung up in her room from it. The ghoul accepted this new crown graciously. They were so pretty, she wondered if he made them himself. "A water demon, good! I'm kind of leery about those fire demons. Ah, not that they are a bad thing no! I just...don't like fire all too much." She gave a nervous laugh. Being Undead, even if she wasn't the rotting kind, sort of put her at odds with anything fire related. "Thank you for the crown, Llyrendil, its really pretty, do you make them yourself? And good luck with your own campaign." She smiled brightly.

Amarus was visiting the other campaign booths. She stopped at Meixyiang’s booth. "Bells, and plants..." she mused, eyeing the venus flycats. "Would they draw blood, if they were to bite?" she asked the booth’s owner. Her attention finally torn from the fine specimens, Amarus turned to Meixiang. "I am Amarus, Lotus Eater, if we have not met-- you seem somehow unfamiliar, though we have both been here so long. How strange," she said. "Have we, in fact, met?" Amarus asked.
She bowed her head, bells ringing. "In any case, I am running for Vice President, and I am visiting the other candidates running for all positions. Once, I would have considered battle a viable solution to competition," she said, laughing.
"Meixiang, we all have one thing with which we could not find a reason to continue. I must wonder, what is your one thing?" she asked. Probably a weird question. This was how Amarus sized others up: their passion, their strength, the power to move when they had no other reason.

Ah, more people to talk with. This was turning out good. Meixiang had missed having so much interaction lately. She was always sad to see the carnivals come and go. While events drew everyone together once they were over so many went their separate ways to live their different lives. Shaking her head, she gave Amarus a reassuring smile. "Oh no! It might sting a little but their teeth are too small to inflict any real damage." Reaching over, she scritched the nearest Flycat beneath the chin. "They are all real big softies once they get to know you."Amarus....Amarus. She tried to put the name to the face but she was drawing a small blank. "No, I don't believe we've formally met. Perhaps we both participated in an event at one point and came across each other then." It was a plausible thing. There were just so many students at the school to know them all by name. Perhaps a little weird but it didn't phase Mei. It was an easy one for her to answer. "Dancing. I would die if I couldn't dance. Moving about to the beat of the music, gliding through the air with little effort. Nothing makes me feel more at peace or free when I'm dancing." She steepled her fingers through her sleeves. "To be honest, once I graduate I want to start up a dance studio so I can share that same feeling of peace and freedom with others."

In a way, Amarus was relieved: if Meixiang couldn't remember meeting her, and Amarus couldn't remember meeting Meixiang, even if they somehow and sometime had they were both off the hook.
"Ah, I understand," Amarus said, with a smile. "We are both ghouls of motion-- I, however, prefer to fight, while you prefer to dance, and so we are very different. Nevertheless, it is good to know about you," Amarus said, her voice free of judgement. ”I look forward to perhaps coming across your studio, one day," Amarus said, with a nod of her head.
She quietly excused herself, with a soft smile. "Until the future makes us cross paths once more," she said.

"In some circles fighting and dancing are considered one in the same. So perhaps we are not so different as you might think." Several Jiang Shi in her clan held that belief. Her parents included. With a nod and a wave she watched as Amarus left her booth. "Hopefully sooner rather than later! Good bye, Amarus! Thank you for stopping by!" Meixiang would remember her this time, now that they had actually met face to face. And who knew what the future held.

This eye and ear catching booth was hosted by a graceful ghoul whose smile Alpinely returned in kind, "Hii!!" The vampire received a flier as well and then her interest in minis drew her attention to the challenge for a prize next.

Trisha had found it! It was Meixiang's booth. She had only met the ghoul earlier in the carnival but Trisha was quiet pleased with her new friend. "I told you I would be stopping by!" She was pleased. Very pleased. A quick survey told Trisha all she needed to know about what Meixiang would do as secretary. "Your booth is adorable. I like dances." Trisha was totally down with that. She did however quickly take a pen and write down a quick suggestion. Minipets. what that meant was up to interpretation. I'm so glad I manages to get over to your booth. You have a very nice one, I didn't think to make any treats to give out for mine." Trisha would take note for the next booth. Food. food drew students like flies to honey. and herself, was that an apple? Yum. "As you know I'm running for Vice president. I do hope to work with you. here you gave me your lovely pin, I'll give you one of my favorite ribbons. You already have an undead one after all." Trisha remembered. She didn't want to duplicate ribbons. So instead Trisha pulled out a nice pink one. it was pink or Yellow but Trisha liked pink best. Besides more yellow would only be muted out in Meixiang's current outfit. Student Name: Trisha Year: 1 Dorm: Demon Suggest an event!: Minipets. Safari trips. Maybe even minipet wilderness trips.

"You have such lovely minis too." Trisha reached deliberately for the pink Collared mini... only to find it surprised her by jumping on her head. "Ohh! Hello there... are you eating my flowers up there? Are they tasty?" Trisha didn't really mind sharing. Never mind that the flycat was desperately clawing her horns.

Anna paused as she came up to the colorful booth. She wasn't quite sure what to make of the Flycats or the Girl who was their owner. She believed she had seen the girl earlier in the carnival though so she scooted forward to the tent giving a wave to the girl. She reaches her hand out to pet a flycat but the little one in the blue collar turns away and ignores her. Pouting and feeling dejected she turns away from him.

He hadn't visited her Dance Dance Deadolution booth during the carnival, but in hindsight that was probably a good thing. It might not have hurt the skeleton when his limbs came flying off under physical strain, but he could kind of understand why it might put some folks off. Okay. Fine. Rojo didn't understand at all, but he was well aware that it did, and the last thing he wanted was to make people sick when they were meant to be voting for him. So. Leg-popping dance moves, out; blinky lights and music, very, very in.
Reaching for a lovely plum blossom pin, Rojo waved at the other undead with his free hand. "Hello! I am here to wish you good luck with your campaign!"

Sorrow wasn't exactly sure what hte point of this game is. She reached down and pet a sleeping flycat, which was cool. Dancing was also pretty cool, but she'd have to decide whether it was cooler than running.
The flycat seemed okay with it. Overall, she didn't win anything for it.Quote: 4 - Orange collar. Its sleeping, you give it a few pokes but it doesn't wake up. Lose.

By the time Zar got to the last booth he'd decided to visit that day he was all but weighed down by the items he'd procured from the other booths, though if he was honest his favorite so far had definitely been the rose flower crown he presently wore. He wished the ghoul running the booth the best of luck and checked out her aims should she make it to the council. He wasn't sure how he felt about more dances, his memories in the past of dances had been unfortunately marred by events outside his control. Still, merriment in general was to be respected.
He made his way to the flycats and tried his luck at getting himself a prize. He ended up being attacked by one of the flycats, prying the creature off, and against his better judgement, putting it back with its peers.
