The Office of Head Captain Niwa's office where official business with the captain is discussed regarding the budget of clubs and more importantly important and urgent event's regarding the Seireitei. The office over looks Tsuri's garden of rare and exotic plants and tree as well as a massive deep pond filled with numerous Koi Fish. There are stairs to get down to the garden and pond.

Head Captain Tsurī Niwa
Tsuri entered his office followed by Jack, he realized it may have looked like he ha decided to punish her solely but that was not the case especially after her flirty jokes about being punished, Right now he was more concern about kumagichiku.
Tsuri walked over to his desk and pulled the chair out and sat down his eye,s narrowed as he looked at Jack "Captain Mallory you are not being punished I merely wanted to ask you about what happened in kumagichiku I have already been informed of it's disappearance but not all that has transpired there has been told to me by a nearby shinigami but you and captain Morrison wre the only ones close enough to see everything that happened, so tell me what happened what exactly did you see?"Tsuri voice became a bit shaky towards the end of his sent ace he truly hoped that a enemy from the Gotei thirteen's past had comeback.

Jack look out the window as she considered how to answer the Head-Captain’s request. Then she flipped back around as she smiled cheerfully. Her smile was sliping.
Jack began, “I left Karakura Town when Sixth seat Yukimori said that the release of three Ban Kais had masked a strange spiritual pressure from Komugichiku.” Jack ran her fingers against her lips, “There was a man setting something up. I think he was call an Arrancar or something.” Jack’s hands came up to grip her temples and cheek bones; her nails were threating to pierce the skin, “I didn’t understand it all. I’m no good at gathering information. There was a pair of Humans that called themselves Fullbringers. And there was another Arrancar. Except the second Arrancar didn’t seem to be happy with the first Arrancar.” Jack struggled to remember everything she had seen, “The first Arrancar started some kind of process. The so called Fullbringers left with him. The second Arrancar left via a different way.” Jack’s hand’s came up to draw a vague picture in the air; her nails were red, “The process the first Arrancar activated involved four pillars or anchors. One of the pillars was shaky.” Jack gave her head a shake, “The pillars enclosed Komugichiku in an area that didn’t feel right. Captain Morrison and I moved to destroy the anchors. We each successfully destroyed a pillar each. These pillars sucked up spiritual pressure. By the time we were ready to destroy the last two it was too late and we were drained.” Jack bit back a desperate sob, “We weren’t fast enough.” Jack corrected herself, “I wasn’t fast enough. Even with only two pillars the device destroyed Komugichiku. All that was left was a crater and a few of the outlying buildings.” Jack looked the Head-Captain dead in the eye, “I assure you Head-Captain Niwa that this tragedy is my fault entirely. Captain Morrison is not to blame.” Jack explained, “I was first on the scene. If I was paying the correct amount of attention; if I was as capable as I claim to be I would have picked up on the clues that told me that something was about to happen. The loss of Komugichiku is due to my own short comings.”
Jack finished her report. Then she waited for the metaphorical hammer to fall. Jack was staring at a spot behind Head-Captain Niwa. Her back was ramrod straight and her fist were clenched tightly by her hands. Jack couldn’t find the energy to be cheerful.

Head Captain Tsurī Niwa
Tsuri listen every word jack said he was listing very intensely, his eye's remained sharp and piercing until Jack mention the Arrncar his eye's went wide with astonishment he could feel a bit of fear in him at the mention of these creatures he had fought them once almost a thousand years ago when he was still only the captain of the fifth division Tsuri knew they were still in a incomplete stage when he first fought against those monsters but their powers were real and after this long they were surely stronger then before and smarter to if they had manage to make an entire town vanish into thin air.
Tsuri notice the sobbing of Jack and frowned briefly before he began talking again "If what you say is true and the arrancar have returned then we are in deep trouble indeed we must prepare for war the soul society must destroy all arrancar or all they may become to strong for anyone to stop but first I have another order make sure to tell any captains you see we must destroy the fullbringers if they are merely humans and do not use a zanpaktou then they are upsetting the balance by not purifying the souls of defeated hollows and they must be stopped especially if they have sided with the arrancar" Tsuri got up from his seat and walked over to jack then flicked her in the middle of her forehead with his index finger then smiled a gentle smile briefly which vanished as soon as it appeared "One more thing do not blame yourself the arrancar are dangerous opponents I fought some long ago when I was still the captain of the fifth division I nearly died fighting one so be glad you managed to hide yourself from them and one other thing if I can catch you carelessly flirting again I shall send you to the house of a noble woman and have you take lesson on how a proper lady should act you may now go Third Division Captain Jackie" and with that said Tsuri hoped he has restored so self confidence to jack he had even gone as far to call her jackie in hopes she stop feeling so guilty and would smile truthfully Tsuri hated acting nice he felt it ruined his look as the stern head captain plus it reminded him of his past self who was reckless and broke the rules on a regular basis.

Jack scowled at the Head-Captain, “Don’t call me Jackie! That’s just completely uncalled for! I don’t like it and you know that!” Then Jack grinned seductively, “And there’s no need to threaten me with more lessons. I am who I am. Training me to be a lady won’t change that.”
Jack gave her hair a flip as she moved towards the exit, “Arrancar and Fullbringers are enemies. I’ll let everyone know. I’ll send them Hell Butterflies from my Office.” Then Jack clapped her hands and, pivoted back around, “Actually Head-Captain, Leon and I were going to meet up for drinks so I need authorization to visit the World of the Living.” Jack clapped her hands together to plead as she wink one of her blue eyes, “Pretty please with sugar on top.”
Jack smiled brightly as she waited for the Head-Captain’s answer. Jack desperately needed a good buzz and, drinking alone was dangerous and no fun.

Head Captain Tsurī Niwa
Tsuri walked away from Jack and sat down gazing down at his some documents while Jack complained about his name calling, he smirked quickly then chuckled to himself quietly and waiting for Jack to finish talking "Yes I'll keep that in mind I already know from the way you act you could never be a proper lady your beyond saving anyways."
Tsuri thought over Jack's requests to go drinking over a few seconds he was having a tough time deciding he knew it would be dangerous for Jack to go alone given her nature of flirting with everyone but it would also be troublesome if she started to corrupted Leon. "Alright fine I'll allow it but be warned if anything should happen the next time when you want to go out drinking in the human world for fun it will be at the tea ceremony club, Captain Jackie if you understand then I ask that you leave I have many things to do now that the arrancar have return the next meeting will have all captain attended it so I can report our next course of action." Tsuri had decided to tease her one more time before ordering her to leave.

Jack scowled as she exited the Head-Captain’s Office, “Don’t call me Jackie! It’s Jack! I know you know that!” Jack turned to bow respectfully, “And thank you. Have a nice day, Head-Captain Niwa.”
As soon as Jack was far enough away she summoned a swarm of Hell Butterflies. If she was going out drinking it would be best for Jack to send the message to the other Captains before she forgot. Jack giggled as the Hell Butterflies landed on er to receive the message.
Jack cheerfully relayed the orders, “Hello my fellow Captains! It’s me Captain Jack! I have orders from the Head-Captain. Arrancar, I’m not sure what they are. I think they are some kind Hollow being. The Head-Captain knows more. And Fullbringers, Humans with extra powers. It seems that the two creatures have struck some type bargain. Arrancar are our enemies and, until further notice so are Fullbringers. If you have any questions direct them my way! I can’t wait to hear from you. I will be busy for the next little while. You are, of course welcome to join me! Captain Jack, signing out! Have a nice day Captains!”
At the end of the message the Hell Butterflies flew off to deliver the message to each Captain. Then Jack made her way to the Senkaimon. Hopefully Leon was still willing to have a few drinks with her.

The peaceful stillness of the Head Commander's office was harshly disturbed by the approaching sound of agitated footsteps accompanied by another calm, but determined set.
"Sir, the Head Commander is currently busy. If you would just wait in the lobby. We will arrange a meeting! Wait. You can't-"
With more force than necessary, the doors leading to Tsuri Niwa's office were forcefully opened to let an elderly man with a steely gaze march into the room, heading directly towards the Shinigami's desk. The seated officer made a move to stop him, but the intruder's armed attendant who had merely trailed behind his employer so far intervened, right hand shooting out to grip at the Shinigami's wrist and left hand gripping the handle of his sword in a warning.
Ignoring the display of intimidation happening behind him, the older man reached the neat desk made of polished wood and took a seat. "As the head of the Amatoki family and I demand to speak with the man in charge of the Shinigami." His tone was cold, diplomatic as was the old man's posture and attire, but his eyes seem to say otherwise.

Jack Mallory landed outside the Head-Captain’s Office. She smiled at everyone but, most of them didn’t bother to respond. They just looked frazzled. There was yelling coming from inside of the Office. Unless Jack was a fool, and she wasn’t, a Noble was making a fuss. She narrowed her eyes. She didn’t see much of a need for Nobles. They just made life difficult. Jack asked for and, received the name of the current intruder.
Then Jack donned her brightest smile and, swept in to the Office, “Why hello Lord Amatoki! What brings you to Head-Captain’s Office? Don’t tell me; you have some suggestions on how to improve the workings of the Gotei 13.”
Jack knew full well that most of the Nobles hated her. They thought her a slut and, some even claimed that she had slept her way to her position. That simply wasn’t true; Jack had earned her spot fair and, square. Even Head-Captain Niwa said that. She also knew full well that the Noble did not have suggestions; he had complaints.
Jack nodded her head in greeting s she shifted her attention to the Head-Captain, “Head-Captain Niwa! How delightful to see you. I have a report to make but, I wait my turn.”
It was a challenge. What Jack had to say might affect more than just the Gotei 13. It could affect the Nobles to. Whatever Jack had to say was important. A Captain had come to deliver the report herself. What would the Noble do?

As the infamous division 3 captain made her presence known, the middle-aged attendant that had accompanied its master exhaled sharply, eyes narrowing dangerously at her words.
"There is always room for improvement, after all, young lady," the elder Amatoki responded with a tint of amusement in his otherwise flat tone. He had shifted his gaze to his ink stained fingers, not even looking up when addressing Captain Mallory. From his point of view, captains came and captains went, dying futilely in a never ending battle that had been issued by a faceless king and it was only proper for her to know her place. Unlike the majority of the noble families, the Amatoki had long lost interest in the Gotei 13's bidding so it was quite odd to see them on Gotei 13 grounds, but it wasn't too hard to guess their goal.
Half an hour passed and, surprisingly, there were no shouting or screaming apart from the young Shinigami officer that had been booted from the office halfway through. Then again, the head captain was dealing with Nagato Amatoki, a politically hardened opponent, of all sly foxes.
The man had made their requests and complaints more than clear while somehow still managing to make them not sound like a direct threat: Nanashi Yamamoto needed to be executed else the Amatoki will withdraw all cooperation with the Gotei 13. The Head Commander had until the next full moon to issue the order--because the Amatoki were just that confident--and rid the Gotei of a barbaric scourge. With that, the duo left the head commander's office to go pick up one of theirs at the seventh division.
He hurried through and arrived to the head captain's office. In hand was the inventory report that Captain Jack had left behind for him to deliver. He understood what everyone was going through right now so he took it upon himself to complete the delivery. However upon arriving he could see something was going down. He eyed the nobles and then spotted Jack waiting outside. She always made him feel strange. But he did so enjoy her company and so he took by her side as she waited outside the captain's office.
"Captain!" He called out walking over to her. He a smile on his face which was to be polite but did come off as creepy sometimes due to his lack of emotion. He bowed once before her and started some conversation while the two waited, "So what's going on in there?" He knew something big was going down whenever the nobles were around. Jinsin had never understood the weight placed on old people, quite an outdated system if you asked him but alas everyone still had to respect them, "Even if they served simply to bug the hell out of everyone." He thought to himself.
OOC: Trying to get in the groove of posting, it's been awhile. Hope I captured the scene well enough.
Currently thinking: The captain must still be in his meeting.
_After his nap, Ryuniaga ventures to Captain Niwa's office. As he approaches he sees two faces. Yo Captain Mallory, Jinsin! What's happening? You two waiting on Captain Niwa as well? He waves at them. These nobles really know how to ruffle people's feathers.
Tusri was silent as as the man left how troublesome being around these people they were always causing him problems and his captains were just as if not more trouble to deal with as they always seemed to be causing him problems in some manner and now one of the most troublesome had come to inform him of something.
Tsuri got up from his desk and opened the door revealing the three in front of him the third divisions captain her third seat and his own third seat. "Now what do you want captain Mallory I have already have to deal with that man he wants us to execute the Kenpachi or they will become a problem for us and now we must choose between the kenpachi and the Amatoki's loyalty how troublesome." Tsuri said and ran a hand through his pink hair in frustration.
Currently thinking: Captain seems to be really stressed.
_As the captain speaks, Ryuniaga stands at attention. Sorry for disturbing you captain. Is there anything I can do to help? He then realizes he did not introduce himself. Bowing his head. Were are my manners. I'm Ryuniaga Hijimaru. Im the new 3rd seat of Division 1. You can call me Ryu, or Dragon, or whatever you like sir. He remains bowed awaiting his orders.
