Molly giggled softly as the cat struggled with the tape, and immediately snapped her attention back to Taym, sheepishly. She nodded her head a bit as he spoke, and upon listening a light of recognition seemed to gleam in her eyes. This did seem up her alley, actually. Molly thought about it for a moment, her eyes drifting from Taym to nothing in particular before they snapped back to Taym. She smiled widely, and vigorously nodded her head. "I'd love to!" Molly paused. "I've done something like it before...?" She offered. "Plus um...as part of my specialization, which isn't official right now because I never put in the paperwork for it, oh gosh--" She caught herself before she went on tangent worrying about that. "It's safety! Um...that seems to fall along those lines? Plus I was doing a lot of note taking for safety manuals for all the new equipment that was coming out but..." Molly smiled a bit ruefully. "No one seems um...eager to share information so...writing about how to use stuff properly is....challenging...when you don't know how it works...Ah!" She started a bit. "I'm so sorry! I'm rambling! Please, though, count me in for talking to sleepers! I'd love to help!"

Shyness was instantly displaced by a sudden coltish enthusiasm. "No, no! That's exactly what I mean--there's no--there's no flow of information. People find things out and then it just dries up. There's no distribution system. That's what I want to see. Your safety manual idea is really good," he added, "and when you get those going we can mention those. We're also doing a sort of--I know there used to be orientations, or whatever, but they weren't formalized and were more about putting the fear of God in trainees as near as I can tell--I'm not really sure--but I've gotten the go-ahead from Edith on having batch orientations on a regular basis for new wake-ups to cover the basics in more detail and do some Q+A." He hesitated, shyness abruptly returning, and took pity on the cat, removing the tape and getting a mildly irritated bat for his trouble. "I'm trying to make sure every division is represented during those orientations, as far as distributing materials goes. And obviously I'm--handling--Moon-side stuff, but I've got some material I think would be best handled by a Mist." A hesitation. This was the hard part, for Taym, because the idea of standing in front of a dozen or so people and talking made him want to die, and he was afraid, always, that the person he was asking might have the same fear.

Despite how 'simple' Molly liked to keep things, and to be, meaning she kept her head down and didn't think too hard...even then it was all too easy to see how no one shared information. It really was. That's why she could wholeheartedly nod her head in agreement with Taym and actually understand what he was talking about, which really was a first. Admittedly Molly looked a tad sheepish about the safety manual thing. She had stopped when she felt overwhelmed. Things just changed so fast, it was hard to keep a manual up dated, and she didn't want to put down any information that seemed to be guessing so... She was pulled from her musings as her division came up, and Molly paused for a moment before her eyes widened and she nodded her head. "Ah! I could try! I'll do my best, I promise! I would also say to maybe ask Miss Candace but..." She smiled sheepishly. "She's been so busy I've hardly seen her so...I'll try! Since I'm here? If you think there's someone more qualified though, I won't be offended at all!"

"Ideally," he said, "we'll eventually have enough people that we can rotate months so no one has to do more than one a few times a year--so please, ask Miss Candace, if you see her. She was on my list too, but like you said, she's been so busy--and I thought of you first, anyway." This was said with that same painful sincerity, the same awkwardly ill-fitting smile, which he ducked his head to hide, dragging his fingers over the floor for the cats to chase behind a box. "Thank you," he said belatedly. "Really. It's been sort of a headache getting this thing going." Lucyal DID NOT SEE THIS TAG /swt

Molly nodded her head, beaming. That seemed nice! She didn't seem put off by the amount of work that needed to be done right now though. A job was a job was a job, and when asked by someone she cared about and held in high regard, it'd be done, no matter how daunting! Admittedly, her cheeks did tinge a but red. "A-ah yes...I will!" But he thought of her first? "Oh gosh...I'm really flattered!" Though the idea that she came to mind first over someone like Miss Candace seemed to blow her mind. She'd do whatever she could not to disappoint him! The hunter nodded her head a bit again. "No, thank you! I'm really honored you'd ask me to be apart of this, and doing something to help everyone is really nice!" Her smile turned sympathetic. She could imagine..."But it will be worth it, I think...and I know it will great because you're in charge!" She beamed. "Is there anything else you need help with?"
