"A TRUE WARRIOR IS CALCULATING AND STRIKES WHEN IT'S NEEDED. BUT A TRUE MAN NEVER GOES DOWN FROM A BATTLE." Jinsin glanced up at the approaching man. His casual attitude towards Captain Mallory made Jinsin eye the man funny but he didn't care enough to say anything. Instead he simply greeted the man and raised his hand for a polite wave. Jinsin opened his mouth to answer the man's question when Captain Niwa made his presence known. As he revealed the situation to them Jinsin realized it was far worse then had previous thought.
"These head families can be so damn annoying." Jinsin knew he could speak about his opinions on the royal families outloud but who could police his thoughts? No one. And so he thought freely just how stupid they were being. Jinsin didn't think peace was that hard to achieve and that they were simply being childish about their problems and making one choose allegiance was even worse. But it wasn't Jinsin's place to talk and so he simply stood by silent, listening, and observing.

Jack kept her smile in place until the Noble left. Then she scowled. Nobles only involved themselves in the Gotei 13 for elfish reason. The Seireitei was falling apart and, he wanted a captain dead.
Then Jack smiled as she commented offhandedly, “That’s different. Usually the Nobles are after the slut captain of Division Thee; not the barbaric captain of Division Eleven. But all the Captains of Division Eleven are barbaric. Hell all of Division Eleven are considered barbaric even though most of them aren’t. Why are they’re concerned with Captain Yamamoto specifically?” Then Jack got serious, “Head-Captain I have a report. There is some type of portal in Inuzuri. At best guess it leads to Hueco Mundo given the white sand everywhere and, the Hollows that have been disposed of. Lieutenant Kiyoshi headed into the portal without a single thought for caution of safety. Captain Morrison went in after him. I was elected to come and report to you.” Jack shrugged, “That’s my report. Now what?” Then Jack exclaimed, “Oh! And my Third seat has Division Three’s inventory report! Isn’t he amazing!”
To anyone paying attention a lot had been revealed in that strange stream of dialogue; more than just the report. However it would have taken a trained ear and, a trained mind to notice it. Jack didn’t even realize that it had been revealed.
Then Jack narrowed her eyes at Head Captain Niwa, “Don’t you dare call me Jacky.”

Head Captain Tsurī Niwa  Tusri glance at the two third seats and nodded as to acknowledge their presence then returned his gaze to Jack who was listing the regarding the various situations going around the soul society. "That is true I usually get more complains about my little Jacky running around causing problems by trying to get into the pants of every person she meets although I don't particular find the fourth division squad to be all that barbaric in compressions to the other ones." Tsuri said with a irritated smile then bent down and pinched Jack cheeks as if he was punishing a little girl, all this talk of the problems the members of the Gotei had caused him was beginning to make him go mad with stress as he recalled all the times he would get complaints about Jack's flirting.
After calming down and releasing Jack's cheeks he ruffled her hair and sighed. "Geez having you around feels like I'm the father of some troublesome teenaged daughter like in those human world T.V shows I have Lieutenant Kiyoshi put on for me during the weekends and speaking of Kiyoshi do not worry about him and Morrison I trust that they will be alright after all they are my soldiers after all isn't that right my little Jacky." Tsuri said and grinned in a taunting manor while he ruffled her hair further like she was just a child, he was in need of stress relief and seeing her reaction to her nickname would amuse even the strict rule enforcing captain.

  Leon Kusenagi First Division Lieutenant -{{Inventory:}}-  Wearing his new lieutenant badge not on his arm but on the side of his waist on his belt leon kusenagi appeared not far from his captain's office. His white hair shimmering in the sunlight with the calm soothing wind blowing his hair and vivid red coat in the direction the wind went. Though to him he felt as if there was something ominous in the air and he had a feeling he wasn't the only one to notice it. Walking along he made his way to the captain's office with his white zanpaktou on his back his footsteps were light while his spiritual pressence was hardly noticeably. The first division only got his position a few days ago but even since then leon has not slacked off. His ever so calm expression did not change as he noticed the trace of a noble's spiritual pressure in the air."Wonder what they needed from the captain and im sure this has something to do with the odd feeling in the air." Leon walked into the office and greeted the other shinigami with a bow before facing his captain. "Greetings captain is there any task that needs to be done." Leon stated as he stood to the side of the door in a relaxed yet atentive posture. Jack sighed. She hated it when people called her Jacky. She didn’t know why but, even 400 years after correcting the Head-Captain he still saw fit to call her Jacky. It didn’t even occur to him that there was a reason why Jack didn’t like to be called Jacky. Frankly Jack was tired of his lack of respect for her personal choices.
So Jack snapped, which was out of character for her, “Enough! I am not Jacky! 400 years! Did it not occur to you, even once, that there is a reason why that name upsets me so much? No! It does not! You just do it for laughs. I’ve had enough!” Jacky forced herself to breath, “Since you seem to have no further need of Division Three I will be taking my Third Seat and leaving.” Jack turned to exit the office; her haori flared dramatically, “Come Third Seat Octus.”
Jack was heading towards her division’s training ground. She needed to test Jinsen’s skill and, this was a good opportunity. Besides Jack needed something to distract her and, she didn’t want Head-Captain Niwa on her case for her standard distraction. That left either paperwork or training. Jack was tired of paperwork.
Right before Jack exited she turned around and, declared, “Jacky was the best man I ever knew! So enough!”
That was rare. For the most part Jack didn’t discuss her past. Jack used Shunpo to head back to her division grounds.

Seldom did captain Jack snap like that, Jinsin knew this and while he considered apologizing for her behavior he thought better of it. Better anyone else in the entire gotei Jack for him came first. She was sometimes out of hand, he knew this too but for her to blow up like that wasn't without reason. He had been warned about calling her Jacky and yet he continued and so Jinsin couldn't blame her for finally snapping. She had some serious demons in her closet, if she sets a rule it's always for a reason. And so he didn't bother apologizing, he didn't say anything at all instead he followed dutifully behind his captain."Maybe one day she'll share with me in full the dark secrets of her past." He thought to himself as he departed.
EXIT.

Head Captain Tsurī Niwa Tusri narrowed his eyes upon Jack's outburst "She acts as a child who can't accept death though I guess that's not exactly a bad thing." Tsuri though then turned over to look at his two division members. "Both of you are to go the world of the living and stand guard there I have had some reports come in that something is going on over there those are your orders now go." Tsuri said as he stood off leaving the office his orders given.

Leon Kusenagi First Division Lieutenant -{{Inventory:}}- Leon stood at the door for a few minutes watching the interaction of the captains and lower ranking shinigami. His posture never changed giving him a rather formal air about him as he stood watch. His attention turned to the 3rd seat of squad one making him nod faintly but would speak out in a non formal tone."Please i feel like im in the human world army when im called lieutenant." He lifted a hand and started to scratch the back of his head "Just leon will do i prefer that over formal titles." He was about to speak again when he was cut off by the other captain. He watched her outburst and side stepped to get out of her way as she left. When the other captain left he turned to look back at his captain as he gave both leon and the other division one member their orders. He would lift his left arm and placed it over his chest and bowwed respectfully."Right away" He would rise back from the bow and would look at ryunaiga"Best not procrastinate...the captain doesn't seem happy right now" He would turn around and walked off. Heading away from captain's office leon made his way around the seireitei and found the senkaimon gates and entered. Right away he made his way through the dangai as fast as he could before reaching the human world.

Nanashi should've known something was wrong when she arrived and saw the guards unconscious, but even knowing that she'd have never suspected what she found in the Captain Commander's office. Her zanpakutō was nearly destroyed, as she held the sheathed pieces the former captain could hear the spirit, it was weak but there. This fact alone told her it had not been by the 46's orders, they wouldn't have left it unfinished. Whoever had done this was going to pay, but now was not the time for revenge. Hearing footsteps, Nanashi hid behind the door, yet the person stopped before the door. Slowly looking around she saw a single member of the 4th division, judging by her spiritual pressure the girl couldn't be higher then 4th seat yet something about made Nanashi think she could help. Moving with practiced grace that came from years of using a speed oriented sword style the former kenpachi snatched the girl from the hall placing her right hand over the girl's mouth while the left wrapped around the waist. Once she was in the office Nanashi would look at her with a stare that said she was willing to kill her if the need arose. "I'll release you but if you scream I won't hesitate to end you permanently understood?" As the girl nodded the former captain released her, at first it looked as if she would scream but stopped herself. "You are the wanted captain? They said to kill you on sight, but you are not as I expected. Should a kenpachi, even if in name was stripped of such title, not be a fearsome bloodthirsty demon? Why did you not kill ME on sight?" From her words the girl almost seemed to seek her death, then again she had come here alone. "I'm not in the business of killing allies needlessly. Now to why I bothered taking you," with that Nanashi explained to the girl about her blade. To the former kenpachi's surprise the girl, Hina Kaihane, was more than willing to help. The second she heard the Amatoki were involved she revealed her family being their vassals, and how they'd made her life hell.
Casting Bakudō #26 Kyokkō, the two got to work. As it turned out Hina knew every Kaidō but lacked the power to raise higher, so she knew of a spell to freeze time and effectively stop the death of Nanashi's zanpakutō. At the same time Hina was casting this Nanashi began preparing her own spell. "Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly though the heavens." Having drawn the symbols upon her arms, hands and the ground using black powder from the office. Nanashi then placed her palms away in front of herself and generating a glowing rectangular box. She then enacted various movements of the hands to create various root-like extensions in the air which connected to the glowing rectangle. She the returned her hands up to the rectangle and activated the spell the root-like extensions glow creating a network extending out from the rectangle. The first person she contacted was Yuki Amatoki, "well played Lady Amatoki. You truly are a cunning fox, I was blind to your trap which I walked straight into. Unfortunately as you are now aware I had an ace up my sleeve as well. I am a master of kidō, I may hate it but that doesn't change my skill. Now for the reason I contacted you, I wish to offer myself to your once future daughter-in-law, I'm will face her in the world of the living. I'm without my blade, and if I lose I have the remaining parts of the seal so you all may choose how to kill me. If I win you shall not impead any other shinigami and if it comes to light your family is behind this plot you on your son's memory shall agree to relinquish your family's power and face judgment. That is my offer, " after listening to the woman's response Nanashi would switch targets to Jack Mallory.

I .t was difficult to think of what to say quickly in a short span of time. Yuki had no doubt begun trying to reverse the #77 bakudō in order to find her location. "Jack sorry I've gotta speak quickly but I need you to pass a message to the captain of squad 10. There is no way they were involved until now but so they aren't misled You must tell him everything that occurred at the trial, every word I said, every action my witnesses did. I know who the guilty is but without his help I have no proof and we shall need undeniable proof to catch these snakes. I'm leaving the seireitei, I found an allie but I won't have my zanpakutō. Someone attempted to murder it and almost succeeded, well that's all from your favorite most wanted lay." With a smile Nanashi cut the spell as Hina handed her zanpakutō to the former captain, she told the former kenpachi she needed to make the escape look like a convincing hostage situation. Shooting towards the senkaimon as it was about to close casting Hidō #78 she was able just make it out Hina in tow as the two escaped the Seireitei
